1、建 筑 施工A课程设计任务书中国矿业大学力学与建筑工程学院2014年月建筑施工A课程设计任务书一、课程设计题目徐州高铁站区西广场地下空间工程主体结构施工方案编制。二、课程设计目的1。巩固和加深已学专业知识，培养学生理论联系实际，综合运用所学知识独立分析和解决建筑工程实际施工问题的能力。针对要解决的工程问题，使学生通过调查研究,广泛搜集相关资料，掌握建筑工程施工的基本程序和方法，了解国家相关的方针和政策，正确使用有关技术规范和规定.通过课程设计让学生养成严谨的科学态度和认真的工作作风,为今后的毕业设计工作打下基础。三、工程概况地下空间工程位于徐州高铁站区西广场下部,建筑面积约为72465.2,南

2、北向长35米,东西向宽218。7米,其主要功能为地下停车和人流集散场所，主要包括:停车场、集散大厅、汽车出入口、设备用房.其中:地下停车场可以停放1809辆车，采用现代化车辆管理系统进行管理.集散大厅位于地下空间东侧,约6500,主要功能为人流集散场所，包括出租车上下客点、通往停车场的通道、3个连通站房的旅客出入口。汽车出入口共3个，1号出入口位于西北角,连接高架桥，为社会车辆和出租车入口；2号出入口位于东北角,连接站北路，为出租车和社会车辆出口；3号出入口位于站前路与中央大道交接处，连接中央大道,为社会车辆出入口.地下空间设有1个楼梯间与上部广场连接,顶板上部设有10个通风口。工程的设计标准

3、为：工程等级I级；设计使用年限5年；主体结构采用无梁楼盖结构;净高度为3。7m，柱网为80000和800900，独立基础；建筑抗震设防列度为7度;工程耐火等级为I级;地下工程防水等级为II级；室内环境污染控制II类.四、主体结构（一)基础：基础采用柱下独立基础，基础持力层为微风化石灰岩层，基底进入基岩深度不小于00mm，且相邻基础底标高差不大于相邻基础净距离的/2。基础材料:钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础C45，垫层C15素混凝土，钢筋HB400，保护层厚度4m。柱下独立基础见表1：表1。独立基础明细表：型号及数量-1J-2J-J4J-56J7J-JJ10J11J-12合计b1800180022090

7、柱上板带：板底筋800(35/00厚）；跨中板带：板底筋/2010（0/0厚）;Y方向：柱上板带：板底筋1150（3/400厚);跨中板带：板底筋16200（5/40厚)。后张无粘结预应力筋：跨中板带4s121000; 柱上板带5Us15。2100；（六）后浇带底板后浇带：宽80mm，X方向9条，方向条；顶板后浇带:宽150mm，X方向9条+条(110），Y方向6条条(100mm)；要求使用比原混凝土强度等级高一级的微膨胀混凝土，并添加混凝土增强密实抗裂剂；外墙后浇带：宽0，同底板。六、课程设计内容及要求1、该工程主体结构于2010年4月1日开始施工，01年9月15日封顶，结合工程实际情况,编

8、制该工程的主体结构分部工程的施工方案,包括:确定施工流向和施工顺序，选择施工方法和施工机械等内容。2、对于该工程的主体结构分部工程按照模板、钢筋、预应力钢筋和混凝土四个分项工程编写施工方案，需要选取一些典型的构件或部位进行详细编制,其中,模板工程不需要进行荷载计算及支架验算.3、施工方案应保证施工质量和施工安全,相关措施需要在报告中体现。八、课程设计成果要求课程设计时间为周，学生必须在规定的时间内，通过查阅资料，独立完成课程设计的任务，不得抄袭，最终提交的课程设计成果需符合如下要求:、统一采用A4复印纸。2、课程设计内容必须手写,要求字迹工整,文字简练通顺,图文并茂,图表统一编号，用词规范，页
