3、疾病预防与控制、临床医学、护理学、针灸学等领域的教师队伍，拥有英语、葡萄牙语、法语等翻译人才。使用英语、葡萄牙语、法语进行医学教学为本中心重要特色。四川省人民医院、四川省疾病预防与控制中心、成都中医药大学附属医院、成都市中西医结合医院为教学临床实习基地。多年来已对1000多名各科医生、护士和医技人员进行了专业和英语、葡萄牙语培训。2003年以来，我中心共承办了中国商务部举办的6期艾滋病防治研修班、2期针灸技术培训班、5期护理技术培训班、1期双边卫生官员研修班，对来自47个国家的 403名学员进行了培训。培训班根据学员的实际需要，制订具有针对性和实用性的教学计划；采用多媒体讲授、模型演示、操作练

4、习、临床见习、参观考察等多种方式进行教学，理论联系实际，技术培训班重点突出操作技能训练；培训期间组织学员参观不同层次的医药卫生机构，了解中国医疗卫生服务情况；组织学员游览名胜古迹、了解中国文化；精心安排学员生活，提供良好的服务。培训效果得到学员的充分肯定。项目内容介绍由中华人民共和国商务部主办，四川省卫生厅国际交流中心承办的“艾滋病防治研修班”于2009年6月3日至6月23日在四川省成都市举办，工作语言为英语。研修班以专题研修、考察、参观三种形式进行。其中专题研修围绕：中国国情，中国艾滋病疫情、防控现状及政策，中国政府在艾滋病防治中的作用（资源整合与社会动员方面），中国综合防治策略、防治政策的

5、倡导策略实践，艾滋病防治中的信息分析与利用，社会伦理、性别、人权与艾滋病防治，针对娱乐场所的艾滋病防治，针对男同性恋亚文化的艾滋病防治，降低毒品危害的策略与措施，从社会文化与人类行为的角度看艾滋病的流行与防治，非洲学员介绍本国艾滋病防治情况等内容。采用教师专题主讲、学员专题发言，现场讨论的方式进行。研修班将邀请中国国家艾滋病专家委员会委员、四川省卫生行政部门的官员、四川大学公共卫生学院教授、四川省疾病预防控制中心专家对以上专题开展讲座。研修期间，将安排学员赴北京、四川省自贡市实地考察艾滋病防治情况。还将安排学员考察不同级别的疾病预防与控制中心、参观医疗卫生机构和制药企业。Introductio

11、nThe International Health Exchange Center (IHEC) is an institution directly affiliated to the Sichuan Provincial Public Health Bureau. IHEC is located on the bank of Jinjiang River of Chengdu Municipality of Sichuan Province, which possesses over 1000m2 of training spaces with a variety of training

12、facilities and equipment. The faculty is enriched with teaching and clinical experience in fields such as medical and healthcare management, disease prevention and control, clinical medicine, nursing, acupuncture technique and so on, supported by potent translation and interpretation personnel in En

13、glish, Portuguese and French. The clinical practice base includes Sichuan Provincial Peoples Hospital, Sichuan Provincial CDC, Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM and the Chengdu TCM-Western Medicine Hospital. IHEC is known for its capacity of delivering medical training in English, Por

14、tuguese and French. So far, More than 1000 doctors, nurses and medical technicians have received professional, English and Portuguese trainings at the center.Since 2003, IHEC has conducted six HIV/AIDS seminars, two training courses on acupuncture technique, five training courses on nursing technolo

15、gy, and one bilateral health official seminar, all sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce. A total of 403 participants from 47 countries took part in. Based on the practical demands of participants, IHEC develops specific and applicable training plans, takes advantage of multi-media teaching,

16、 model demonstration, hands-on practice, clinical practice, visits and other teaching methods to link theoretical knowledge with practice, focus on operating skills. The participants are scheduled to visit medical and healthcare facilities at different levels for proper knowledge of the conditions o

17、f medical and healthcare services in China. They are also invited for tours to famous sightseeing and cultural places to understand the Chinese culture. The accommodations are carefully designed to offer a good service for the participants. The effects of the events have been well recognized by the

20、se Government in HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control（Resource Integration & Society Mobilizes）, Integrated Prevention and Control Strategy of China, Information Analysis & Use in HIV/AIDS Prevention, Social Ethics, Gender, Human Rights and HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control, HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control

21、 Targeting Recreational Establishments, HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Targeting MSM Sub-culture, Harm Reduction Strategy and Measures, HIV/AIDS Epidemic and Response, a Sociocultural and Human Behavioral Perspective, Participant Presentations on National AIDS Prevention and Control Situation in Af

22、rica countries etc. The special workshops will focus on the above mentioned topics, where special lectures, participant presentations and classroom discussion will be provided. Members of the National Expert Committee on HIV/AIDS of China, officials with the health administration agencies of Sichuan

23、 Province, professors at the Public Health School, Sichuan University, and experts of Sichuan Provincial CDC will be invited for lectures at the seminar. In its course, the participants will be scheduled to go to Beijing, Sichuan Zigong to make a field investigation on the AIDS prevention and control situation。Additionally, the centers for disease control and prevention in different levels, and medical facilities and pharmaceutical companies will be visited.5
