2、。每个学生的心中都有一个积极、乐观、进取、勤奋、坚强、 勇敢、好学、豁达、善良、聪明的自我,不是孩子消极悲观自卑, 而是外界压抑的结果。多给学生说“我希望、我建议、你觉得、 你能行” 尊重孩子是贯彻素质教育的前提。, 彻底改变评语中 “该 生”怎么样,写出“你”的特点、对你的建议、对你的期望,要 点燃学生心中的信心。不能再出现学生高高兴兴进学校,而一部 分学生“双差”而出。教育要为学生的一生负责,决不能仅仅为了考试,我们在培 养一个人, 一个将来在社会立足的人, 一个要有创造性能力的人。这是教师神圣的责任。家庭教育很重要,但问题是家长缺少教育 观念! 家长会一定要给家长讲清楚: 1、尽量多表扬

3、孩子,轻易 不要批评他们,因为他们已经长大。 、多关心孩子的学习、生 活和进步,不要因为考试失误而责备学生。 、多了解孩子的心 理、交往和想法,一定要尊重孩子,家庭成员之间要民主,要谈 心,要沟通,但决不能对孩子放任自流。 、不要在孩子面前议 论教师, 不能在别人面前说孩子的缺点, 坚决不能给孩子下结论。 、多给孩子一些锻炼的机会,让他们学会待人接物、学会关心、 学会尊重别人、学会负责。 、一定要给孩子做表率,经常与学 校沟通。尊重自己、尊重他人、尊重知识、尊重社会,学会尊重、学 会关心可以作为高一德育培养的目标的主要目标! 青年教师应努力实现三个突破:首先突破课堂关,要熟悉教 材,善于组织课

4、堂,掌握一定的教学技巧;其次突破知识关,要 大量做题,研究高考,明确每节课该讲什么,重点是什么,能围 绕中心讲课,提高教学技巧,做一名优秀的“演员” ;第三突破 教学关,讲解深入浅出,方法灵活多样, “教” “学”并重,有思 路、有深度、有高度,做一名优秀的“导演” 。没有教不好的学 生,只有不会教的老师;没有学不好的学生,只有不会学的学生 新教学观 教学是教师的教与学生的学的有机统一,教学是一种对话、 沟通,是合作、共建,是以教促学、教学相长。教师不仅仅是传知解惑,重要的是培养学生:让学生会学而 不是学会知识; 教知识的目的在于让学生从知识的发生过程中学 会分析问题、解决问题的方法。所以培养

5、学生学习的方法、解决 问题的能力是教学的关键。新教学观的核心在于激发学生的潜力, 在于发挥学生的主体 作用。让学生在参与中学会、会学。这种参与不仅仅是简单的课 堂提问! 新教学观首先要求教师要吃透学情,要知道学生需要什么、学生 在什么情况下能发挥潜力!兴趣、方法、习惯、性格、个性、心 理品质、目标、非智力因素等都值得重视。小学教育的核心在于唤起他们的信心,激发他们的兴趣,培 养基本的学习行为习惯,懂得为人处事的基本道理,进而掌握基 本的知识(知识决不是第一位的目标) 。 教育要为学生的一生负责,决不能仅仅为了考试,我们在培 养一个人, 一个将来在社会立足的人, 一个要有创造性能力的人。这是教师

6、神圣的责任。把微笑带进课堂,把竞争带进课堂,把激励带进课堂。把信 任的目光投向每一位学生,把尊重的话语传递给每位学生,把和 谐的微笑送给每位学生。小学教师教育教学随笔二: 小学教育随笔:做孩子成长的引导者 在生活方面:从小,我们就培养陈阳轩的独立性。因为,孩子不可能一辈子生活在父母的羽翼下。家长要放手,在可控的范围下尽量放手。比如:陈阳轩有一次突然对我说:“你们大人每个月都有工资自己支配,为什么我没有呢?”当时,我就在想,作为一个孩子来说,你一些基本的需要,我们大人基本上都会满足,你还要钱干什么呢?于是我就问他,你要钱干什么呢?他说想自己支配:如买个笔、过个节买个什么礼物送你们呀!请同学来家玩

