2、im Research Institute.The major draftsman: Yu Chuanming Auto Industry Standard of the P.R.C QC/T 259-1998Requirements and Test Methods on the Welding Intensity of the Wheel Rims/Wheel Spokes1 ScopeThis standard stipulated the requirement and test methods on the welding intensity of the wheel rims/wh

3、eel spokesThis standard applies to the steel wheels using 5 DC wheel rims.2 Test SamplesTest samples should finish all processing procedures, except coating.3 Intensity RequirementsUnder the test load, No tear or visible cracks should occur on the welding position of the rims or spokes.4 Test Equipm

4、entThe test equipment is showed as the following diagram: Lower tooling Spoke Upper tooling RimLoadTest equipment should meet with the following:1) The clearance between the interior side of the spoke and the upper tooling is 23mm;2) The clearance between the outside of the spoke and the lower tooli
