2、 eg.am, is,are,have,see 副词(adv.)：修饰动词、形容词或其他副词,说明时间、地点、程度等 eg.now, very, here, often, quietly, slowly 冠词(art.)：用在名词前,帮助说明名词 eg. a, an, the 介词(prep.)： 表示它后面的名词或代词与其他句子成分的关系。eg. in, on, from, above, behind 连词(conj.):用来连接词、短语或句子 eg.and, but, before 感叹词(interj.)表示喜、怒、哀、乐等感情 eg.oh, well, hi, hello.,Chapt

3、er 2 名词,专有名词 Beijing, Tom, the Peoples Republic of China 普通名词 可数名词 不可数名词,可数名词单数变复数,可数名词复数的变法：,不规则变化的可数名词的复数，主要有三种构成形式： 1.单复数形式相同：sheep绵羊 fish鱼 deer 鹿；Chinese中国人 Japanese日本人 2.不规则变化：child-children foot-feet tooth-teeth mouse-mice man-men woman-women goose-geese,3.由-man和 -woman合成的名词，变复数将man变成 men ，wom

4、an变成women。 Englishman-Englishmen 英国（男）人Frenchwoman -Frenchwomen法国女人 但注意：German-Germans 德国人 4.当man或woman 作为定语，修饰其他名词时，变复数时其与被修饰的名词均要变复数： one man doctor- two men doctors one woman singer-two women singers,4.集体名词，以单数形式出现，但实为复数。people，police，cattle(牛）等本身就是复数，不能说 a people，a police a cattle，但可以说a person，a

5、 policeman，a head of cattle. 5.表示由两部分构成的东西，如：glasses （眼镜）trousers,clothes等，若表达具体数目，要借助数量词pair（对，双）;suit（套）; a pair of glasses; two pairs of trousers等。,名词与量词的搭配使用,固定搭配：数词+量词+of+名词 一.数词是单数时,量词也是单数. e.g. A piece of paper a pair of shoes 二.数词为复数时, 1.若名词为不可数名词,那么:量词是复数,但名词为单数. e.g. Two pieces of paper. 2
