1、便条的语言特点与格式便条的语言特点与格式 便条是完成预约、道歉、邀请、请求、建议、致谢、投诉等功能的简短的书信形式。从语言表达上来说，便条写作要求通俗、直接、简洁。所谓通俗，是指便条的语体倾向于口语化，遣词造句不必太正式，不必使用复杂句式或生僻词语，可以使用缩写形式等。所谓直接，是指便条要直入主题，切忌漫无边际地发挥，不要加入自己的观点和想法。所谓简洁，是指便条写作要简洁明了，注意控制字数在80字以内，最好为50-60个字。便条的格式要求比较简单，一般包括日期、称呼、正文、结尾客套语、署名等项。写条人和收条人的地址不需要写。结尾客套语可以写，也可以不写。便条的类型可分为请求建议类、表达情感类、
