23、- K3+180，道路全长2080米道路红线宽度30米，乐清市中心区体育中心东侧道路工程由银溪路始，自南向北依次与旭阳路、晨曦路、东山路相交，至北界路止。道路等级为城市次干道I级，设计年限15年，路面允许弯沉值为0.302。道路横断面为30米=3米人行道+3米非机动车道+2米绿化带+14米车行道+2米绿化带+3米非机动车道 +3米人行道。（旭阳路-晨曦路）断面即33.5米=3米人行道+6.5米（ 非机动车道+辅道）+2米绿化带+14米车行道+2米绿化带+3米非机动车道+3米人行道。本工程桥梁两座，胜利河桥310米，中心桩号1+953.946右偏角为90，东山横河桥310米，中心桩号2+793.

24、000右偏角为90。箱涵1-53.0米，中心桩号为1+496.358斜交。排水工程管径600的采用HDPE双壁波纹管，管径大于600的采用玻璃夹砂管，检查口及雨水口均采用钢筋纤维砼材质井盖，雨水进水口连接管采用HDPE管。本工程同时进行了交通标志标线工程和电气照明工程设计。二、施工的总体组织规划（一）施工段划分和各段现状本标段道路线路总长2080米，工程面广项目多，为便于统筹施工规划，工序编制，均衡施工和资源合理投入，降低成本，本方案确定按施工段落划分，一个施工员负责一个施工区域，分工到人，各负其责，项目部统一管理，统一调度，协调指挥，确保该工程按质按量按期完成。1、 施工段划分施工一段：该段

25、为K1+100-K1+900 。该区道路面积约为25000，雨、污水各约800米，3#浜处理约8695，4#浜处理约105，K1+486.358处5*3米箱涵一座，旭阳路交叉口一处，施工时材料、设备可从旭阳路向两边同时施工，也可以由银溪路沿道路方向施工，该区域施工条件较好，离项目部很近，工作面广，可以很好的开展工作。施工二段：该段为K1+900-K1+2+700。该区道路面积约为25500，雨、污水各约800米， K1+953.946处3*10米桥梁一座，晨曦路交叉口一处，施工时材料、设备可从晨曦路向两边同时施工，也可以沿旭阳路经胜利河桥处开展工作，该区域施工条件较好，工作面广，可以很好的开展

26、工作。施工三段：该段为K2+700-K3+180。该区道路面积约为14400，雨、污水各约480米， K2+793处3*10米桥梁一座，东山路交叉口一处，施工时材料、设备可从东山路向两边同时施工，该区域施工条件较差，地处鱼塘，填方工程量大，没有道路通行，施工过程应综合考虑临时便道和路基施工的同时进行。2、各施工段内容说明三个施工段工程内容基本相同，二、三段有改河工程，三段有倒虹吸一处计80米，相比较而言，一施工段较容易，三施工段较难。特别是改河工程和倒虹吸工程，由于开挖深度较深，施工难度可想而知，要保证基坑的稳定和施工安全，在投入必要的人力、物力、财力的情况下，更要求施工技术人员严格按施工方案

27、施工，不间断对监测点进行位移和沉降观测，发现隐患，立即停工整改，同时项目部应编制事故应急处理预案，保证工程的安全和质量万无一失。（二）各工段的施工流程安排本工程总体考虑划分三施工段，投入六个作业队，组织六个流水段平行作业。(1) 施工一段：由于施工一段已经具备进场施工条件，项目部将安排一段分两个施工区域即道路区和箱涵河浜区同时进场施工， 区由旭阳路沿道路南北两个方向同时进行道路清表和填砂、软基处理塑料排水管、土工格栅、矿渣堆载预压、雨污水、碎石垫层、水稳、沥青路面以及附属工程的施工；区沿旭阳路向银溪路方向对该区域进行围堰、排水、清淤、河浜填砂、塑料排水管、土工格栅、矿渣堆载预压、雨污水、碎石垫

