1、2022年-2023年建筑工程管理行业文档 齐鲁斌创作额定电压0.6/1kV聚氯乙烯绝缘电力电缆PVC insulated power cables with rated voltages 0.6/1kV一、产品用途Products application本产品适用于配电网、工业装置等领域,用于固定敷设在交流50Hz、额定电压0.6/1kV的电力输配电线路上,主要功能是输送电能。本产品为通常条件下使用的产品,不适用一些特殊条件的场合,如架空、水下、船用、海底、核电站等。阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆适用于具有阻燃要求的场合。耐火聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆适用于地下铁道、地下商场、大型购物中心、高层建筑等人口稠密、

2、通风受限的场合。This product is applicable to being fixedly laid on the transmission and distribution line of alternative current rating 50Hz and rated voltage up to 0.6/1.0Kv with the use for power transmission, which is applied to the range of distribution network, industrial equipments, etc.This product

3、is the nomal used cable, not suitable for some special places, such asunderwater, ship, nuclear station, etc.二、产品主要技术特点Technique features本产品电缆除具有可靠的电气性能外,还具有较强的防止化学腐蚀性,耐酸、碱和有机溶剂,电缆不受敷设落差的限制,可在任何落差甚至垂直的场合敷设。 The product has good performance on electrical characteristic, chemical resistance, such as a

4、cid resistance, alkali resistance and organic solvent resistance. 8、tes:U0:电缆设计用的导体对地或金属屏蔽之间的额定工频电压;Rated A.C. Voltage between conductor and ground/metal screen;U:电缆设计用的导体间的额定工频电压; Rated A.C. Voltage between conductorsUm:设备可承受的“最高系统电压“的最大值。The maximum system voltage which the equipments can be beared电缆的额定电压应适合电缆所在系统的运行条件。为了便于选择电缆,将系统划分为下列三类:The rated voltage of cabl

9、e shall be applicable to system operation condition where the cable lain in. According to cable selecting, the system will be described as 3 types as follow:A类:任一相导体与地或接地导体接触时,能在1min内与系统隔离。System category A When any phase of cable conductor is contacting with earth conductor, the cable will be isola

10、ted with the system.B类:可在单相接地故障时作短时运行,但任何情况下不宜超过8h,每年接地故障总持续时间不宜超过125h。System category B The system is allowed to run for 8 hours, when the single-phase earth fault is existing. And the total earth-fault time of 1 year wont be above 125 hours. C类:包括不属于A类和B类的系统。System category C They are including al

11、l systems besides A and B.注:在系统接地故障不能立即自动解除时,故障期间加在电缆绝缘上过高的电场强度,会在一定程度上缩短电缆寿命。如系统预期会经常地运行在持久的接地故障状态下,该系统应划为C类。When the system earth fault cant be removed automatically, the life of cable will be shortened in some degree because of the over-high electric stess beared by cable insulation.用于三项系统的电缆,U0的

13、ure of conductor电缆导体的最高额定工作温度为70。The maximum assigned temperature of the cable conductor is 70。短路时(最长持续时间不超过5s)电缆导体的最高温度不超过160。During having a short circuit, lasting less than 5 seconds, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not be above 160.3、 敷设环境温度 Ambient temperature for laying电缆敷

16、e is no limit of head drop during the cable laying.电缆允许敷设在室内、室外、空气中和土壤中,允许局部有积水。The cable may be laid in indoor, outdoor, air and soil. The cable may be immersed in water locally.电缆敷设方式可以是隧道、管道、电缆沟、桥架、排管,铠装电缆允许直埋地下,钢丝铠装电缆允许垂直敷设。The cable may be laid in tunnel, pipe, trench, conduit and on cable brid

The amoured cable can be laid undergroud, and the wire- amoured cable can be laid vertically.单芯电缆不允许敷设在磁性金属管内。The single core cable mustnt be laid in the magnetic metal pipes.电缆敷设环境应有良好的散热条件。The enviroment of cable laying shall be in good heat dissipation condition.6、 电缆敷设时导体最大允许牵引力和电缆最大允许侧压力The

19、s7、 电缆运输和保管要求The requirements on transportation and storage:电缆盘不允许平放。The cable reels shall not be delivered and stored in flat state运输中严禁从高处扔下装有电缆的电缆盘,严禁机械损伤电缆。It is strictly forbidden to push the cable reel from the high level in order to prevent the cable from damages电缆如果需要分段使用,电缆分段后必须用防水封帽将电缆头密封,

39、uirement of GB/3956 or the second one of that, that is bare anneal copper conductor, or bare aluminium conductor or aluminium alloy, or the fifth one of that, that is bare copper conductor or metal coated anneal copper conductor.2、耐火层fire resistant layer 耐火电缆导体外双层绕包耐火云母带,云母带绕包必须平整、紧密,不允许有折皱、漏包等缺陷。 T

40、he cables are to overlap and wrap two layers of mica tape outside the cable conductor so as to form the fire resistant layer.3、绝缘Insulation绝缘应紧密挤包在导体上,且应容易剥离而不损伤绝缘体、导体或镀层。The insulation layer shall be extruded on the conductor, and it shall be easy to be stripped without damages on insulation, condu

41、ctor and coating layer.4、隔离套(有铠装电缆)Inner sheath(Armoured cables)采用聚氯乙烯(PVC)或聚乙烯(PE)挤包在缆芯上。The separated sheath is the extruding PVC or PE on the cable cores.5、铠装 Armoured多芯电缆采用镀锌钢带或镀锌钢丝,用于交流回路的单芯电缆采用非磁性金属带或金属丝(见第五条)。金属带采用双层间隙绕包,金属丝采用多根同心绞合。The amour of the multiple cable shall be zinc-plated steel t

42、ape or wire, but the amour of the single cable uesed in AC circuit shall be non-magnetic metal-tape or metal-wire. The tappering mode of metal tape should adopt double layer open tappering, and the mode of metal wire shall mutiple concentric stranding.注:大量事实证明,采用某种特殊结构铠装(如添加铜丝的隔磁结构)的单芯电缆用于交流回路时均出现电缆

43、发热导致载流量大为下降的现象,所以不推荐采用。Note: A large number of facts show that the single cable with the special structure amour in the AC circuit exists the heating phenomenon, thus causing the reduction of current capacity. The manufacturer dont suggest to adopt this kind cable.6、外护套Outer sheath采用ST2型聚氯乙烯护套料或ST7型

44、聚乙烯(PE)护套料挤包在铠装、绝缘或缆芯上。The materials of outer sheath are extruding ST2 PVCor ST7 PE on amour, insulation or cable cores.7、成品电缆的标志Cable marks成品电缆的外护套表面印有厂名、型号、额定电压、芯数、标称截面和米数的连续标志。The outer sheath of the cable shall have the following information printed at regular intervals throughtout the length of
