Do you want to know? Now let me tell you the story. One day, 伸出手指头Granny Bear was hungry. She walked 弯腰

2、to her vegetable garden and picked a cabbage. Look! This is Granny Bear and this is her vegetable garden.(出示课件) Granny Bear took the cabbage home and put it on a desk. When she was ready to cut , she heard :(出示课件)“Croak! Croak! Croak!” How did Granny Bear feel? Can you guess? She was frightened. “Ca

3、n the cabbage speak? Is there something wrong with my ears?” She bent over and listened carefully. But the cabbage did speak. Granny Bear screamed: “Oh! My God! The cabbage can speak!” Granny Bear rushed out and shouted: “ (出示课件) Mr. Hippo! Come here quickly! I have grown a talking cabbage!” Mr. Hip

4、po rushed in. He took up the cabbage and pricked his ear. He listened and listened. “How interesting! The cabbage can speak! Can your baby speak foreign language?” asked Miss Rabbit. “Ha, ha, ha ! Foreign language? He cant speak at all.” “What? You mean the cabbage cant speak!” said Mr. Hippo.

8、“Actually it is my baby. He is in the cabbage. I couldnt find her two months ago. A t that time, he was only a baby frog.” said Aunt Frog. Granny Bear put down her knife quickly. (出示课件) She took up the cabbage and stripped off the leaves carefully. One leaf, two leaves, three leavesThe cabbage becam

9、e smaller and smaller. Suddenly a little frog jumped out. “Croak! Croak! Croak!” the baby frog jumped into his mothers arms. They were so happy! Are they happy? Mother and son get together at last.
