1、京承高速公路第四合同段防撞护栏施工工艺 编制: 复核:京承高速公路第四合同段聊城市公路工程总公司项目经理部二五年四月二十日一、具体施工方法1、防撞墙施工防撞墙采用逐跨施工方案。为防止防撞墙混凝土干缩和主梁挠度变化造成护栏开裂，在跨中,中间墩墩顶,跨径四分之一处立端模设施工缝. 1）施工放样按照护栏必须美观、防撞的要求，先按设计坐标每隔5米放出护栏内侧坐标点，并用墨线弹出内外侧边线，然后用水平仪每隔5米测出预制梁顶（边梁栏杆根部）实测高程，并根据护栏顶面设计高程，确定钢筋的安装高度，具体放样布置如下图。2）钢筋加工及安装钢筋的下料及加工按图纸要求进行，在安装护栏钢筋前，需根据放样确定的护栏边线对

2、T梁的护栏预埋筋进行逐根较正，安装时，根据钢筋的安装高度，先点焊隔一定的距离几根定位钢筋，然后在定位的钢筋顶面之间用拉线的方法确定其余钢筋的顶面高程，先点焊定位后按要求进行焊接，主筋安装焊接满足要求后，按设计要求绑扎纵向钢筋，其纵向钢筋在施工缝处均断开，钢筋安装完成后。 2）模板安装为了保证模板具备有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性，能可靠地承受施工过程中可能产生的各种荷载，保证结构的设计形状、尺寸和各部件之间相互位置的准确。采用定型设计，厂制钢模板，模板长设计为内侧模板3m，外侧模板3m，模板加工成阴阳口。模板安装前，先根据放出的栏杆边线弹出模板的外口线，并用水平仪定出每块模板下口的安装高程，模板的

3、线型通过在桥面铺装时预留的两排钢筋，来调整模板的线型（见附图）。用砂浆每隔1米设置一个调平座，保证模板安装标高符合要求。模板的平面定位根据弹出的模板外口线，使模板外口与墨线吻合，护栏内模与外模之间用上下拉杆加固，并在上拉杆加内撑，保证护栏断面尺寸符合要求，用螺丝连接，模板接缝采用胶处理，保证模板接缝不漏浆。模板安装完毕后用砂浆敷设下部空隙，待砂浆凝固后即可浇筑砼。施工时注意预埋泄水管,泄水管采用直径120毫米的 PVC管预留孔,然后安设直径115毫米的铸铁管和栅盖。3）砼施工及养护采用砼运输车运到施工现场，卸下铺在桥面上的钢板上，用人工铲到模板内，砼采用纵向分层法浇筑，每层厚度不超过30cm，

4、当浇筑到变截面处，应加强振捣，确保气泡排出，采用50型插入式振动棒振捣。砼浇注完毕，在砼初凝之后终凝前，进行顶面收光，采用钢摸进行收光。砼浇筑完毕后，应及时进行养生，采用覆盖毡布，洒水养生，保持砼表面湿润，养生期不少于7天。2、内侧护栏座的施工.1)电缆托架的施工.在内侧护栏施工时,先施工电缆托架,电缆托架每两米设一道,布设时要与泄水管错开,托架采用5槽钢焊接而成,焊接尺寸应与现场一致,以免造成安装困难。2）内侧护栏施工.a.测量放线按照护栏的美观要求,先按设计坐标每米放出护栏外侧坐标点,并向内平移30cm，用墨线弹出控制线,然后每隔3米算出护拦边线到控制线的距离，每隔1米测一处标高，并做一调
