T 三相感应调压器 额定容量 10kVA,额定输入电压 380V,额定输出电压 0430V,额定输出电流 13.4A2. T1 三相变压器 3kV

22、A 380V/220V 4.54A/7.87A3. 交流电压表 500V4. 交流电流表 10A5. 万用表6过渡插座四、实验过程1. 三相变压器相间极性、高压侧和低压侧极性的测定(1)测定高压侧相间极性7/40首先将三相变压器 T1 的 12 个出线端随机接到过渡插座的 12 个接头上,用万用表电阻档测出三相变压器 T1 高压侧和低压侧属于同一绕组的出线端子,对 12 个出线端子暂定标记为 A、B、C、X、Y、Z 和 a、b、c、x、y、z。按图 2-1 连线,将三相调压器 T 输出电压调至零位。闭合电源开关,调节三相调压器使其端电压逐渐升高到 UAB=100V,读取 UCZ 电压值,若 U

23、CZ0,表明 A、X、B、Y 标记正确。若 UCZ100V,表明 B、Y 标记错误,应将 B、Y 标记互换。同样方法确定 C、Z 标记。T三相AXT1xa交流VBYyb电源CZzcV图 2-1 测定三相变压器相间极性接线图(2)测定低压侧相间极性将调压器输出端接到变压器低压侧 a、b 端,x、y 端用导线短接。闭合电源开关,调节三相调压器使其端电压逐渐升 Uab=100V,读取 Ucz 电压值,若 Ucz0,表明 a、x、b、y 标记正确。若 Ucz100V,表明 b、y 标记错误,应将 b、y 标记互换。同样方法确定 c、z 标记。(3)测定属于同一铁芯柱的绕组实验线路图如图 2-2 所示,

24、将变压器高压与低压绕组均接成 Y 接法,同时中性点用导线连接。将三相调压器 T 输出电压调至零位。闭合电源开关,调节三相调压器使其端电压逐渐升 U=100V,测量 UAa、UAb、UAc 电压值,其中二个电压值相等,另外一个就是同一铁芯柱。同样方法确定另外二个铁芯柱。T三相AXT1xa交流BYyb电源CZzc8/40AaoboAccbCBCBaA与a端点极性相同A与a端点极性相反图 2-2 测定三相变压器初、次级极性接线图及相量图(4) 测定初、次级极性实验线路图如图 2-2 所示,将三相调压器 T 输出电压调至零位。闭合电源开关,调节三相调压器使其端电压逐渐升高到 U=100V,测量 UAX

25、、UAa、Uax 电压值,若所测电压值为UAa =UAX-Uax 表明 UAX 与 UAa 是同相位,说明初、次标号正确。若所测电压值为 UAa =UAX+Uax表明 UAX 与 UAa 是反相位,应将次级标记互换。2. 确定三相变压器的联接组标号(1)确定 Yy0 联接组标号实验线路图如图 2-3 所示,将三相调压器 T 输出电压调至零位。闭合电源开关,调节三相调压器使其端电压逐渐升高到 U=100V,测量 UAB、Uab、UBb、UCc、UBc 电压值。将所测数据记入表 2-1 中。根据 Yy0 联接组的电压相量图可知UBb =UCc= (K-1)UabUBc= Uab式中 K=UAB/U

27、两式计算值相同,则表明该变压器的联接组标号为 Yy6。10/40图 2-4 测定 Yy6 联接组标号接线图及相量图(3)确定 Yd11 联接组标号实验线路图如图 2-5 所示,将三相调压器 T 输出电压调至零位。闭合电源开关,调节三相调压器使其端电压逐渐升高到 U=100V,测量 UAB、Uab、UBb、UCc、UBc 电压值。将所测数据记入表 2-1 中。为避免低压绕组连接错误而造成短路,在低压绕组三角形内串一电流表,高压侧由零逐渐调高,观察电流表读数,若连接方法正确,则电流表读数应为零或接近零。根据 Yd11 联接组的电压相量图可知UBb =UCc= UBc= Uab式中 K=UAB/Ua

31、类联接组的相量图中,EAB与Eab的相位差始终为30的2n倍,所以标号为偶数;在不同类联接组的相量图中,EAB与Eab的相位差始终为30的2n+1倍,所以标号为奇数。七、心得体会这次实验操作过程并不复杂,按照指导书上的操作步骤一步步测出三相变压器的接线端,然后分别测4种接法下的电压特性,麻烦一点的也就是测接线端了,我们做实验的时候只是按照指导书上的操作来进行,这样是能测出结果,可是我们并不知道为什么是这样的现象。在写实验报告时,我们分析了三相变压器的原理,理解了测量接线端每个步骤的目的,这样才算是真正把这个实验弄懂了。我觉得做实验需要多思考,不仅仅停留在指导书上的内容,按步骤做完了事,而是应该理解整个实验过程,这样才能学到有用的东西。
