2、是说单据与单据之间必须是紧密相连的，只有认真严谨的对待每个单据，才能避免各种不必要的麻烦，甚至损失。以合同为中心，其他单据必须和合同严格一致，这样就避免了很多麻烦，真正的做到了单单一致。同时，经过学习，我学会了撰写各种函电和缮制各种单据的技巧。通过学习，我不仅提高了自己的英语水平，而且也提高了综合业务能力。二、卷宗基本内容1.业务背景，主要包括：进出口公司介绍和商品信息简介。2.交易洽商包括，主要包括：询盘函、发盘函、还盘函、接受函；3.合同订立阶段和合同履行阶段，主要涉及单据如下：销售合同，信用证；合同履行阶段，主要涉及所要求的单据：有商业发票，装箱单，海运提单，保险单，普惠制产地证，汇票等
