14、内容： 地下车库及1-4#楼基础柱、暗柱及墙体钢筋工程技术交底3.2框架边柱、角柱顶部纵筋锚固做法见下图：3.3柱筋保护层：垫块应绑在柱竖筋外皮上，间距1000mm左右以保证主筋保护层厚度尺寸正确。当柱截面尺寸有变化时，柱钢筋弯折的位置、尺寸要符合设计要求。3.4洞口暗柱锚固见下图施工:3.5为保证柱筋定位准确和柱截面尺寸，方柱在柱内放置定位卡具，纵横向间距为600，且每边每排不少于2根，地下车库连墙柱临水面定位卡具中间设50503止水片；定位框用14钢筋制作，外皮直径等于柱纵筋内皮直径，内加4根14交叉顶棍，顶棍长等于柱直径，以便于柱模定位，定位框于柱内放置纵向间距为不大于2米。柱箍筋定位按

20、1-4#楼基础柱、暗柱及墙体钢筋工程技术交底4、墙体钢筋绑扎操作工艺：弹墙体外皮线和模板外控制线校正竖向筋 绑扎定位梯 墙体水平筋绑扎 绑拉筋 加垫块 4.1墙体钢筋的位置：地下车库墙竖筋在内侧，水平筋在外侧，1#-4#墙竖筋在内侧，水平筋在外侧。 4.2绑扎墙体钢筋竖向定位梯：夹层墙体竖筋在绑扎基础底板筋时全部插入底板筋内。在绑扎墙体立筋时，搭接长度范围内绑扎3 扣（两端50mm 和中间处），按竖向筋分档标志固定竖向筋，且必须竖直。墙体起步竖筋与暗柱主筋的间距为50mm。4.3绑扎水平筋：水平筋的间距、规格符合图纸要求，第一道水平筋为砼面向上50mm，墙筋为双向受力钢筋，绑水平筋时所有钢筋交

21、叉点应逐点绑扎，绑丝端头全部弯入墙内，并且相邻绑扎点处应做成八字扣，防止绑扎好的钢网片变形、偏移。墙内水平钢筋的搭接在同一断面内不得超过同向钢筋的50%。搭接接头错开500mm，搭接长度49d。在绑扎墙体水平筋时，先将墙体水平筋放置于梯子水平筋上，（梯子筋见下图）以控制墙体水平筋间距，然后再将墙体水平筋与竖向筋逐点绑扎。在搭接长度内采用三点绑扎和其它钢筋交叉绑扎时，不得省去三点绑扎，且在搭接长度内必须绑扎三根水平筋或立筋。墙内梯子筋由底至顶连续布置，于楼层处断开，焊接接长，布设间距为3米。技术负责人：交底人：接交人：表C1-3技 术 交 底 记 录工程名称海洋新城西岭安置区交底部位地下车库及1
