1、新旧桥规的不同之 处 公路桥涵施工技术规范新旧版本不同之处 在章节上原规范为22 章，现在为 26 章，比老规范增加了四章内容。分别是第13 章“扩大基础”，第20 章“海洋环境”，第25 章“安全施工”，第26 章“工程交工”。附录:由原先的 28 个附录调整为 17 个附录。章节内容增加了环氧涂层钢筋、高性能混凝土、真空辅助压浆、无粘结预应力和体外预应力、桩底后压浆、膜袋围堰、钢拱桥、斜腿刚构桥、拓宽改建梁桥拼接施工、大型箱梁整孔预制安装、钢索塔、矮塔斜拉桥、无背索斜拉桥、自锚式悬索桥、波形钢涵洞、涵洞接长、加筋土桥台等内容。第一章 总则 1.0.1 为适应我国公路桥涵建设的需要和提高公路

2、桥涵施工技术水平，确保公路桥涵的施工质量，制定本规范。1.0.2 本规范适用于公路桥涵新建、改建工程的施工。1.0.3 公路桥涵施工必须按照国家有关的基本建设程序进行，并应符合合同及设计文件的要求。公路桥涵施工应满足安全、耐久性和节能的要求。1.0.4 公路桥涵施工必须严格遵守国家工程质量方面的法律法规，建立质量保证体系，明确质量责任，加强质量管理，确保施工质量。1.0.5 桥涵工程必须严格遵守国家安全生产法律法规，建立和健全安全生产管理制度，明确安全责任，严格执行安全操作规程。保障施工人员的职业健康，确保安全施工。2012.10 grinder J3SL-400 4 2009 1000 go

26、、空隙率等指标的要求。4.P27:细集料 在细集料的检测指标中的坚固性，增加了最大压碎值指标，分三级技术要求。增加了亚甲蓝试验。当然特别提出的还是碱集料反应。以前不作要求的。级配要求取了 10mm 孔径，别的区间的数据没有变化。JTG/T F50-2011(,)JTJ 041-2000(,)细集料含泥量C60 的混凝土为?细集料含泥量,C30 为?,%,?,.0%,C30-C60为?3.0%,C60 的混凝土，含 泥量为?2.0，其它无变化 5、P28:粗集料 粗集料的岩石的抗压强度与混凝土强度之比就应不小于 1.5，老规范是 2.0，混凝土的最大粒径现在为 75mm。以前是 100mm。JT

44、0 以上的混凝土。老规范是 C50-C80 混凝土。一般把强度等级为 C60 及其以上的混凝土称为高强混凝土。它是用水泥、砂、石原材料外加减水剂或同时外加粉煤灰、F 矿粉、矿渣、硅粉等混合料，经常规工艺生产而获得高强的混凝土。(一)高强混凝土原材料的选用应符合的规定 (,)(混凝土采用的水泥必须是强度等级不低于,(,的硅酸盐水泥和普通硅酸盐水泥，不得采用立窑水泥。(,)(配制用的细集料，除应符合细集料的规定外，尚应满足如下要求:宜使用质地坚硬、级配良好的中砂，细度模数不小于 2.6，含泥量应不大于,(,%。配置,及以上等级砼时。含泥量不大于,(,，且不应由泥块存在，必要时应冲洗后使用。(,)(

50、construction,customer satisfaction.(二)(配制高强度混凝土还应符合以下要求:1)混凝土的砂率及所采用的外加剂和矿物参合料的品种，掺量均通过试验确定。2)所用水泥重量不宜超过 500kg/m3，胶凝材料总量不超过 600kg/m3。3)当采用,个不同配合比进行砼强度试验时，其中一个为基准配合比，另外两个配合比的水胶比宜较基准配合比分别增加或减少,(,(,。,)高强砼的设计配合比确定后，应采用该配合比进行不少于,次的重复试验进行验证，其平均值应不低于配置强度。第七章预应力砼工程 1.新规范 P49 预应力筋及其制作;对预应力筋的拉伸试验中，应同时测定其弹性模量。
