14、 every week is too long.11. take part in，join，Join in，attend的区别 take part in指参加会议或群众性活动等，着重说明句子主语参加该项活动并在活动中发挥作用。如： Well take part in social practice during the summer vacation. join有两个用法： 1)指加入某个党派，团体组织等，成为其成员之一，意为：“参军、入团、入党”等。如： When did your brother join the army? 你哥哥什么时候参军的？ 2)和某人一道做某事，其结构为：join

15、 sb in( doing) sth，根据上下文，in(doing) sth也可以省去。如： Will you join us in the discussion? 你参加我们的讨论吗？ 3)join in多指参加小规模的活动如“球赛、游戏”等，常用于日常口语。如： Come along，and join in the ballgame.快，来参加球赛。 4) attend是正式用语，及物动词，指参加会议、婚礼、葬礼、典礼；去上课、上学、听报告等。句子的主语只是去听、去看、自己不一定起积极作用。如： Hell attend an important meeting tomorrow.他明天要参

16、加一个重要的会议。三、语法复习: 1if引导的条件状语从句if意为“如果”时，可引导条件状语从句：(1)主句中的动词用一般将来时，条件状语从句中的动词用一般现在时。如：If we grow more bamboo, giant pandas will have more food.(2)条件状语从句的位置可在主句前，也可在主句后。如：If he goes, I wont go. I wont go if he goes.(3)if还可以作“是否”讲，引导宾语从句。试比较：Well visit the Great Wall if it doesnt rain tomorrow.We dont k

17、now if it will rain tomorrow.2unless引导的条件状语从句unless相当于ifnot，意为“除非，如果不”，引导条件状语从句，从句的位置可以放在主句前，也可以放在主句后，但如果放在主句前要用逗号隔开。主句的动词常用一般将来时，从句的动词常用一般现在时。如：Unless you have a map, youll get lost easily.