7、买点零食呀!还有买个自己喜欢的玩具呀!我一听,当时就觉得,一个二年级的小朋友居然有这么多的想法,顿时我就觉得我的儿子长大了,同时也我意识到不能再把他当三岁小孩哄了,他已经有自己的思想了,不过这也不错呀,我就顺水推舟尊重孩子的想法,于是我就说,那行,每到爸爸妈妈发工资的时候,也给你发5元工资,这个钱由你自己支配,那不管要买什么东西(除了学习上的东西),都要从这“工资”里攒着买,他就很高兴的答应了,一次在小超市他看到一个喜欢的玩具(小陀螺)标着8元,可是第一月给他发的5元工资不够呀,怎么办呢?他岂求的眼神看着我,想我给他买,我就说了,那不行,你的工资不够,爸爸妈妈的工资也是有预算的,要一些生活开销

8、,所以你只好等下个月工资咯,然后我儿子也没办法,无奈地说:“那就自己攒着吧”。但后来,看样子我儿子是真喜欢那玩具,等第二个月发了他5元,他还惦记着他的小陀螺,最终他就去把那8元的玩具给买回来了,当然,(因为8元的玩具也不是什么好玩具)所以没多久就坏了,但是通过自己攒钱买的玩具他格外的珍惜,坏了,也在那里琢磨怎么把它修好,宝贝得很。通过这件事,我只想说:尊重孩子的想法,试着让他们自己去尝试一下,这远比父母给他买一个一百多的玩具要有意义的很。孩子只有在一次次的实践、思考中,不断长大,独立,然后超越父母。 比做一件事,孩子去做,可能只能打30分,你不满意,骂他,甚至代替他做了,当时事情的效果可以打9

9、0分。但请家长注意,这90分,永远是你的90分,孩子仍然是0分。所以,在生活上,一些基本的家务活我们都让陈阳轩做,例如:会把鞋柜边散乱的鞋子放整齐、早上起来会把开水烧好、晾洗衣机里洗好的衣服、到楼下的超市帮父母买一些油盐酱醋等等,时间长了,他也觉得做这些事情是理所应当的事了。 在学习方面:在对待学习方面,我们始终坚持“重过程轻结果”。对孩子每天的作业完成情况,我们是很关心的,该检查的检查,该签名的签名。但是对于考试成绩,我们是抱有一颗平常心的。我相信,程序正确,结果也一定正确。考试毕竟有各种偶然性,平时养成良好的学习习惯,认真完成老师布置的各项任务才是最重要的。我们也不鼓励孩子与别的同学去比较

10、,只要自己平时该做的做好了就够了。在这里再多说一句,在教育孩子方面,很多家长容易走走入一个误区。不注意赏识孩子的优点,而过份强调孩子的错误,最错误的方式是,在公众面前训斥孩子,丢孩子的脸。家长们,请呵护孩子脆弱的自尊! 孩子是我们的希望,也是祖国的未来。相信我们的孩子,今天,他们只是家中一棵小小的盆景;明天,在广阔的天地里,他们一定会长成一棵棵参天大树。小学教师教育教学随笔三: 这孩子真让人忧心那 “老师,你看昊昊呀,他和辉辉打起来了!”学生的大叫声把我从聊天中惊醒过来,抬起头一看,只见昊昊眦着牙咧着嘴,用手死命地抠着辉辉的脸,而辉辉也不甘示弱,用手里的矿泉水瓶敲着他的头“反了!反了!”我在心

11、里想着,连忙走过去说:“你们这是怎么回事呀?快住手!”辉辉倒是迅速地停了手,坐到了座位上,可是昊昊呢,嘴里还叽里咕噜地嘟囔着,有些不情不愿的样子。这是发生在“迎新长跑”比赛上的一幕。 我在他的座位上坐了下来,先问他怎么回事?他理直气壮地说:“谁叫他先打我的!”回过头问辉辉,说:“他自己把椅子老往我这里翘,撞在了我的膝盖上,跟他说他也不听的,我就”旁边的同学也都附和着说昊昊的不是。他显得很激动,小脸涨得通红,结结巴巴地说:“我又没有我又没有”成成对我说:“沈老师,是昊昊不对,他老是要弄旁边的同学的。我提醒他,他也不要听,没办法!”看着成成的小大人样,可见平时大家对他的无可奈何。哎这孩子就是让人操

12、心那! 事情基本明朗了,我就又开始了自己的苦口婆心,晓之以理,动之以情,可这有用吗?我也不知道,但总不能听之任之吧。经过一番谈话,他倒也认识到动手打人是不对的,我还特别强调了“你用手抠辉辉的眼睛,假如真的出了问题,你说怎么办?”他哑口无言了。我知道对他不能硬来,否则他的倔脾气一来,任谁都没有办法了。也许对他比较了解了吧,我的罗里罗嗦嗦还是“打动”了他,当时我是这么认为的。他终于承认了错误,也向辉辉道了歉,后来就又和旁边的同学有说有笑了,那天真可爱的笑容也出现了。 可是,为什么每次活动他总要制造一些麻烦呢?这孩子真让人忧心那,虽然每次给他旁边安排一些比较好的学生(遵守纪律的,又不会惹是生非的孩子

