2、8、建筑防腐蚀工程施工质量验收规范（GB50224-2010）三、 工艺原理喷砂除锈及防腐施工的原理是利用空气压缩机产生的压强使砂粒获得冲量将其喷射在钢结构构件表面，砂粒与金属表面相互摩擦从而使附着在金属表面的铁锈脱落，然后再将防腐油漆滚涂在金属表面使整个金属表面结成一层漆膜，从而阻止水和空气的侵蚀以达到防腐的效果。砂轮机除锈及防腐原理跟此类似，通过砂轮机先将钢构件金属表面的污物、焊渣、铁锈、氧化皮彻底清除干净，使基层表面露出明显的金属光泽，达到除锈标准，然后再将防腐油漆涂刷在金属表面使整个金属表面结成一层漆膜，从而阻止水和空气的侵蚀以达到防腐的效果。四、施工工艺流程及操作要点A、喷砂除锈的施

4、c.喷射后不残留在钢材的表面上；d.磨料的表面不得有油污，含水率小于1%。e.粒径3.20.63mm。2.2基层处理（喷砂除锈）（1）将钢结构构件放在钢架（马镫）上，砂罐内装满磨料，空气压缩机的压力保持在0.50.6Mpa，保持喷射角度为3570，喷嘴距离金属表面100300mm。将砂粒均匀地喷射到金属表面，直到金属表面露出金属的本来颜色为止。（2）金属表面的除锈等级，喷砂处理后达到Sa2.5级。除锈完毕后进行金属外观的验收，外观检查要求为：非常彻底地除锈，钢材表面无可见的油脂、污垢、氧化皮、铁锈和油漆涂层等附着物。任何残留的痕迹应仅是点状或条状的轻微色斑。（3）除锈后的金属表面采用干燥的压缩

5、空气或毛刷将锈尘和残余磨料清除干净后进行下道工序。2.3喷砂验收（1）喷砂除锈的质量标准符合设计要求。（2）金属表面粗糙度的检查：采用粗糙度对比样板或目测检查。2.4滚涂第一遍底漆（1）钢材基层处理完后在46h内滚涂H06-14环氧铁红底漆第一道底漆。滚涂时，先将涂料大致地涂布于被涂物表面，接着将涂料均匀地分布开，最后让滚筒按一定的方向滚动，滚平表面并修饰。（2）在滚涂时初始用力要轻，以防涂料流落，随后逐渐用力，使涂层均匀。（3）特殊部位的施工地脚螺栓和底板、高强螺栓连接点接触面，施工图中注明的不涂层部位，不涂刷。安装焊缝处留3050mm宽暂时不涂，待构件吊装完毕后再进行涂刷。2.5 第二遍底

6、漆滚涂待第一遍H06-14环氧铁红底漆全部干透所需时间为间隔进行第二遍H06-14环氧铁红底漆滚涂。2.6漆膜厚度检测（中间验收）漆膜厚度检测采用漆膜测厚仪检测，厚度偏差为5m。2.7构件安装待第二遍H06-14环氧铁红底漆全部干透并经漆膜厚度检测合格后进行安装。2.8面漆滚涂料安装完毕并经验收合格后进行第一遍氯化橡胶面漆滚涂，按油漆干透所需的时间为间隔进行第二遍面漆滚涂，直至两遍氯化橡胶面漆全部完成。B、手工和动力除锈的施工工艺及操作要点1、施工工艺流程设计交底、图纸会审编写施工方案、技术准备平整工作场地搭设工作棚装运钢结构至工作场地钢结构除锈达到St3级检查合格调配油漆(6小时内)涂刷H0

