57、问题。按照徐水县教育局规划，漕河镇另一所中学（漕河中学）将并入南留中学，南留中学将变为漕河镇唯一一所高标准、规范化的寄宿制初级中学。届时该校将成为6轨制初中，在校学生将达到1000人，教职工55人，设置18个教学班，并提供相应数量的学生宿舍。但目前该学校的教室数量、办学条件根本无法满足将来的需要，且不符合河北省规范化初中建设标准的要求。因此，河北省徐水县漕河镇南留中学改造扩建工程的建设，在解决现实问题的同时，也体现了以人为本和科学发展观的要求，直接关系到党和政府在人民群众中的形象，具有重要的现实意义和深远的政治意义。2、相关政策介绍县委、县政府把教育工作与经济工作同规划、同研究、同部署、同落实

63、合理确定本项目的建设规模；4) 项目建设的基本条件；5) 项目建设方案 ；6) 建设水平及投资估算；7) 建设资金筹措；8) 社会效益分析等。十一、结论鉴于徐水县漕河镇南留中学的现状及存在的上述问题，已经不能适应现代教育对学校的基本要求，严重阻碍了教育教学的发展，且存在学校师生的安全隐患问题。根据省政府的要求，必须按照规范化学校的标准进行学校建设。因此，关于徐水县漕河镇南留中学综合教学楼、宿舍楼建设项目是势在必行，是广大师生家长的渴求，也是教育发展的必然。徐水县漕河镇南留中学改造扩建工程项目正是一项落实科学发展观的德政工程，一项民心工程，一项关系教育乃至社会事业发展的基础工程，是合理配置教学资
