16、在桩基施工前,清除桩基位置上的杂物,整平场地,使机械能顺利进场,确保在施工中钻机保持稳定。采用全站仪测定桩孔位置,并埋设孔位护桩。泥浆池设在两墩之间,除容积满足至少两根桩的排浆量外(按要求泥浆坑容量一般为桩基容量的70%),还要注意安全防护。2、施工放样:采用宾得全站仪、坐标法放出各桩位中心桩,利用苏州一光DZ2水平仪作控制高程测量,在埋设好的护筒顶上测设两个高程控制点,作为钻孔深度、钢筋笼的安装高度和混凝土浇筑的深度用。3、护筒制作和埋设: 护筒采用 4mm 厚钢板制作的整体式钢护筒,焊接牢固不漏水。内径大于桩径 2040cm, 顶应高出地面0.3m,一般埋设深度为24m。护筒顶端留高 40

17、cm,宽 20cm的出浆口。护筒顶端高程,应高出地面0.3m。护筒底端埋设深度,在旱地或浅水处,对于不透水的粘性土为其直径的1.0-1.5倍。对于砂土,可将护筒周围0.5-1.0m范围内的土挖除,夯填粘性土至护筒底0.5m以下。护筒采用人工开挖埋设,护筒外面与原土之间用粘土填满、夯实,严防地表水顺该处渗入,造成护筒在钻孔中位移,致使桩位出现偏差。埋设护筒要求准确竖直,护筒顶面中心和护筒底面中心位置与设计桩中心应重合,按照规范要求护筒平面允许误差为50mm,竖直倾斜不大于1%。在实际操作时开挖护筒基坑时先挖除护筒内周围土,保留桩中心处土体以免中心桩破坏,待钻机中心对位准确后再挖除中心土体,如地质

18、情况较差的地方土体容易坍塌,无法保留中心桩时可先在护筒外定十字护桩,然后再挖护筒基坑。4、修建泥浆池、沉淀池:平整场地,以便钻机安装和就位,在同排桩基外侧修建泥浆池、沉淀池,每两根桩1个,容积至少满足1根桩的全部排浆量。 泥浆制备选用优质粘土(必要时采用膨润土)造浆,泥浆比重控制在1.021.06,粘度控制在1620(Pa.s),含砂率4%,胶体率控制95%,酸碱度(PH值)810,其测定用泥浆相对密度计测定,粘度用标准漏斗粘度计测定,含砂率采用含砂率计测定,PH值用PH试纸检测。试验泥浆的全部性能指标,在钻进中要定期检验并填写泥浆实验记录表。泥浆经过滤、沉淀后流回桩孔内,保证泥浆循环。出浆池

19、、沉淀池通过沟槽连通,利用泥浆泵向外排渣,桩孔上层的泥浆经事先开挖好的沟槽流入沉淀池。泥浆循环使用,废弃泥浆沉淀后运至指定的位置。注意事项:在钻进过程中当发现坍孔现象时,立即加大泥浆比重。5、钻孔机具准备:进场设备采用反循环回转钻机。按规范要求将钻机部件:动力机、卷扬机、钻架、泥浆泵、砂石泵、钻杆和水龙头等组装好,经技术人员检查后,方可使用。钻机安装在汽车上,钻机就位后,钻头尖对准十字中心,偏差不得大于5cm,再进行调平。6、成孔工艺:6.1.开钻:开钻时应先往孔内灌注泥浆,待泥浆输进钻孔中一定数量后,方可开始钻进。6.2.钻进:a.开始钻进时,进尺要适当控制,在护筒刃脚处,应低档慢速钻进,使

29、.坍孔坍孔的表征是孔内水位突然下降,孔口冒细密的气泡,出渣量显著增加而不见进尺,钻机负荷显著增加等。坍孔原因:1)泥浆比重不够及其它泥浆性能指标不符合要求,使孔壁未形成坚实泥皮;2)护筒埋置太浅,下端孔口漏水,坍塌或孔口附近地面受水浸湿泡软,或钻机装置安在护筒上,由于振动使孔口坍塌,扩展成较大坍孔;3)在松软砂层中钻进,进尺太快;4)水头太高,使孔壁渗浆或护筒形成反穿空;5)清孔后泥浆比重、粘度等指标降低;泥浆吸走后未及时补水,使孔内水位低于地下水位;清孔操作不当,供水管直接冲刷孔壁;清孔时间过长或清孔后停顿过久;6)吊入钢筋骨架时碰撞孔壁。复核人: 接受人:反循环钻孔灌注桩技术交底书thri

33、壁。不宜使用过大的风压,不宜超过1.51.6倍孔中水柱压力;5)吊入钢筋骨架时应对准钻孔中心竖直插入;8.2.钻孔偏斜偏斜原因:1)钻杆弯曲,接头不正;2)钻机底座未安置水平或产生不均匀沉陷。预防和处理:1)安装钻机时要使转盘底座水平,起重滑轮缘、固定钻杆的卡孔和护筒中心三者应在一条竖直线上,并经常检查校正;2)由于主动钻杆较长,转动时上部摆动过大,必须在钻架上增设导向架,控制钻杆上的提引水龙头,使其沿导向架对中钻进;3)钻杆接头应逐个检查,及时调正,对主动钻杆弯曲时,要用千斤顶及时调直。8.3.掉钻落物掉钻落物原因:复核人: 接受人:反循环钻孔灌注桩技术交底书thrift of excell

