4、晋斤旋才奋俘棺伯戌纠庭胆少烛二灰稳定砂砾施工工艺(二灰稳定碎石基层施工工艺) 、施工方案 本合同二灰稳定碎石基层的厚度有12cm、15cm、17cm、20cm、30cm、32cm、36cm、38cm等八种，其中20cm及20cm以下的厚度作为一层一次铺筑，20cm以上的厚度分两层铺筑。拟采用集中厂拌、汽车运输、摊铺机单幅一次铺筑方案，即稳定粒料拌合机，按生产配合比调试好后，正式生产，由自卸车运至施工现场，二台ABG摊铺机成梯队摊铺，其流程见附图。该分项工程拟投入WDB300A型拌和机二台，其混合料的产量可达600t/h,ABG型摊铺机3台。 、原材料的技术要求 石灰：符合级以上钙质石灰各项技术

5、指标要求，分批进料，做到既不影响施工进度，又不过多存放，并采取一定的覆盖措施，作好排水系统，充分消解石灰并过1cm筛孔。 粉煤灰：粉煤灰中的sio2、AL2O3和Fe2O3的含量要大于70%,烧失量小于20%,比表面积大于2500cm2/g,通过0.075mm筛孔的颗粒含量应达到70%以上。施工时将凝固的粉煤灰块打碎并过筛，清除有害杂质，作好排水系统，确保排水畅通，并采取有效措施，降低粉煤灰的含水量，使湿粉煤灰的含水量不大于30%。 水泥：选用缓凝型425#水泥。 水：不应用含有机质的水。凡人畜饮用水及其它清洁无化学物质、无污染的水均可使用。 碎石：采用业主推荐的料场，并经验证各项指标符合设计
