1、30m箱梁预应力钢绞线张拉施工工艺一、 工程概况金沙江大桥引桥箱梁布置为：小里程侧2孔30m组合箱梁(桥面连续)，大里程侧1联6孔30m先简支后连续组合箱梁，合计梁片数量为24片。桧溪湾大桥箱梁布置为：1联7孔30m先简支后连续组合箱梁+1联6孔30m先简支后连续组合箱梁+2孔30m组合箱梁(桥面连续)，合计梁片数量为45片。两桥共计梁片数量69片。预应力筋采用符合ASTM.A416标准j15.24mm低松弛钢绞线，标准强度 Ryb=1860Mpa，预应力管道采用金属波纹管成孔。张拉时锚下控制应力k=0.75 Ryb,均采用双端张拉、双控。张拉工序为：0 初应力（0.1k） 划标线 张拉控制应

2、力 测伸长量，持荷5min 锚固先简支后连续施工程序：预制箱梁 张拉梁体正弯距预应力钢束梁端局部封锚架设箱梁现浇墩顶纵向连续湿接头张拉墩顶预应力连续钢束拆除临时支座现浇桥面板、横隔板防撞护栏、桥面铺装。二、 编制依据1、 金沙江大桥、桧溪湾大桥两阶段施工图设计2、 公路桥涵施工技术规范（JTJ041-2000）3、 公路工程质量检验评定标准(JTJ071-98)4、 公路工程施工安全技术规程（JTJ076-95）三、 张拉前准备1、 梁体砼已达到设计张拉强度，梁体缺陷（包括锚垫板下蜂窝和孔洞）已修补，修补强度与张拉的梁体等强。2、（1） 采用符合ASTMA416标准j15.24mm低松弛钢绞线

3、，标准强度Ryb=1860MPa。使用前按规定分批取样进行检验，检验结果应符合国家标准的规定。钢绞线的表面不得有润滑剂和油渍，并不得有锈蚀成可见的麻坑。（2） 锚具和夹片的类型符合设计规定，并抽样进行外观尺寸、硬度及锚固力检验和试验。检验结果如有一套不合格，则另取双倍数量进行检查，如仍有一套不合格则逐套检查，合格者方可使用。（3） 预应力钢绞线、锚具和夹片储存在清洁、干燥的地方，加以遮盖，并定期检查有无损坏和锈蚀。（4） 选用的千斤顶的张拉吨位不得少于张拉力的1.21.5倍，标定后的校正系数不大于1.05。（5） 选用的油压表应为防震型，表面最大读数为压力的1.52.0倍，精度不低于1.0级。

5、输和安装过程中损坏、变形或锈蚀。（8） 张拉前对梁的外观尺寸、锚垫板位置及孔道内杂物等进行清理检查，检查锚垫板下砼是否密实，垫板与孔道是否垂直，如有问题及时处理。（9） 根据设计要求，预制箱梁砼达到95以上设计强度且龄期不少于7天后，方可张拉预应力束。张拉顺序为N1、N2、N3、N4、N5（N6），均采用两端张拉、双控（应力控制、伸长量校核），张拉控制应力为k0.75Ryb。钢束张拉工序为：0 初应力（0.1k）划标线 张拉控制应力（k）测伸长量，持荷5分钟 锚固。当张拉控制应力达到稳定，并确认伸长、滑丝、断丝数量等合格后，才能进行锚固。实测伸长量与理论伸长量相差不得大于6，每端钢绞线回缩量5