37、偏钩或钻锥平钩、打捞钳等。8.4.糊钻在软塑粘土层钻进时,因进尺快、钻渣量大、出浆口堵塞而造成糊钻。预防处理可选用刮板小、出浆口大的钻锥。若已严重糊钻,应将钻锥提出钻孔口,清除钻锥残渣,降低泥浆稠度。8.5.扩孔和缩孔扩孔是孔壁坍塌而造成的结果,若仅孔内局部发生坍塌而扩孔,钻孔仍能达到设计深度则不必处理,只是砼数量增加而已。若因扩孔后继续坍塌影响钻进,应按坍孔事故处理。缩孔原因有两种:一种是钻锥补焊不及时,严重磨损的钻锥往往钻出比设计桩径小的孔。另一种是由于地层中有软塑土,遇水后膨胀使孔径缩小。各种钻孔方法均可能发生缩孔,可采用上下反复扫孔的方法以扩大孔径。8.6钻杆折断一旦发生折杆,钻机的负

45、% 。钢筋笼制作及吊装钢筋笼在钢筋加工场集中制作,考虑到现场运输条件钢筋笼分两段加工,运到现场后焊接为整体(注意钢筋接头错开量满足设计要求),然后用25T吊车吊装入孔。钢筋笼下端整齐,用加强箍筋全部封住不露头,使混凝土导管(或吸泥管)能顺利升降,防止与钢筋笼卡挂。为了防止钢筋笼吊装就位时发生变形,纵向主筋和加强箍筋点焊牢固,其他箍筋适当点焊,并绑扎牢固。钢筋笼采用双面焊连接。钢筋骨架的制作和吊放允许偏差为:主筋间距10mm,箍筋间距20mm,骨架外径10mm,骨架保护层厚度20mm,骨架中心平面位置20mm;骨架顶端高程20mm,骨架底端高程50mm钢筋调直和清除污锈应符合下列要求:a钢筋的表

50、1.6倍且突出钢筋表面高度4mm。接头外钢筋轴线偏移不得超过0.1倍钢筋直径,同时不得大于2mm,接头弯折不得大于4度。4)凡施焊的各种钢筋、钢板均应有材质证明书或试验报告单。焊条、焊剂应有合格证,各种焊接材料的性能应符合规定。焊条的选用原则为焊条溶解后形成的金属强度应与被焊接的钢筋强度相同,级钢筋宜采用502焊条;HRB335采用502焊条。各种焊接材料应分类存放和妥善管理,并应采取防止腐蚀、受潮变质的措施。5)钢筋骨架在钢筋加工场地进行,每根桩的钢筋笼根据实际情况分为几节,每两节之间采用图纸规定的对焊连接,其检验项目、程序、方法按钢筋焊接及验收规程(JGJ18-2003)规范中第四章、第三

54、筋笼固定牢固。9)钢筋笼吊装就位: 在清孔后,用 25T汽车起重机安设钢筋笼。起吊时,吊点位置恰当,必要时在钢筋笼上绑扎杉木杆,以保证钢筋笼起吊不变形,但一般情况都采用三点吊装法,即利用吊车主钩和副钩分三点吊装,主钩上挂钢丝绳吊两点,副钩直接挂在钢筋笼上吊一点。吊入钢筋笼时,对准孔位轻放、慢放,若遇阻碍,可徐起徐落和正反旋转使之下放,防止碰撞孔壁而引起坍塌。下钢筋笼过程中,注意孔内水位变化,如发生异常,马上停止,检查是否坍孔。钢筋笼入孔后,钢筋笼上下一致,并牢固定位。当灌筑完毕,待桩上部混凝土初凝后,即解除钢筋笼的固定措施,以便钢筋笼随同混凝土收缩,避免粘结力的损失。吊装时确保钢筋笼上下两节顺

58、度要根据护筒顶标高及设计钢筋笼顶标高提前计算。然后将吊筋固定在料斗架上,防止混凝土灌注时,钢筋笼上浮。搭设灌注支架,安置漏斗及导管灌筑支架采用移动支架,事先拼装好,用时移至孔位,以悬挂漏斗及导管。导管内径为 300mm ,内壁平顺光滑,每节长 2.6m,最下节导管长 4m,使用前试压,不得漏水。然后将导管分成若干段起吊入孔,上紧联结罗盘,用卡盘固定于护筒筒口,导管入孔对准钢筋笼中心,以防卡在钢筋笼上。灌注前,导管下端距孔底应有 2540cm的空间。砼浇筑支架用型钢制作,用于支撑悬吊导管和吊挂钢筋笼,上部放置砼漏斗。灌注水下砼本工程所有灌注桩混凝土在拌合站集中拌和,混凝土运输车运至现场,采用吊车

59、吊混凝土料斗,通过下料漏斗向孔内灌注混凝土。灌注水下混凝土前,认真检查导管、漏斗、料斗等施工机具,并对导管应做水密承压和接头抗拉试验,试验时水压选择为不小于孔内水压的1.3倍,也不应小于导管壁和焊缝可能承受灌注时的最大内压力的1.3倍,导管拉压合格后方可用于灌注混凝土施工。计算公式:P=1.3(c hc w Hw)式中:P-导管可能受到的最大内压力(Kpa);c-砼拌和物的重度(取24KN/ m3);hc-导管内混凝土柱最大高度(m),以导管全长或预计的最大高度计;w-井孔内水或泥浆的重度(KN/ m3); Hw-井孔内水或泥浆的深度(m)。再次核对钢筋笼标高,导管下端距孔底尺寸、孔深、泥浆沉