28、层、水稳、沥青路面以及附属工程的施工；同时进行基坑防护、挖运淤泥、松木桩、块石挤密、砂石褥垫层、C15砼垫层、底板、侧墙、顶板、搭板、进出水口、路基、路面施工。 (2) 施工二段：施工二段基本具备进场施工条件，项目部将安排二段分两个施工区域即道路区和桥梁改河区同时进场施工， 区由晨曦路沿道路南北两个方向同时进行道路清表和填砂、软基处理塑料排水管、土工格栅、矿渣堆载预压、雨污水、碎石垫层、水稳、沥青路面以及附属工程的施工；区沿旭阳路向晨曦路方向对该区域进行围堰、排水、清淤、搅拌桩、基坑防护、挖运淤泥、块石挤密、砂石褥垫层、C20毛石砼垫层、C20钢筋砼横撑梁（含垫层）、浆砌块石墙身、C20砼克顶

29、、碎石回填、桥梁钻孔灌注桩、墩身、台盖梁、墩盖梁、系梁、耳背墙、空心板预制安装、桥面连续、桥面附属、路面、搭板护坡施工。 (3) 施工三段：施工三段地处鱼塘，填方量大，项目部组织三段工作人员对图纸以及现场进行熟悉，拿出可行性施工方案，保证道路和临时便道同时施工，不受影响。项目部基本施工方案为：测量放线、围堰排水、道路填方；塑料排水管、矿渣摊铺、排水施工、碎石基层、水稳施工、沥青面层以及改河工程和桥梁工程施工。三、本工序主要设备、器具配备表(1) 主要设备配备表序号机械名称规格型号单位数量主要用途1推土机T120台1路基施工2推土机TS200台1平整场地3挖土机WY100台5路床挖填4压路机12

31、计图纸会审准备工作。2、组织相关人员学习图纸和有关的规范、标准、规定和招标文件。3、编制总体施工组织设计和分项工程专业技术方案。4、编制质量目标设计和资料目标设计。5、根据图纸制定材料总计划和月、季、年度计划。6、开工前做好施工组织方案、技术、安全交底。7、对施工人员进行入场教育和岗位培训工作。(二)、试验室建立:1、现场建立试验室，配齐各种试验设备，提前进行仪器设备调试。经检测合格后及时按设计要求的项目作出各项试验和配比，指导工程的正常进行。2、建立健全试验室各种规章制度和各种台帐，以确保数据的真实与完整。(三)、测量准备:1、根据设计图纸和业主所交的导线桩，做好交接桩、验收及保护工作。2、

32、根据现场情况布设高程、平面控制网，编制好测量方案。3、根据图纸和现场情况，做好外、内业准备工作。(四)、物资准备:1、根据施工进度计划，编制主要材料和施工机械设备用量计划。2、根据材料需用量计划，做好材料的申请，订货和采购工作。3、组织材料按计划进场，并做好保管工作。材料进场后马上进行抽检、试验工作。4、根据施工资源计划要求，提前落实各种构配件及设备的订货加工准备工作。5、组织构配件和设备按计划进场，按施工平面置图做好放及保管工作。(五)、施工机械设备:1、根据本工程特点及场地条件，结合工程总体情况，安排各种机械陆续进场。2、所有参加工程的主要施工机械，在投入工程前做好保修保养，一旦投入工程能

33、保证正常运行。(六)、劳动力准备:根据本工程特点及拟采用的施工方法，建立相应的专业作业队，按照施工组织布置要求的劳动力需要量计划，及时组织工人进场，并进行职工进场教育。二、施工测量控制方案(一)、施工测量技术依据施工测量技术依据:城市测量规范GB50026-93；工程测量规范CJJ98-99；公路勘测规范JTJ061-99；业主和设计图纸的具体技术要求。(二)、控制点检测与横断面复核1、控制点检测控制点检测从业主（或设计）交接桩后，对导线点进行检测，导线检测采用工程测量规范技术标准所规定的导线标准，用全站仪检测。检测的角度、边长和高差分别与原有角值、原有边长、原有高差的差值，即检测结果，应提交

