6、M30%5. 仿真结果三、 实验总结1. 计算机辅助编程与手动编程的优缺点。计算机辅助编程不需要计算节点的坐标数据,而是在计算机上直接面向零件的几何图形以光标指点、菜单选择的方式进行编程,该方法具有简便、直观、准确、便于检查的特点。手动编程需要计算节点坐标,较复杂,还要手动输入程序,如果加工的零件较复杂程序段较多时,手动编程就显得不太实用,手动编程的最大优点就是考虑到了走到安全,这是计算机辅助编程所没有。2. 数控机床操作步骤与加工异常排除方法用数据线连接电脑与数控车床,将编好的程序送到数控车床,再将工件用三爪卡盘夹紧,设定临时转速,将加工中用到的刀具对好刀,并将坐标输入相应的刀具号中,然后再
