1、与企业并肩同享荣光 与团队携手共创辉煌 与企业并肩同享荣光 与团队携手共创辉煌 企业风气，说小了是企业整体员工的工作态度、工作作风、敬业精神；往大讲，是企业核心竞争力、企业灵魂在员工身上的具体表现。企业风气渗透在企业日常工作和企业发展的方方面面，包括：企业高层领导魅力、企业中层开拓能力、企业员工执行能力、企业部门间合作配合能力、企业部门内部团结协作能力等等。翻开每个人从业之路的回忆，我们都有在不止一个企业就职的经历。如果让我们回忆以前的企业，每个人都可以列举很多企业内部的不良风气。然而，我们能够发现自身又有哪些是与企业发展格格不入的不良风气呢？从另外一方面讲，我们自身具备很强的“挑剔”能力不善

2、于“自检”。其实，别人就是自己最好的镜子，我们在挑剔他人的同时其实也在映射我们自己。想想你我熟知的各种不良风气，起因多数源于个人“挑剔”。如果能够不断提高自身的“自检”能力，我们不难发现“树企业良好风气”事实上是从我们每个人自身做起的！说到这里也许有人会问，被众多企业所倡导的“树企业良好风气”究竟是什么样的？怎样才能树立企业良好的风气？在这里我们不妨引入“客户”这个非常具体的概念来做进一步的说明。 “客户是上帝”一句耳熟能详的商业口号，确立了客户在现代商业活动中至高无上的地位。为客户提供完善的售前、售中和售后服务几乎成为现代企业从始至终都不会摒弃的理念。面对客户的疑问我们的解释是何等耐心！面对

3、客户的不满我们的态度是何等谦逊！面对客户的要求我们的服务是何等周到！那么，如果企业管理层将员工视同自己的客户，加入“为客户服务”的理念、如果部门间将其他部门视同自己部门的客户，带来“为客户服务”的思想、如果部门内员工将同事看作自己的客户，表现“为客户服务”的态度。试想，我们企业内部又将是怎样的“风气”？坚持“为客户服务”思想就不会有过多的自我抱怨、恪守“为客户服务”信条就不会产生太多的相互埋怨、奉行“为客户服务”宗旨就不会滋生个人心态的失衡。因为，企业内同事是自己的客户、部门是自己的客户、下属员工是自己的客户，有了客户意识，就有了个人行事的行为准则，自然也就形成了企业良好的工作作风。因此，树立

4、“同事是客户”“部门是客户”“员工是客户”“企业是客户”“一切为客户服务”的良好企业风气，必将为企业未来持续发展增添无穷的良性动力！不良的风气将使企业产生巨大“内耗”，而企业真正的“内耗”是来自于“人”！如何将“内耗”降至最低？除了要具备良好的企业风气之外，还需要有“讲职业正气”的素养。如果说“树风气”是企业发展必要条件，那么“讲正气”就是团队建设的必要因素。企业中的团队包括：管理团队（领导班子）和员工团队（部门），无论哪种团队，成员本人的“职业正气”都是影响团队凝聚力的直接因素。“讲职业正气”听起来抽象而且不具体，事实上“讲职业正气”就是讲一种职业精神，就是一种“责任精神”。在此我想以“责任

5、精神”来诠释“讲职业正气”。责任精神的核心是敢于承担责任、不推卸责任，也就是平时所讲的“负责人”。我们经常见到的是团队内部在出现问题时相互推卸责任，导致团队成员间面红耳赤，甚至相互指责，更有甚者还会出现相互谩骂的情况，如是情况下，团队何来凝聚力、何来竞争力。 “责任精神”是一种“全情投入”的态度。“见荣誉就上、见责任就让”是一种将自己置于团队之外的个人主意，是团队不具凝聚和竞争力的主要根源。因此，“责任精神”就是要在团队建设中最大程度上消除“个人主意”，让自己最大程度上“全情投入”，确保团队长久健康的发展。 “责任精神”是一种“负责任”的态度。团队建设过程中出现的任何阻碍团队发展的问题，每一个

6、团队成员都应反思，这种问题的出现我应该负怎样的责任，也许在问题显露初期，没有及时制止，也许在出现问题时候，有“事不关己”的心理等等。这种面对事件自我反思的过程，就是“负责任”的态度，这种“负责任”的态度在团队建设过程中应该是坚定不移的提倡、日积月累的培养、潜移默化的形成。这样的团队将是一支所向披靡、战无不克的优秀团队。 “责任精神”是一种“相互信任”的态度。“以小人之心度君子之腹”是被众人所摒弃的小人做法，团队成员间的相互信任，比在荣誉面前相互谦让更为重要。相信他人事实上就是相信自己，相信自己就是个人自信的完美体现，没有自信的人就会有太多的抱怨，没有自信人就会产生诸多的猜疑，没有自信的人就会有
