One excellent way is to out

31、line the theme first. There are two main kinds of outlines: topic outlines and sentence outlines. In a topic outline each item is a key word, or perhaps several words, that will help you to recall an idea. In a sentence outline each item is a complete sentence stating an idea. Both kinds of outlines
