12、业施工组织设计1.5电力建设施工及验收技术规范（建筑工程篇SDJ69-87）1.6火电施工质量检验及评定标准二 工程概况溢流池位于捞渣机基础以西，1/23 1/24之间，K2K4之间。0.00相当于绝对高程408.0m。溢流池顶面标高+0.05m，底面标高为-2.0m,垫层顶标高-2.40m，垫层厚100mm,垫层下为2：8灰土。四周池壁厚300mm，底板厚400mm。溢流池顶四角上预埋扁铁2Q-100(*)C,并在东西两壁上各布置6个预埋铁件Q-2015C，上面焊一根 20的槽钢，沿东西方向布置，并在其上铺一层6mm厚花纹钢板。在溢流池西南角设一爬梯。池壁东面中间设置一个600500的预留孔

13、洞作为排水出口。钢筋：级 ，直径为16mm，未注明的拉筋为8mm。保护层为50mm；池壁砼C30、S6，垫层C10。 三施工准备31现场“三通一平”已完成；32灰土垫层已回填到位，经相关部门复检，平整度、标高及密实度满足下道工序要求，工序交接完。3.3钢筋车间，砼搅拌站已在附近布置好（原一期），已随时具备供应条件。3.4在现场基坑边沿南、北侧各设置3500w镝灯一台，以满足现场照明要求。现场准备标准（活动）电盘4个，以满足移动照明和电动工具的使用要求。3.5施工料具已基本到位，满足施工需要。3.6特殊工种人员必须进行入场教育培训，持证上岗。3.7预埋件已加工,设计要求各种特殊材料均到位。3.8

14、施工人员已接受交底（安全、技术）。四施工要点溢流池分一次施工，预埋铁件固定好后一次施工到顶。施工工序：定位放线垫层支模垫层砼二次放线验收脚手架搭设（底板钢筋临时支撑）绑扎底板钢筋和池壁钢筋放置铁件验收（W点）模板支设加固验收砼浇筑养护拆模4.1主要施工措施4.1.1根据溢流池设计坐标A=950.97，B=758.2，测量人员冲出K3、1/23线作为施工放线基准线，现场施工人员根据需要翻设其他施工用线。4.1.2砼垫层施工，按3.0布置一标高控制点（30钢筋头），收面木夯搓两遍，钢抹一遍，拍实收平。4.2钢筋工程4.2.1钢筋严格按图放样，放样单必须经钢筋加工车间技术员复核，并确认无误后交付配制

15、,并统一挂牌。4.2.2采用250型，180型拖拉机运输钢筋，钢筋运输人员在现场按尺寸、型号分别归类堆放整齐。4.2.3绑扎前，仔细核对成品料的规格、数量、形状是否与图纸相符，以免引起返工。钢筋绑扎，严格按图纸设计及规范要求执行，画线排列，接头按要求错开，在同一截面，不能大于50%。4.2.4网片筋交叉处，全部绑扎。绑扎完毕后，要进行隐蔽工程验收，签字后，方可进入下道工序。溢流池底部钢筋保护层用505040的同强度等级砼垫块（间距约1.51.5）垫设。4.2.5底板面层钢筋施工前,先搭设钢管临时支撑架，绑扎完成后,用25马凳撑筋支撑面筋，每2.0一个，经验收合格后，方可拆除原临时钢管支撑。4.

16、2.6雨过天晴后，钢筋绑扎前必须将钢筋上的干硬泥块和污垢用钢刷刷尽，清理干净后方可绑扎。4.2.7钢筋负温焊接，采用电弧焊满焊，当环境湿度底于-20时，不宜施焊。4.2.8负温电弧焊焊接电流应微弱增大，焊接速度适当减慢。在焊接过程中，一般应采用短弧施焊，防止断弧，且不要产生烧伤现象和非焊接部位引弧。4.3模板工程4.3.1模板安装前，复查垫层标高。4.3.2模板安装前仔细选模，将模板面清理干净，并刷油。4.3.3模板采用多层板加木背档工艺，加固采用地锚支撑及钢管背楞，每隔1.2m设钢管锚固桩，抛撑间距1.2m，斜撑间距900mm。为防止板墙胀模，设对拉螺杆，拉杆间距600mm或900mm。（见

17、附图）4.3.4预埋铁件用钢管固定于架管上，位置标高核实无误方可封模固定。4.4脚手架工程脚手架采用双排脚手架，第一排立杆距池壁300mm，立杆间距1.5米，步距1.5米。4.5砼工程4.5.1砼浇筑前检查模板加固是否牢固可靠（包括扣件是否松动、支撑是否合理、地锚是否牢靠），模板内是否清理干净4.5.2砼由搅拌站集中拌制，2台罐车运输，一台泵车浇筑。泵车由西向东依次分层浇筑（行车路线见附图），分层浇筑厚度不大于500。上层砼在下层砼初凝前浇筑，间隔时间控制在1-1.5h内。4.5.3砼浇注前必须清除模板和钢筋上的污垢，浇筑时尽量加快砼的浇筑速度，防止热量散失过多。4.5.4严格控制砼的入模温度

18、，使其入模温度不得低于5。4.5.5砼振捣要求插点均匀布置，插点间距不大于400“快插慢拔”，振动棒按交错式振捣，上层振捣必须至少插入下层砼50-100。适当延长振捣时间510s，以增加砼的密实度，改善砼的内部结构。收面时用砼木夯搓两遍拍实抹平，初凝前，钢抹两遍压光（12小时左右）。砼终凝后，对砼及时养护，养护时在砼面铺二层塑料薄膜，加盖两层麻袋片进行保温养护，养护时间不得少于14天4.5.6砼模板拆除前砼强度不得低于砼强度标准值的30。4.5.4一次施工至溢流池顶。4.6防腐及防水工程砼F150、W6，铁件刷防腐漆，水池槽内壁做防腐处理，具体做法装饰工程定。五质量保证及质量通病预防措施：5.

19、1 建立质量保证体系，增强全员质量意识。5.2 坚决执行“四级”验收制度（自检，队级检查，项目部级，监理）上道工序不合格不准进入下道工序。5.3 钢材质证必须齐全，并经现场验证后方可使用。5.4 砼搅拌、运输、浇筑机械要有专人负责调度。5.5 砼浇筑严格按交底执行，并设专人负责实行旁站制。所有的埋件、预留孔洞必须逐个检查记录，固定措施要牢靠，浇筑过程中专人监看。5.6 试验室应现场密切配合，根据现场做的塌落度试验及时调整配合比，并按规范留设试块。未经试验人员同意，任何人不得以任何理由随意加水，一经发现严重处罚。5.7 砼浇筑后要及时抹面，二次抹压收光，并及时养护。养护设专人负责。5.8 砼浇筑

22、安全保证措施：6.1入场人员必须经三级安全教育，经医疗部门检查身体状况良好，方可上岗。6.2各工序施工前，必须经技术人员书面安全交底，签字齐全，认真作好交底记录。6.3坚持班前“三查”、“三交”“一喊话”及班后小结制度。6.4进入施工现场，必须正确佩戴安全帽，高空作业系好安全带，并生根可靠。6.5脚手架要安全可靠，脚手板必须绑扎牢固，不得有探头板，脚手架必须经验收合格并挂牌后使用。6.6夜间施工，必须有充足的照明，非电工人员不得随意接电。6.7车辆进入施工区，必须按规划行驶路线限速行驶。6.8 泵车、罐车停靠时须特别注意，要有专人指挥泵罐车刹车系统必须可靠。6.9砼浇筑过程中泵车要有专人指挥，
