1、M8 unit4 Project教学实践报告（指导思想，设计方法等说明）高中英语牛津教材的编写体系非常清晰，每个单元共7个板块，分别是 1、Welcome to the Unit 2、reading 3、word power 4、grammar and usage 5、Task 6、project 7、Self-assessment。 其中project部分是一个单元的动手操作部分，它的要求是学生要将课内知识向课外延伸，运用本单元的所学知识，进行实践操作，动手写作一篇电影评论。因此，我的设计就是要让学生首先了解电影评论的基本构成，它有哪些要素。通过阅读一篇电影评论，让学生完成两次阅读，分别是对

2、电影评论的框架和内容的理解和认识，再上升到理论层面，最后让学生动手写一篇电影评论，借助学生对电影的喜爱激发学习写影评的积极性，同时提升对电影的审美观。做到由范文阅读到理论指导，再到实践操作，这样一个循序渐进的过程。充分体现了教材的编写意图，在教教材的基础上，力争做到用好教材。一、实践过程Step 1 Lead-in (PPT45)(Play the short TV program)How many Harry Potter films have been produced? 19、erformance is the best.Explanation小组合作是本课的主要教学目标之一，所以，课堂上应留一部分时间供小组讨论Part B的问题，消化上课所分析的影评结构和写作风格，制定本小组的合作计划，并向全班同学展示。Step 7 Homework (PPT31)1) Review the text.2) Try to remember the language points and prepare to dictate them.二、收获与体会Project的教学可以说是一个单元的教学内容的升华，我们说学以致用。英语是门工具性学科，语言学习的目的在于运用，学生通过电影评论的学习，到用所学语言材料动手写一篇电影评论，让学生感到一段时间所学知识的用途，尝到了语言学习的甜头，更加激发了学生英语学习的积极性。三、问题与建议 在本节Project的教学中，我觉得教师在词汇和语法教学上还是有点放不下。词汇和语法教学固然重要，但是并不是教材中的所有词汇和语法都需要教师进行讲解。本课教完之后，我感觉，在这部分的词汇和语法只要不影响学生的理解和运用教师就可以不必过多解释，教师的过多解释既影响了课时进度，又影响了本课的重点内容的突出。建议以后在Project的教学中，词汇和语法尽量少处理，特别是不影响运用的词汇和语法可以不处理。4
