2、凝土；泄水孔PVC-U75间距3000mm*3000MM;网喷混凝土200mm厚，混凝土等级C20；掺2%早强剂集合物，施工作业条件需要搭设网喷装饰脚手架，架体高度21m。2 设计方案及材料要求 土石方施工随10#楼土石方开挖完成，根据现在与地勘岩层相符为砂岩层（除地表耕植土），地质状况和气候条件的客观情况须对该区域进行网喷护壁。21 构造设计方案（1）喷射混凝土厚度采用20 cm，喷射混凝土等级为C20细石商品混凝土。 （2）土钉采用 III级20钢筋；锚固深度2000mm；并注入C25细石商品混凝土；土钉间距采用2000mm*2000mm布置。（3）钢筋网的孔眼尺寸采用150mm*150m

3、m的方孔，钢筋采用6.5单层双向。22 材料选择要求（1）水泥：选用425R普通硅酸盐水泥；该区域岩体大面积有水系渗除现象，须掺2%早强剂聚合物。（2）砂：应采用坚硬耐久的中粗砂，细度模数宜大于25，含水率直控制在57。（3）骨料：应采用坚硬耐久的碎石或卵石，粒径不宜大于15 mm；当采用碱性速凝剂时，不得使用含有活性二氧化硅的石材。（4）外加剂：应选用符合质量要求的速凝剂，掺速凝剂后的喷射混凝土性能必须满足设计要求。（5）水：混合水中不应含有影响水泥正常凝结与硬化的有害物质，不得使用污水以及pH值小于4的酸性水和含硫酸盐量按SO 计算超过水重1的水。23 混合料的配合比设计商品混凝土供应站提

4、供。3 施工方法及技术措施喷锚网支护的施工程序是：搭设脚手 整修边坡 设施排水孔施工 第一次喷射混凝土 土钉钻孔、注浆 钢筋网制作；挂网（第二次喷射混凝土 养护 拆除脚手架。现把各工序的施工方法及技术措施简述如下：31搭设脚手架脚手架搭设前必须先对现有边坡的稳定情况进行观察，确定安全后再搭设脚手架。钢管支架立柱置于坚硬稳定的岩石上，立柱间距15m。架子宽度1215 m；横杆高度18m，以满足施工操作；搭设管扣要牢固和稳定；钢管脚手架与壁面之间必须楔紧，相邻钢管脚手架之间应连接牢靠，以确保施工安全。32 坡面整修由于现有的岩石边坡破碎松散且不平整，故必须将松散的浮石和岩渣清除干净。处理好光滑岩面

5、；清除松动物及凸出块状岩体；用石块补砌空洞；用高压水冲洗受喷面；对边坡局部不稳定处进行清刷或支补加固；对较大的裂缝进行灌浆或勾缝处理；在边坡松散空洞处和坡脚处设置一定数量的泄水孔，预留的长度根据现场确定布设。33 喷射混凝土作业（1）喷射作业前必须对机械设备，风、水管路和电线等进行全面检查及试运转。（2）喷射混凝土之前，用清水将坡面冲刷干净，湿润岩层表面，以确保喷射混凝土与岩层之间的良好粘结。（3）埋设控制喷射混凝土厚度的标志，以确保混凝土喷射的厚度。（4）喷射作业应分段分片依次进行。喷射顺序自上而下；按地形条件和风向从左至右，或从右至左依次进行。（5）如果是喷锚网混凝土施工，必须先喷射第一层

6、混凝土后才施工土钉及挂设钢筋网。第一层混凝土的厚度为34cm。喷头与受喷面应垂直，宜保持0610m的距离。第二层喷射混凝木应在第一层混凝土终凝后进行。若终凝1h后再进行喷射时，应先用水清洗喷层表面。第二次喷射时必须保证厚度和表面的光感。混凝土喷射24 h后浇水养护，以保证混凝土质量。（6）喷射时，应控制好水灰比，保持混凝土表面平整，呈湿润光泽，无干斑或滑移流淌现象。（7）喷射机设置在护壁顶部5#楼塔机20m以外的平地区域，便于从5#楼2级配电箱电源引入。34 土钉钻孔及注浆（1）土钉钻孔在混凝土喷射第一层后才进行定位；采用气腿式凿岩机钻孔，孔径75mm；根据图纸要求，土钉深度2m，钻孔要垂直边

7、坡面。土钉采用III级钢20mm钢筋，间排距2000mm布置。（2）如遇岩石过于坚硬须采取加水的方式钻孔，钻孔时必须随机钻速度钻进，不能强加压力冲钻，以免影响边坡岩石的稳定。（3）采用压力泵将1：1的水泥砂浆注入锚孔。如遇空洞不能加压太大，要保持01 MPa的工作压力。注浆时注浆管应插至孔底510cm处，随砂浆的注入缓慢匀速拔出。 注浆要保证砂浆饱满，不得有里空外满的现象。（4）注完浆后，立即插入土钉，若孔口无砂浆溢出，应及时补注砂浆。35挂网（1）先将圆盘钢筋（直径6.5）调直，按边坡形状尺寸取料加工，按网孔150*150的规格编织好钢筋网片固定在土钉和“U”固件上，分布要均匀，绑扎要牢固。

8、（2）编好钢筋网后，与土钉交接处必须进行焊接或搭接绑扎，以保证喷射混凝土时钢筋不晃动。（3）钢筋网必须紧贴混凝土表面，以保证钢筋网保护层厚度。36 养护（1）当最后一次喷射的混凝土终凝2h后，立即喷水养护，每天至少喷水四次。养护时间一般不得少于7d。 （2）在终凝后第一次喷水养护时，压力不宜过大，以防止冲坏喷射混凝土防护层表面。（3）气温低于5 C时，不得喷水养护。（4）在养护过程中如果发现剥落、外鼓、裂纹、局部潮湿、色泽不均等不良现象，应分析原因、采取措施进行修补，以防后患。4 现场质量管理与检测41 现场质量管理措施（1）严把原材料质量关，并严格商品混凝土塌落度。（2）严格操作规程：根据现

9、场需要，专门制订出土钉施工操作规程、喷射混凝土操作规程以及化验制度、机具测试维修制度，使每一位施工人员都熟悉并掌握操作规程和技术要求。要求工人严格按操作规程施工，加强对其责任心的教育。（3）加强对操作人员的培训。尤其是喷射手、搅拌人员、喷射机操作人员，一定要选择责任心强、技术熟练的工人担任，以保证喷射混凝土的质量。（4）合理选择施工设备、机具和施工方案。施工前选好设备、机具，良好的机具是保证质量的基础。在选择施工方案时，要深入调查，进行测试研究，采用工程类比法，优化选择适合本工程的支护方式和施工方法。42 现场质量检测（1）厚度检测用凿孔法检测。根据锚杆喷射混凝土支护技术规范，“每个断面上，全
