2、战略;,将促进中阿经贸合作纳入到新丝绸之路经济带建设的蓝图之中。因此，近年来我国十分重视对中阿经贸合作的保障与发展。目前，中阿经贸合作发展得如火如荼，然而这当中相关法律制度的建设也逐步暴露出一些问题与不足，若不能及时加以完善，很可能会给中阿经贸合作的未来发展造成不良影响。鉴于此，本文以保障中阿经贸合作的相关法律制度作为研究选题，重点探讨中阿经贸合作中相关保障性法律制度的现状及其存在的问题，并借鉴国际上相关经济合作法律制度建设经验，提出完善中阿经贸合作相关法律制度的对策和建议。根据选题，文章除引言和结语外，共分为四个部分进行论述：第一部分，阿盟及其对外贸易法律制度基本情况。对阿盟及阿盟自由贸易区

3、的基本情况与历史发展进程以及阿盟主要成员国的对外贸易法律制度建设情况进行简要介绍。第二部分，中阿经贸合作及法律制度建设现状。简要介绍中阿经贸合作发展现状和中阿经贸合作相关法律制度的现状。并进一步对中阿经贸合作法律制度存在的问题进行了分析。第三部分，国际经贸合作法律制度建设经验与探索成果。先介绍了典型的区域经济合作法律制度建设经验，又以与中阿合作有诸多相似之处的中非合作为借鉴，介绍了中非合作中法律合作相关探索的成果，以期为中阿经贸合作法律制度的建立与完善提供借鉴与启发。第四部分，中阿经贸合作相关法律制度的完善。从完善国内立法、加强双边法律合作以及借鉴国际条约，创新争端解决机制等方面提出完善建议。
