53、的根本情况.第一天只是熟悉下校园,第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对40多个学生,不免还是有点担忧和紧张.身份.实习老师,是个很特别的存在.还记得第一次被班级里学生叫老师好的时候的那种错愕,渐渐适应,然后自如反响,点头示意.开场的一个礼拜,日渐习惯起学校的生活,仿佛重回高中时代一般,只是是以一种全新的角度来对待学生,以老师的身份来要求自己了,这种感觉挺奇妙的,以往觉得“高高在上”的老师,突然间成了身边的“同事”,作为实习老师,又该以怎样的态度去面对高中的学生?身份的转变,是实习阶段第一个要跨越的坎吧,正确认识自己的身份:带教老师的学生,高中学生的老师.高一(X)班.担任实习班主任工作的班级是高

54、一(7)班,高一年级两个理科班之一,与我那时的理科班大为不同,如今理科班的学生不像我们那时那么沉闷,就像班主任唐老师所说,对于老师来说是喜忧参半吧,毕竟淘气的学生太多,比拟不容易控制.一进教室就看到教室后的墙壁上贴满了奖状,看的出来这个班级在学校里也是相当活泼的,学校里评选的各个之星,几乎7班也每个都有份.班上同学的性格很活泼,几天相处下来,就建立起了不错的关系,谈谈班级同学,日常琐事,甚至也有同学会来找我解答问题,谈谈理想,也让自己渐渐有了确实是个老师了的觉悟.听实习的必经阶段,听课不仅可以学习带教老师的教学方法,也能熟悉自己将要教学的班级.高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不一样,尽管自己以前高

55、中时也上过牛津的教材,如今的教学要求又有新的变化,也因老师的不同,教学方法上有很大的差异.带教的王老师教态相当严谨,备课很充分,听第一节课的时候就觉得整节课规划的很好,让学生知道这节课要完成的内容,就算有突发状况的发生,也能自行控制好时间等等.学校规定的听课是10节左右,自己根本上能去听的课都去了,为的是想理解整个章节上课的完好过程,每个局部都有不同的上课手段和形式,都是值得学习的地方.大学里所学的英语教学法课程,提及不少教学方法,光纸上谈兵当然不行,真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样,教学的内容就算一样,方式也可以有很多种,可以老师自己授课,可以让学生答复下列问题,可以结合练习加深印象,对于

56、学生的答复,老师给予的鼓励也可以有很多种,比方: Do you think there is something else?”, “I appreciate your answer”, “I think you must have a lot to say.”还要注意是否自己会漏掉一些没有专心听讲的学生,适当地抽他们答复下列问题来让他们集中注意力,板书的排布也不能天马行空,而是要让学生一看就明僚这些都是书本上很难学到的东西.一周的听课下来,我们几个实习生进展了小小的交流,感触都很深,除了以上提到的这些,光是 “Sit down, please.”这一句,一个老师一节课就要说上几十遍,教学的内容

57、固然重要,学生与老师间根本的尊重,也是我们今后教学中需要注意的地方.实习报告(下) 集体备实习前就听辅导员说,市二的英语教研组有项很好的传统,就是集体备参加高一教研组的集体备课之前,高二的老师已经开场给高二的实习生集体备课了,说是备课,更多的是讨论授课的方式,怎样调动学生的积极性,怎样控制好学生的发言等等.高一教研组的备课是每周四,第一周就布置了我们将要教学的局部,第三单元的两个局部,以及一张试卷的讲解,可以说是各种形式的课程都体会一下;接下来的几周集体备课,都是备带教老师或者我们要上的内容,一位男老师负责第三单元的备课,先前要精心准备该单元的词汇表,不仅是课文中要求的单词和词组,一些容易混淆

58、,或者有固定搭配的词汇也要系统地整理进去,还要整理一些与该单词相关的翻译练习他带着我们梳理了整篇文章,其中需要讲解的地方,讲解的方式,都一一进展解释,其他老师提出问题和建议进展补充,可以说是收获颇丰,本来对课时没有什么概念的我,通过集体备课,顿时立体了起来,当老师真不容易,备课的时候就要考虑到各个方面,学生是否可以承受,上课时是否会枯燥等等的问题. 教案.教案也是教学前的重头戏.王老师先让我们参考高一唐老师的教案,一个章节关是简单的教案就有12页,看得我们都有点傻眼,而且写的时候我们要把上课时会加的连接词全都写到教案里去,就怕到时候忘词.几乎每个同学为了第一节课的教案都奋斗了几个晚上,算不上精

59、益求精,至少要准备充足. 试教.正式上课前,几乎每个同学都进展了小组的试教.华师大本部的微格教育在前,市二几个礼拜的听课在后,大家试教的时候明显自信了许多,准备充分可能也是原因之一吧,根本上都多准备了很多内容,还有同学准备用ppT教学,进步学生对该章节学习的兴趣.一位同学试教的时候,其余同学就当回同学配合教学,试教的过程中有问题及时记下,完毕后再进展讨论,这样的试教对我们正式上讲台做了很好的铺垫作用. 同学的高二的普遍比我们高一的早了一个礼拜开场上课,从第三周开场,陆陆续续地都正式开场上课,由于教的班级不同,有些班级比拟热闹,有些班级比拟安静,每个同学上课的内容和方式也炯然不同,所以互相间可以
