1、边墙基础施工技术交底边墙基础在仰拱填充(有仰拱地段)、找平层（无仰拱地段）施工完成后砼强度达到8MPa后施工。一、施工准备1、施工前各班组进行对技术交底及安全的学习。2、风、水、电准备到位。3、对边墙基础对应的仰拱或找平层顶面进行充充分凿毛。4、初期支护后局部裂隙渗漏水或局部股水的处理：对于局部裂隙渗水采用钻孔注浆，钻孔间距1.0m，注浆孔径为50mm，采用1:1的水泥浆，注浆压力小于0.3MPa；注浆孔与不出水面尽量大角度相交。示意图如下：对于局部股水采用埋管引排，将股水通过排管引至隧道侧沟，引排管采用80硬塑料管。示意图如下：二、边墙基础施工顺序测量放线排水盲沟预埋防水板预埋边墙基础立模止

4、开的最大长度不得大于10cm；集中出水点沿水源方向钻孔，然后将单根集中引水盲沟插入其中，并用速凝砂浆将周围封堵，以使地下水从管中集中引出；盲沟上有接头用无纺布等渗水材料包裹，防止喷混凝土料或杂物进入堵塞管道。、防水板预埋在边墙基础外侧应预埋防水板，防水板伸入边墙基础顶面以下15cm。伸出基础顶面防水板与拱墙衬砌时防水板的联接处应位于基面顶面以上1.52.0m。防水板的具体安装方法及质量要求参见二次衬砌施工技术交底中的防水板的安装。、边墙基础立模边墙基础模板采用5mm钢板制作,每块长度为3m,每组分4块；钢模必须具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性；模板安装必须稳固牢靠、接缝严密、不得漏浆，特别是内边线
