55、职业学校教师资格和中等职业学校实习指导教师资格的申请人员,包括: (一)各级各类学校已取得教师资格拟申请其他等次教师资格申请人员; (二)2023年普通高校应届毕业生; (三)其他符合教师法规定学历条件的人员。 二、申请条件 (一)申请认定教师资格者为未达到国家法定退休年龄、户籍或工作单位在我市的中国公民; (二)具备教师法、教师资格条例及其实施办法规定的相应学历; (三)取得山东省教师资格认定教育学、心理学考试合格证并经教师资格认定机构进行教育教学能力测评合格(符合教师资格认定特许条件即修学教育学、心理学课程成绩合格 且参加毕业教学实习成绩合格的普通院校师范类毕业生可免); (四)取得普通话

57、检 符合申请条件的人员,由教师资格认定机构依照人力资源和社会保障部 教育部 卫生部关于进一步规范入学和就业体检项目维护乙肝表面抗原携带者入学和就业权利的通知(人社部202312号)和关于调整申请认定幼儿园教师资格人员体检标准的通知(教资字202315号)文件精神,按照山东省教师资格认定体检标准及操作规程的规定,组织体格检查。体格检查使用今年新印制的山东省申请教师资格人员体格检查表。 (四)资格认定 符合申请条件的人员可进行认定报名。根据教育部部署,自2023年起在全国实行教师资格认定网上申报。申请人员须 在规定时间内访问中国教师资格网()进行网上报名。网上报名后,需要在3月8日3月15日内,到

58、县(区)教育局报名点确认、交费、采集照片及报名资格审核。无法进行网上报名的考生,可以直接到县(区)教育局报名点现场报名。滨州学院应届非师范类毕 业生的考试报名,由学院就业指导中心负责组织。“两课”考试准考证由考生于考试前15日内登陆山东省教师资格认定指导中心网站自行下载打印,此证作为考试入场的必要证件之一。不具备上网条件的可到县(区)教师资格认定机构领取。“两课”考试继续使用2023版的教材。考试成绩在5月25日至6月30日登陆山东省教师资格认定指导中心网站或滨州教育信息网进行查询。“两课”考试合格证由省教育厅统一制发。“两课”合格证有效期5年,只限申请一种种类的教师资格。 五、时间安排 1月

59、20日,各县(区)开始进行宣传发动工作。 1月28日前,各县(区)将本单位教师资格认定工作的日程安排报市教育局人事科,联系电话:3188775。 2月18日至3月1日,进行“两课”考试的网上报名。 3月8日至3月15日,进行“两课”考试的现场报名和网上报名人员照片采集、信息确认。 3月20日前,各认定机构将报名信息数据报市教育局人事科。 5月8日,组织进行全省“两课”的考试。 5月25日,省教育厅公布“两课”考试成绩。 6月中旬,完成滨州学院应届师范类毕业生的教师资格认定工作。 6月15日前,各认定机构完成对非师范类毕业的申请人员进行教育教学能力测评、普通话测试、思想品德鉴定、体检、正式受理教

60、师资格认定申请。 7月5日前,各教师资格认定机构按照本通知规定的程序完成教师资格认定工作。 8月底前,各教师资格认定机构完成教师资格证书的打印、发放和文字材料归档等工作,报送认定工作总结。 六、收费标准 教师资格认定考试收费标准按省物价局省财政厅关于教师资格认定费收费问题的批复(鲁价费发202328号)的规定执行。认定通过人员的教师资格证书免费颁发,不再收取证书工本费。 七、工作要求 (一)根据教育部教师资格认定指导中心的统一安排,我省2023年网络版教师资格认定信息管理系统的开放时间为2023年3月10日7月5日。因此,各县(区)教师资格认定机构须在这个时间之内完成教师资格认定(含应届师范类毕业生的认定)信息的录入、编号和数据下载工作,不得延误。 (二)各县(区)教师资格认定机构要根据省、市的统一安排,结合县(区)的实际情况,研究制定详细的工作日程安排,在规定时间内报市教育局人事科。 (三)各县(区)要按照省、市的统一部署和要求,切实加强对教师资格认定工作的领导,广泛进行宣传,积极发动社会优秀人员和优秀普通高校毕业生申请教师资格,并使申请人员全面掌握各项政策和要求。 (四)各教师资格认定机构要严格执行认定标准和工作程序,加强监督检查,按规定的工作时限完成每个阶段和各个环节的工作任务,保证教师资格认定工作顺利进行。 二一一年一月