34、监理工程师。2、横断面复核根据现状地形及设计横断面进行横断面复核，本工程地势平坦，起伏不大。横断面复核从已知高程控制点开始，每200m左右与另一已知水准点闭合。第二节施工部署本工程现场情况与设计施工图反应的出入很大，经项目部工程技术部门现场实地踏勘，并经业主、监理讨论研究；本工序K1+100K1+530段，地处河塘，其中K1+100K1+280段，施工红线范围内充满泥浆，施工时沿红线左侧铺筑一条6米宽的矿渣施工便道，对该地段清淤后，回填土至1.1，然后进行砂垫层及塑料排水板施工以及后续工序施工； K1+280K1+480段，由于河道高程很低，采用矿渣回填至路面标高，直接进入预压下沉工序。本工序

35、K1+530K1+740以及K1+800K1+840段，清表后回填50砂，塑料排水板，土工格栅以及后续工序施工。本工序K1+740K1+800以及本工序K1+840K2+750段，对河道清淤后，进行砂回填，本段实施较早，塑料排水板已开始施工，在施工过程中，注意边沟的施工，具体施工时以上图边沟断面图结构尺寸为准。本工序K2+750K3+180段，地处鱼塘，经现场踏勘，采用围堰抽水，矿渣铺筑施工便道，后进行土方回填，沿施工红线按1：1.5放坡，土方回填至1.1左右，然后进行砂垫层和塑料排水板施工以及后续工程的施工，施工过程中注意边沟的施工，施工方法同前。第三节施工方法为了保证填土能到施工规范要求，

36、施工方法采用机械化施工，即开挖、装运、摊铺碾压、平整等工作均采用配套机械，实行机械化一条龙作业，并结合已建道路路基施工中积累的方法和经验，实行平行交叉施工作业法，使路基填筑的施工质量达到优良标准。路基的施工顺序见后图：一、测量放样本工程在路基工程开工前先做好恢复定线工作。根据业主提供的导线点和控制点，我方测量人员对各线路进行恢复定线测量。将测量成果递交监理工程师复核。在测量前首先编写测量放样方案，经项目总工复核后交监理工程师审阅，无误后才能用此计算成果进行施测。道路轴线用导线点或支导线点测施，避免产生累计误差。在测量仪器启用前，首先进行校验，只有在确认仪器精确度达到使用的精度后才能投入使用。二

37、、基层土处理对路基用地范围内的地表杂物、耕植土、淤泥、草丛、树根等使用推土机、挖掘机、装载机、自卸式汽车等机械并配合人力将清理物集中运至指定地点。路基基底的耕植土或腐植土必须清除，清除厚度为40cm，淤泥处按设计清淤1米，然后再填筑砂，对于沿线所遇填河段采用抛填砂的方法施工，施工时应由中间向两边抛填。本工程根据设计要求及实地情况，路基施工前先进行清表约40cm左右（河塘处清淤1米深）耕植土，再进行后续工程施工。三、软土地基处理本工程软基处理采用竖向塑料排水板与砂垫层组合进行地基处理。处理范围为： K1100 K3180；处理长度为2080。塑料排水板处理深度为20，间距1.3，三角形布置。竖向

38、塑料排水板处理软地基，是用塑料排水板将地基中的水排除，以增加作用于土颗粒的有效应力来加速地基固结沉降，达到提高强度的目的。主要工序为排水板施打，砂垫层铺设和土工格栅铺设。塑料排水板采用原生材料、粘和型、滤膜克重110g/m3，且宽度100mm，厚度4.6mm的塑料排水板。每一批塑料排水板应经有相应资质的检验部门的检验，且附有出厂合格证及试验、检验报告。在使用时应经常检查塑料排水板的外套薄膜是否完好无损。（详见软基处理施工方案）五、进度计划安排施工部位工程项目工程量K1+100K1+280施工便道2160m3清淤5400m3砂垫层5600塑料板9180mK1+280K1+480 K1+530K1
