No matter which广瑞一村社区“学习雷锋志愿服务工作站”的状况汇报广瑞路街道广瑞一村社区总人口约 人，其中注册志愿者达 人。2012年，社区成立了学雷锋志愿服务工作站以来，我们组建了 支志愿者服务队，围绕文明社区建设、绿色社区创建、新市民服务管理、市民素养工程、环境爱护、扶贫帮困等方面开展了形式多样的志愿服务，每年服务居民近万人次，推动了社区三个文明建设。社区先后荣获 等荣誉。一 、健全组织机构，加强规范建设 在区文明办和街道的指导下，社区学雷锋志愿服务工作站健立了以社区党总支、居委会、社工站、新市民综合服务中

12、心、物业公司五位一体的组织机构，健全了“六个一”的规范建设要求，使学雷锋志愿服务工作站成为实现“社区居民参加志愿服务便捷化和接受志愿服务便捷化”的基础平台，使社区志愿者服务工作进入了实体化、组织化、规范化、社会化运作的新阶段。社区学雷锋志愿服务工作站常常组织志愿者通过中国社区志愿服务网学习全国各地社区的先进阅历、先进做法，为广阔居民供应贴心的志愿服务。我们借鉴各地社区依托QQ群开展志愿服务的新方法，建立了社区居民QQ群、社区党员群、爱心公益群，常常有志愿者通过QQ群加入到我们的志愿者服务队伍中来，为居民供应服务。通过在社区建立学雷锋志愿服务工作站，把社区里有爱心的人员动员起来，组织进来，建立社

13、区居民广泛参加、活动形式多样、机制体制健全的社区学雷锋志愿服务体系，真正将社区打造为“人文大社区，和谐大家庭”。二、建立四项制度，保证有效运行 1、日常工作管理制度。成立工作领导小组，制定社区学雷锋志愿服务工作站值班制度、培训制度和评先树优制度，服务对象联系卡，对社区学雷锋志愿服务工作站日常工作进行规范。 2、服务信息收集制度。定期走访社区居民，摸清辖区内的志愿服务工作需求，建立服务对象档案，为组织各类学雷锋志愿服务活动供应依据。 3、志愿者招募制度。组织招募社区学雷锋志愿者，做好申报人员的登记工作。依据服务特长和个人意向，将学雷锋志愿者分成若干专业服务小组。 4、信息公布制度。刚好公布社区内

14、将要开展的各类学雷锋志愿服务活动，做好与各职能部门和各志愿服务组织的连接，为学雷锋志愿服务队伍和学雷锋志愿者开展活动供应便利。三、开展十大类志愿服务，营造新老市民融洽和谐的社区氛围1、助弱帮困活动：开展社区扶孤助弱工作，组成关爱互助网络。组织社区党员志愿者与社区18户空巢老人和12名残疾人结成对子，协调爱心单位与社区困难家庭、困难学生结成对子。志愿者们定期地开展助老助残、扶贫助学等志愿服务活动，让他们感受到一份特别的亲情。2、便民志愿者服务：组织辖区企业员工、高校生、老师、医疗服务等志愿者，定期开展就业询问、教化询问、绿色环保、科普、医疗、小家电修理等便民服务活动。3、民事纠纷调解服务：供应居

16、市民法制课堂，并为社区居民供应法律询问、法律救济等服务。9、社区职工服务：建立社区工会“15分钟服务圈”，开展职工政策询问、维权服务等学雷锋活动。利用社区劳动和社会保障岗位为社区职工供应各类社保信息查询、职业介绍服务、各类免费职业培训如创业培训、电脑培训、母婴护理培训等等；联合劳动保障、综治部门成立劳动法律调解组织和劳动爱护监督组织，设立维权热线电话，受理调解劳动和社会保障冲突纠纷案件，保障社区职工合法权益。10、文化服务：社区志愿者定期举办新市民中秋联谊、新老市民邻里节等文化活动，宣扬学习雷锋精神，让新老市民紧密团结在一起，相互互助。四、存在的问题在学雷锋活动推动的过程中，我深刻地体会到了我

17、们社区居民虽然有着爱心助人的想法，但有时候面对受助者的种种问题，却手足无措。所以除了任何状况都要保持着乐观精神外，应当要时刻处于自我学习的状态，在各个方面提升自我。 一是要进一步调动大家学雷锋活动的主动性。除了加大宣扬，还要实行肯定的激励措施，增加主子翁意识，加强大家的主动性，让社区新老市民、志愿者们真正成为社区的主子，自觉帮助社区有困难的群体。二是要进一步推动志愿者队伍建设。我们在调查中发觉，有70%的社区居民还是情愿参加社区公益活动的，但是由于有些人大多忙于生计，能够参加志愿服务的时间很有限，我们接下来将利用互联网等信息平台，敏捷支配新市民的参加时间，进一步扩展志愿者队伍。 依据“一岗双责