14、生之间保持一种人格上的平等。相互学习、相互尊重。教师,是学生学习和效仿的榜样和楷模,身教重于言教,因此幽默风趣的谈吐,得体大方的着装,亲切热忱的态度,扎实渊博的知识,犹如和煦的阳光照射到学生的心灵上,使他们感到温暖、舒畅、轻松。融洽的师生关系可提高学生的学习效率,从而产生对教师的信任感,尊敬感。努力进取。作为传道授业的老师,只有不断的更新自己的知识,不断提高自身素质,不断的完善自己,才能教好学生。如果自身散漫,怎能要求学生认真。要提高我们的自身素质,这要求我们年轻教师多听取学生和老教师的各种意见。并且自身不断的学习,积极学习,不断开辟新教法。任何事情都是双向的,学生如果看到老师这么努力、这么认

19、在幼儿园的情况,讨论孩子的问题及解决办法。妈妈告诉老师,孩子在家也比较好动,坐不住。他喜欢和两个哥哥们一起玩耍,玩得开心时就会手舞足蹈打到人。因为和哥哥在一起玩,哥哥也是小孩子,在正确的行为交往上也缺乏认识,而何振英小朋友也没有正确的行为规范意识,所以导致他在幼儿园就会发生类似的小插曲。但是幼儿园属于是孩子的集体乐园,孩子们集体生活在一起,必须有一个较好的常规意识。 针对何振英小朋友出现的问题,我也想了好多办法。 首先要注意多给予他关爱与支持,还有包容。孩子是弱小的,须依附成人,成人对他们的热爱和关怀是他们身心健康发展的必要条件,爱是做好一切教育工作的前提。尽管有时他会影响老师正常的教育教学工

20、作,但老师并没有因他的“添乱”就歧视他,而是给予他更多的机会,使他逐步进行自制力的培养。 有一次孩子们进行区域的活动后,需要整理收拾区域内的玩具,何振英却把玩具扔在地上,不进行归位放好。为了使他能够记得归类,我就邀请一位小朋友与他一起拣,并督促把玩具整理好,整理好后给予表扬和鼓励。让他有意识的知道进行活动后,玩具都要归类摆放,摆放好了还会得到老师的贴纸表扬。经过一段时间的约束和引导,他有了很大的改善,也能够主动整理玩具,知道自己操作后的玩具要自己收拾,有了一个良好的区域操作常规意识了。 他和小朋友的相处方面,老师也在时刻注意。每次活动时他有时会不经意就碰到了别的小朋友。因为力气大,别的孩子都以

21、为是何振英在打人,搬着小椅子都不愿意和他坐在一起。何振英觉得有些委屈,这时老师告诉何振英说:因为你很强壮,你的力气比较大,轻轻的碰到别的小朋友,小朋友都会感觉疼。如果以后你每次多注意点,这样小朋友还是会喜欢你的。 其次,当幼儿发生过错时,我们不能急于批评孩子。应根据孩子的年龄、个性特点选择适应的教育方法,抓住有利的时机,使孩子真正地受到启发和教育。而这样的机会正好告诉何振英要注意自己的行为给别的小朋友造成的不良影响,让他来认识自己平时的行为,以及看清自己在同伴眼中的形象,这样可能对幼儿触动会更大,更具有教育意义。自从他经历了这件事情,亲身体会到平时对同伴不友好带来的后果,而促使他主动进行自我调

22、整,学习与同伴进行友好相处,现在和小朋友坐在一起时都能相安无事,并且和其他的孩子也相处地很友好。 孩子本身没有好坏之分,只要我们换一种眼光,就往往能获得一份欣喜,老师多关注他的心理动向,及时地了解他的内心世界,以适宜的教育方法来教育他,就能避免侵犯行为的发生;以表扬鼓励为主,一旦有略微的进步,就及时地激励他,使其树立起信心而朝着良性方向发展。 通过家长和我们多方面的引导与教育,何振英各方面都有了明显的进步。已习惯集体生活,听老师口号有秩序的排队;能独立初步完成绘画作品;活动时也没有小朋友告状了而且和小朋友一起玩相处很愉快。 有句话曾说,孩子是我们的缩影,你给他的是什么教育,他就会给你什么的表现
