3、年 4 月 19 日文档仅供参考摘 要中国政务微博兴起于 ，到 ，政务微博数量猛增，出现井喷之势，因此有人成 是“中国政务微博元年”。政务微博有着一般意义上微博的优点，即微博的即时性、交互性、裂变式传播等优势，又有着其自身独特的特点，这些特征使政务微博成为促进政府提高施政能力、提高服务能力的强有力工具，也为公民参政议政、对政府及其政策实行监督开辟了新的途径。经过几年时间的发展，政务微博已经较为成熟，发展过程中的问题也显而易见，经过对问题及其产生原因的探讨，对政务微博健康发展提出一些策略。本文共分为五部分。首先，对政务微博问题的研究背景、研究现状、研究意义进行梳理。其次对政务微博的概念、功能、传
