1、 专项施工方案生化处理池拆除专项施工方案1. 工程概况1.1、*项目工程施工现场生化池拆除基坑钢板桩支护拟定采用H型钢进行支护。1.2、岩土工程技术条件：本场地地质情况详见地质工程勘察报告。1.3、施工现场条件：施工现场紧邻东面原有住宅小区道路和正在桩基施工的现场，所以地表面开挖卸载满足施工条件即可，以便于施工机械进入施工区域施工。2. 设计参数以及工程量2.1、本工程桩设计为H型钢作为支护钢板桩，具体参数和数量如下：H500*300*13*18型钢，57根，桩长12米。2.1、基坑采用自流井降水，基坑开挖前三天应控制在进行抽水，水位在开挖面下0.5米，坑内采用明沟排水。3. 编制依据3.1、

2、生化池拆除基坑围护设计图3.2、本工程岩土工程勘察报告3.3 地下室总平面图、基础平面布置图、生化池平、立面图3.4、浙江省建筑基坑支护技术规范（DB33/T1008-2000J10036-2000）3.5、建筑基坑支护技术规范（JG120-1999）3.6、工程测量规范及条文说明（GB50026-93）3.7、建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范（GB50202-2002）3.8、建筑工程施工质量统一标准（GB50300-2001）3.9、杭州市现行的有关文明施工和安全生产规定3.10、企业技术标准（2008版）3.11、建筑基坑工程监测技术规范（GB50497-2009）3.12、其它有关设计

3、规范、技术规程及类似工程取得的经验。4. 目标及要求 本次工程计划总施工计划在25天内完成，其中打桩施工1天，拔桩1天，自流井施工2天，土方开挖4天，土方回填2天，生化池混凝土凿除以及垃圾清理在15天内完成。生化池拆除质量要求满足钻孔灌注桩施工要求，对于安全要求达到零伤亡事故。5. 设备选型及施工工艺设计5.1、根据本场地工程地质条件及桩基工程设计情况，结合本次施工工艺及有关情况拟采用钢板桩打桩机一台，吊车一台。5.2施工工艺流程设计场地平整轴线定位桩基就位起吊钢板桩桩身对准轴线压桩校正桩身垂直度控制桩顶标高沉桩至设计标高准备施工下一根桩重复以上步骤6. 施工准备6.1、认真熟悉图纸，如图中超

4、出规范或与常规做法不一致的问题积极与相关部门沟通，达成一致意见，对于需要在开工前向监理部门报审的资料，提前准备。6.2、施工现场准备，对于进场的设备认真进行安装调试，做好机械设备、材料进场报验工作。6.3、施工前，由测量员依据甲方提供的有效图纸，以及按照现场生化池具体位置进行基坑支护钢板桩的放线、定位。7. 打桩工艺a、 吊桩及桩就位，吊桩时按安全技术规程操作，吊臂下严禁站人，同时吊装铰链上的穿销要穿插稳妥牢固，防止桩从铰链中脱落。桩机就位，再将桩吊起后桩底部对准桩位白灰线轴线标记，将桩插入桩位，插桩后调整桩机液压悬臂角度使桩身保持垂直。b、 打桩打入初期，采用低速打入，以防遇地面障碍物造成钢

5、板桩倾斜和偏移，遇硬土层，适当加大打桩力，穿过硬土层后降低打桩力。在此过程中随时注意垂直度的变化。c、 打桩至设计要求打桩期间随时注意桩身垂直度，当桩顶位置高出浅基槽底面约0.5米左右时，即可停止打桩。此高度做为钢板桩刚性支护制作施工的预留高度。7.4、施工顺序 施工开始时，选择基坑的一个角点做为施工开始点，而后按顺时针或逆时针方向沿白灰轴线标记逐一打入钢板桩，桩与桩之间要注意相互间距。7.5、施工方式 施工过程中，钢板桩按设计要求采用横向方式进行施工，以保证钢板桩支护有足够的刚度，施工方式详见支护图纸。7.6、基坑降、排水设计本基坑采用自流深井降水方法，坑内及坑周共设置5个，水平间距1820

6、m，深度12m。深井管采用300PVC管，沿管长方向设105050圆孔，外包二层60目尼龙网布，用18#铁丝100螺旋形缠绕，深井孔径800，管外一周填级配砾石掺中粗砂过滤层。7.7、基坑开挖钢板桩施工完毕后，方可进行基坑开挖施工，开挖施工过程中按设计要求分A、B段分段施工，随着开挖深度的加大，要随时对支护钢板桩的位移变化进行观察，若发现钢板桩入土部分的下端，有明显位移出现，需要在下端增设支撑。以保证基坑支护的整体稳定性。开挖过程中，开挖出的土方要随开随运，基坑周围5米以内禁止堆土。7.8、生化池的拆除生化池拆除用风枪或镐头机凿除，拆除时按设计要求分段拆除，拆除后及时清除垃圾、回填土方，再进行

7、下一段的拆除工作，在拆除施工过程中，土方回填完毕后，方可拆除支撑系统。7.9、钢板桩拔除 土方回填压实后，方可进行钢板桩的拔出工作。拔桩时，需有专人监护，以保障施工人员的安全。钢板桩拔出后用黄砂或粉质沙土回填钢板桩孔，拔出的钢板桩要及时运出施工现场。8.投入主要施工人员及设备序号工种人数序号机种数量1桩机操作工41钢板桩打桩机12辅助工82运输车辆43施工管理人员23镐头机和挖机1+19、质量控制点的设置与控制9.1、进场的设备及材料必须满足施工要求和设计要求，设备运转必须保证安全可靠。9.2、桩位控制施工前对桩位轴线进行检验校正，施工中要按照轴线和施工顺序进行打桩施工，桩与桩之间的间距。9.

9、安全检查制度，对查出的安全隐患做到“五定”，即定整改责任人、定整改措施、定整改完成时间、定整改完成人、定整改验证人。d、建立并贯彻执行书面安全技术交底制度，安全技术交底应具体明确、正对性强、纵向交到班组全体人员。安全技术交底应包括施工作业特点和危险点；针对危险点的具体预防措施；应注意的安全事项；相应的安全操作规程和标准；发生事故后应及时采取的避难和急救措施。E、项目经理部主要人员如项目经理、安全员、质检员等持证上岗。F特殊工种作业人员如：起重工、桩基操作工等，必须持有特种作业操作证，并严格按规定定期进行复查，在操作工程中严格执行安全操作规程的要求。G、施工现场安全设施齐全，并符合国家和地方有关

10、规定。H、施工机械必须经安全生产检查合格后方可使用，设备使用严格按规程进行操作，使用中定期进行维护保养，保证不带病运转。I、材料的运输及存放应做到安全、有序M、施工过程中严格执行安全生产纪律，进入现场必须带好安全帽，吊桩区域非操作人员严禁入内，吊桩机械设备必须完好。11、施工工期保证措施针对生化池施工过程中可能存在的工程实际进度达不到计划进度，我项目部根据实际情况安排相应的设备进场进行施工，以保证工程能够如期完成。g an employment tribunal claimEmployment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers
