1、温病气分证论文:白虎汤治疗内毒素致家兔温病气分证的实验研究【中文摘要】以家兔为实验动物,用大肠杆菌内毒素建立温病气分证动物模型,通过经典药方白虎汤进行治疗和验证,观察家兔的体温变化和临床表现,对血清中细胞因子水平、生化指标、免疫学和抗氧化指标进行检测。为温病气分证动物模型的建立、理论研究以及提高其临床治疗的效果提供一些技术资料支撑。将18只大耳白家兔随机分为3组,每组6只。气分证组,耳缘静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素15g/kg,灌服生理盐水7 ml/kg。白虎汤组,耳缘静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素15g/kg,灌服白虎汤7 ml/kg;注射内毒素后6和12 h时再灌服白虎汤两次。对照组,耳缘静脉注射相同剂

2、量生理盐水,灌服生理盐水7 ml/kg。观察各组家兔体温、症状表现和体征的变化。对照组和气分证组于注射内毒素2.5 h后心脏采血,采血完毕后处死家兔,对心、肝、脾、肺、肾等主要脏器进行病理学观察,检测各项血清指标。白虎汤组于注射内毒素24 h心脏采血,采血完毕后处死家兔,对主要脏器进行病理学观察,检测各项血清指标。1、注射内毒素后,与气分证组比较,白虎汤组家兔体温升高缓慢,蜷缩、发抖、耸毛、呼吸、心率加快及渴饮等症状明显减轻。对照组一切正常。说明白虎汤可降低气分证家兔的体温,明显改善气分证症状和体征,能够减轻主要脏器病理组织损害。2、气分证组血清IL-2水平显著低于对照组和白虎汤组(P0.05

3、),而IL-4、IL-6、IL-10和IFN-水平显著高于对照组和白虎汤组(P0.05);气分证组TNF-水平极显著高于对照组和白虎汤组(P0.01),对照组显著高于白虎汤组(P0.05)。3、气分证组血清ET-1、ALP和AST的含量显著高于对照组和白虎汤组(P0.05),而血清UA和UREA的含量显著高于对照组(P0.05);气分证组血清ALT的含量极显著高于对照组(P0.01),而血清CREA和TP的含量极显著高于对照组和白虎汤组(P0.01);气分证组血清TC的含量显著低于对照组(P0.05),极显著低于白虎汤组(P0.01)。4、气分证组血清CH50的含量显著高于对照组和白虎汤组(P

Control group, injected by rabbit ear vein with the same dose physiological saline, fed normal saline 7 ml

Blood from control group and Qifen syndrome rabbits heart after injected endotoxin 2.5 hours, killed the rabbits, generally pathological observation for heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other major organs,

Blood from baihutang group rabbits heart after injected endotoxin 24 hours, killed the rabbits, generally pathological observation for major organs, detection each indicator of serum.1.
