We live in nature, so to keep the balance of nature is very important for us. But today, too many trees are still being

2、cut down in many countries and flood all over the world are getting more and more serious, A lot of land has gone with them. This is a lesson from nature. When people move into a new place, they often cut down trees or pull out many wild plants to make farmland. They dont know that trees can stop fl

3、ood and wind from washing or blowing the earth away, and that many of these wild plants are food for some wild animals. If the animals cant find enough plants to eat, they will die or have to leave the place. In one part of the United States, for example, the deer there like to eat a kind of wild fl

4、owers. The mountain tigers there eat the deer. But people killed many mountain tigers to protect the deer. soon there were so many deer that the ate up all the wild flowers. Then the deer began to eat the green leaves of the young trees .so the farmers thought of ways to protect their trees, then th

5、e deer had nothing to eat and many of them died. The number of trees, deer, tigers, wild flowers and plants has changed muchless and less. We need to do more to keep the balance of nature. 6、 title of my speech is “What life is about” As we all know, the most important thing in life is our attitude towards it, lots of men have tried different ways of treating life, and some succeeded, some failed, and here are some of the tips they left us. Life isnt about keeping score. Life isnt about

7、 your shoes or your hair or the color of your skin. In fact its not about if you have lots of friends or if you are alone, and its not about how accepted or unaccepted you are. Life just isnt about that. But life is about whom you love and who you hurt. Its about how you feel about yourself. Its abo

8、ut trust, happiness and compassion. Life is about avoiding jealousy, overcoming ignorance and building confidence. Its about what you say and what you mean. Its about seeing people for who they are and not what they have. And we should always remember to be ourselves. Other might have things that we

9、 desire but being what we really are is the only trail leading to the true colors of life. Most of all, its about choosing to use your life to touch someone elses in a way that could have never been achieved otherwise. Weve learnt how to make a living but not a life, weve added years to life, but no

10、t life to years. And it is time for us to choose whether to make a difference in our life. And these choices are what life is about. The title of my speech is “I love English” As everyone knows ,English is very important today. It has be

13、en used everywhere in the world. It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well ,we will have more chance to succeed. Because more and more people have taken notice of it, the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at

14、a high speed. But for myself, I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness ,but also because of my love for it. When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world. When I read English novels, I can feel the pleasure from

15、the book which is different from reading the translation. When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words. When I write English, I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese. I love English, it gives me a colorful dream. I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my

16、 good English, I can make friends with many people from different countries . I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people, I hope that they can love our country like us. I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study,

17、 one day I can speak English very well. I am sure that I will realize my dream one day! Thank you! 19、ns to me ? Once upon a time, an old rich woman left all her property to the person who could answer her question correctly. Her question was this “what is the most important thing for a person who wants to succeed?” To my surprise, the answer was not money, not power, not even opportunity, but “ amb

20、ition” Why is ambition so important? A person without ambition is like a near-sighted lion. All the things in the distance appear blurred. No matter how strong it is, it cant go far. Nowadays, the world is very competitive. Even if you get to the top of your own field, there might be still someone b

21、etter than you. So we have to ask ourselves: what is the proof of success? I believe it is doing something for this world. Remember: As a successful person, in addition to ambition, the other key you must hold is love. When you look back at history, youll find you were standing on the shoulders of t

22、he giants. You have enjoyed what they had left you. So we should live to work for the improvement of the world. From president to citizen, we should all take part in building a new WWW for which I have my own explanation -it is “of the world, by the world, for the world”. Only as a member of the glo
