1、电 子 科 技 大 学实 验 报 告学生姓名: 学 号: 指导教师: 实验时间: 一、实验室名称:工程训练中心 二、实验项目名称:模具设计与数控加工三、实验学时:32四、实验原理:1、模具设计(以冲栽模为例)冷冲压是金属压力加工方法之一,冷冲压工艺是在常温状态下靠模具与冲压设备完毕加工的过程,冲栽模具是冷冲压模具其中之一。冲栽是使材料一部分相对另一部分发生分离,是冲压加工方法中的基础工序。本套模具属于冷冲压模具。 落 料: 冲 孔: 孔心距:2、数控编程及数控加工:用手工编程或者自动编程方法,对数控模具进行数控编程,然后在数控铣床上进行数控加工3、数控铣床操作:分析图纸,编写程序,数控加工。数

2、控铣床的坐标系统规定依据标准化,按右手直角坐标系 五、实验目的:了解模具设计的设计过程、计算方法及数控加工的基本知识;熟悉零件的数控编程方法、指令的输入及数控机床的操作方法;建立机械设计与机械制造生产过程的基本概念。六、实验内容:零件的设计及工艺分析,根据零件的参数值对模具中凸模、凹模进行设计并用Auto CAD制图;对凸模、凹模进行数控编程;在数控铣床上加工凸模、凹模;编写技术文献。七、实验器材(设备、元器件):计算机、数控铣床,圆柱铣刀、球头铣刀、量具及金属材料。八、实验环节:1.取得必要的资料及冲压零件的工艺性分析;2.定工艺方案、排样设计及模具形式;3.体方案设计(既:总压力计算及压力

3、中心计算)及选择冲压设备;4.模具材料(查表)、进行凸模、凹模的刃口尺寸计算;5.重要零部件的结构设计(既:弹簧、橡胶件的计算和选用);6.模具的结构件设计;7.模具总图及绘制各非标准件零件图;8.模具设计说明书;9.冲压工艺卡和零件的加工工艺过程卡。九、实验数据及结果分析: 实验数据的准确性直接影响模具的制造精度,特别是在尺寸计算和公差计算中应考虑磨损后带来的模具尺寸精度,本套模具的磨损系数去X=0.5比较适合。十、实验结论:目前的自动编程系统重要解决了几何问题,从而代替了大量繁琐的手工计算,绝大多数不具有工艺解决能力。本实验基本上运用数控程序完毕了组合图形的绘制与加工,把知识与实际很好地结

5、查标准公差表可得零件精度IT14;根据零件厚度3,材料:10号钢,查冲栽间隙表可得Z=0.34,Z=0.40;查凸、凹模制造的公差表可得落料:凸=0.02,凹=0.03 冲孔凸=0.02,凹=0.025;由零件精度IT14查磨损系数x表可得x=0.5。 凸+凹=0.02+0.03=0.05, 凸+凹=0.02+0.025=0.045 Z最大-Z最小=0.40-0.34=0.06 均满足Z最大-Z最小凸+凹,故凸、凹模采用分开加工方法。=(37-0.50.62)=36.69=36.7+0.03 =(36.69-0.34)=36.35=36.4-0.02冲孔凸、凹模工作部分尺寸计算: =(21+0
