1、一、考前须知1、考试环境检直环境要求【只有满足下面列出的所有系统要求，才能参加此考试】操作系统：Windows 10 x Windows 8.1 s Windows 7S Mac OS X10.9或更高版本显示：1024x 768 16位 彩 色（最低分辨率）互联网连接：考试期间您需要持续的高速互联网连接。Internet 浏览器：Internet Explorer 11s Chrome、Firefox 和Safari最新版本浏览器设置：必须启用Cookie。必须禁用弹出窗口阻止程序附加软件：根据参加的考试，可能需要最新版本的Adob e FlashPlayer重要考试信息：此考试将在报名考试

2、后的4 8小时内可用。如果您没有在这段时间内完成此考试，您的考试将被取消，并且不会退款。启用浏览器的cookie步骤如下：1 .首先，在IE页面的右上角点击 设置 按钮，弹出下拉菜单，选择Internet 选项”2.打开Internet选项 后，选择 隐私 按钮，设置中点击 高级”；3.弹出对话框，第一方cookie和 第三方cookie选择接受，勾选 总是允许会话cookie,点击确定，浏览器cookie功能已经启用。你可以选择如何处理Cookie.第三方CookieO摞示(P)O提示(R)确定禁用弹出窗口阻止程序(win)1.在电脑桌面的左下角点击【win】图标，在弹出的菜单列表中单击【控
