1、新版东莞民营企业家座谈会汇编 世界莞商大会召开前夕,袁宝成主持召开东莞民营企业家座谈会 勉励企业扎根东莞?做强做大(主) 本报讯(记者高志全 实习生温曦)在世界莞商大会召开前夕,市委副书记、市长袁宝成昨日专门主持召开东莞民营企业家座谈会,围绕我市当前营商环境、民营企业融资、创新型经济发展等一系列主题,听取来自全市各行业领先的17家民营企业代表的建议和意见。 在听取大家近3个小时发言后,袁宝成充分肯定了民营企业家为东莞改革开放、经济社会发展做出的杰出贡献。他说,东莞民营企业家低调务实、诚实守信、善于开拓,如果没有当年企业家们做“第一个吃螃蟹的人”,就不会东莞的今天,本土企业家拼出了影响力,博得了

2、一片天。 袁宝成强调,市委市政府将坚定不移地支持包括民营企业在内的本土企业立足东莞,扎根东莞,做强做大,同时希望本土企业家清醒认识当前经济社会发展面临的困难形势,同心协力,同甘共苦,不断擦亮莞商品牌,为东莞加快转型升级,建设幸福东莞,实现高水平崛起共同努力。 李小梅、梁国英、张科等市领导参加座谈会。 寄语: 立足东莞 开拓新的发展空间(小) “大家各抒己见,畅所欲言!”下午3时许,袁宝成主持座谈会,邀请民营企业家们为莞商大会建言,为东莞发展献策。 17位本土企业家你一言,我一语,指出“莞商大会要办出东莞的特色,更要办出声势,让全世界的莞商为东莞发展出谋划策、做出贡献。” 听取大家发言后,袁宝成

3、指出,东莞发展的起点是由本土企业家通过艰苦拼搏而来的,正是在广大民营企业家的努力下,才有东莞民营经济在企业数量、经济规模、资本实力等方面的更大发展。可以说,没有民营企业的发展壮大,就不可能有改革开放以来东莞*巨变。 当前,全市上下正努力实现高水平崛起,袁宝成指出,民营企业家要充分认识东莞面临经济社会形势,看到正面临着经济转型的压力、土地资源的压力和人的压力,希望民营企业家立足东莞,把“根”留在东莞并开拓新的发展空间。 支持: 坚定不移支持本土企业做强做大(小) “市委市政府坚定不移地支持包括本土企业在内的民营企业做强做大。”袁宝成表示,东莞要加大力度为本土企业提供政策、土地资源和商业机会,并希

7、,一个氛围。”座谈会上,大家你一言,我一语,为高水平崛献计献策,广东三正集团有限公司董事长莫浩堂关于氛围与精*一席谈,引起与会者的共鸣。 他说,新一届市政府提出服务“加一”、成本“减一”的理念,抓住了营商环境的“要害”。“服务的便捷和成本的降低,就是营商环境的两个关键点。” 莫浩堂十分认可这个发展理念。 作为东莞改革开放史的建设者和见证者,莫浩堂讲述了改革之初“东莞效率”的可贵。他说,当年,东莞的发家就是敢为人先,穷则思变,最早提出了“一站式”服务。 “如今,办一件事情要盖多少章、跑多少路?”一些与会者通过过去与当前效率的个案对比,让会议话题一下子落到办事效率上。 “没有效率的管理就不会有竞争