7、6-14环氧铁红底漆第一道检查补涂（8小时内）涂刷H06-14环氧铁红环氧底漆第二道检查合格交付安装氯化橡胶面漆一道检查补涂氯化橡胶面漆第二道质量检验、交工验收2、操作要点2.1基层处理表面预处理是整个防腐过程中的重要环节，保证涂层质量的先决条件，关系到防腐蚀材料能否发挥最在覆盖屏闭作用，关系涂料涂层的整体使年限。对腐蚀严重部位用砂轮机对金属表面上的污物、焊渣、铁锈、氧化皮彻底清除干净，特别是夹角、死角等部位，使基层表面露出明显的金属光泽，达到除锈标准。2.2验收标准砂轮机除锈后表面干燥、无油污、无氧化皮、无锈迹、无灰尘，表面粗糙度达到RZ20-40 um，符合GB8923-1988规定要求的

8、等级标准（St3级）。2.3涂刷第一遍底漆（1）钢材基层处理完后在46h内涂刷H06-14环氧铁红底漆第一道底漆。涂料按涂敷、抹平和修饰3道工序操作；（2） 涂料从被涂物的一边按一定顺序，快速连续的刷平和修饰，不反复刷涂；（3） 刷涂垂直表面时，最后一次按光线照射方向进行；（4）漆膜的刷涂厚度均匀适中，防止流挂、起皱和漏涂。2.4 第二遍底漆涂刷待第一遍H06-14环氧铁红底漆全部干透所需时间为间隔进行第二遍H06-14环氧铁红底漆涂刷。2.5漆膜厚度检测（中间验收）漆膜厚度检测采用漆膜测厚仪检测，厚度偏差为5m。2.6构件安装待第二遍H06-14环氧铁红底漆全部干透并经漆膜厚度检测合格后进行

9、安装。2.7面漆滚涂料安装完毕并经验收合格后进行第一遍氯化橡胶面漆涂刷，按油漆干透所需的时间为间隔进行第二遍面漆涂刷，直至两遍氯化橡胶面漆全部涂刷完成。五、材料与设备1、材料准备（1）磨料（棕刚玉、石英砂等）（2）防腐油漆：底漆采用H06-14环氧铁红防腐底漆，面漆采用氯化橡胶防腐油漆。2、 施工机具准备（1）机械设备：空气压缩机、喷砂机、电动砂轮机、角磨机等。（2）主要工具：喷枪、钢丝刷、砂布、小油桶、钢丝钳、高马镫、小锤子、眼镜，口罩、滚筒、刷子等。六、劳动组织按120吨工程量，施工工期45天编制劳动力见表1。 表1 劳动力安排表工 种按施工阶段投入劳动力（人）项目负责人1技术员2安全员1

10、材料员1除锈工4油漆工4电工1机修工1普工5汽车吊司机1七、质量控制1、除锈环境的要求。喷射除锈在密闭的环境中进行,现场进行围护，棚内的温度在538度之内。喷砂前清除干净金属表面的焊渣、毛刺和焊接飞溅物。喷射相对湿度不大于85%，或控制钢材表面温度高于空气露点3以上，湿度过大，钢材表面和金属磨料易生锈。砂轮机除锈上方有防雨措施，在阴雨、潮湿天气停止施工。2、材料控制磨料需粗细级配，可较好地保证金属表面粗糙度，从而提高防腐质量。防腐油漆材料的配置和使用按产品说明书的规定进行，使用前搅拌均匀。在施工过程中出现胶凝、结块现象时，停止使用，根据产品技术要求，加入与之配套的稀释剂。3、喷砂的空气压力控制

11、在0.50.6Mpa之内，喷砂的角度控制在3570之内，喷嘴距离金属表面100200mm。4、除锈后金属表面的温度不能过高，温度过高会影响油漆的附着力，从而会引起油漆蜕皮、脱落，温度控制在538度之内。5、质量保证项目油漆、稀释剂的种类和质量符合设计要求。有质量合格证明文件及检验报告。不误涂，漏涂，无蜕皮和反锈。6、质量基本项目油漆：涂刷均匀、色泽一致，无皱皮和流坠。构件补刷油漆：涂膜完整，附着良好。7、质量允许偏差：每层干漆膜厚度为2530m，总干漆膜厚度为100120m。八、 安全措施1、施工前对喷砂机（空气压缩机、砂罐、喷枪、传送带）、砂轮机、角磨机进行全面检查，发现问题及时修复更换。2
