44、施工人员实行专业化组织，按不同工种，不同施工部位划分作业班组，使各专业班组人员从事性质不相同的工作，提高操作工人的熟练程度和劳动生产率。3、专业班组实行物资消耗考核，定额计件工资管理，项目部管理人员负责监督其施工方法、质量、进度、安全等，项目经理统筹安排项目的人力，物力的平衡调度。第三节施工规划1、本工程的施工程序遵循：“先地下、后地上，先主体、后围护，先结构、后装饰”的原则。2、基础、主体结构施工：该工程拟配4台QTZ40塔吊（具体位置见平面图）负责材料的垂直输送；钢筋集中加工，原位绑扎；模板采用竹胶板模板,满堂红承重钢管支撑体系.为加快施工进度,塔吊在基础施工前安装,以充分发挥机械利用率。

45、由于施工现场狭长，各种建筑原材料都须要二次倒运才能送达施工部位。3、装饰施工：装饰工程的好坏直接影响到建筑物的观感和使用功能,我们把装饰工程的质量控制作为重点.外饰由上而下，内饰由下而上分段进行,此阶段装饰、水电暖各专业处于交叉施工阶段,人员和材料进场较多,应加强施工工序的协调和配合。4、水电暖安装施工：水电暖安装工程的质量影响着建筑物的使用功能，所以要加强施工质量和进度控制，做好隐蔽前的试验和验收工作，使水电暖工程的一次验收合格率达到标准要求。6、尾工：建筑物工程量即基本结束后，应派专人负责成品的保护，同时现场留有足够的人力物力进行善后工作，工程技术资料着手整理、装订、送审，积极准备工程的竣

52、所和淋浴室。g、现场设吸烟室，施工现场禁止吸烟，按规定设置消防器材。3、施工现场平面布置图。（附图）第二节施工现场用电平面布置1、电源概况：在本工程的两个标段交汇处设置了现场施工电源总箱，但是因为本标段施工现场过长，中后段电压不能满足施工要求，须设置备用电源；另外因为距离太远现场须另外增加大量施工电缆；根据机械设备实际使用情况设置二级箱和三级箱。2、现场线路布置：a、本工程的临时用电采用TN-S供配电系统，现场临时用电干线供电采用（VV-450+116）五芯电缆埋地敷设，施工机具采用（VV-310+14）五芯电缆供电，生活用电采用绝缘塑料三芯护套线供电；供电干线依据施工平面图布置。b、线路布置

53、，供电干线沿现场围墙供至各分配电箱，跨越主要通道的干线均埋地60CM以下，外加保护套管且进行填砂保护。c、现场采用“三级配电三级保护”。即总配电柜-分配电箱-开关箱，每级都设漏电保护装置。d、生活区职工宿舍敷设日光灯照明、空调、插座三路总线，均单独控制。e、楼层供电：由分配电箱引出干线，设分配电箱壹只，分别向首层、二层供电，各楼层施工时，设移动式开关箱。3、安全技术措施：a、所有临时施工均采用橡套电缆供电，采用五芯电缆，实行埋地的线缆，套管保护，架空线跨越主要通道时，线缆最低点与地面净高不小于5M。b、所有施工设备必须进行保护接零。c、在总配电柜及分配电箱处保护零线须进行重复接地，按地电阻4。

54、d、实行“一机一闸一漏一保”，漏电开关不动作电流动力不大于30MA，照明不大于15MA，动作时间小于0.1S。e、单相或二相用电，坚持保证三相用电平衡的原则，照明干线须采用三相线和工作零线同时引出，均匀负荷等。f、楼梯间及阴暗潮湿场所，采用36V安全电压供电。g、建立临时用电的“五大制度”，执行安装、检修的“八大措施”等。h、各供电干线、支线，须在控制电器上写字标识清晰。i、至楼层的临时干线，每二层固定一次。第三节施工现场用水现场平面布置1、水源概况：在现场西南面提供了施工水源一处，水源仅设闸门，场内供水管线由公司自行敷设，现场布置须满足消防及施工要求。2、施工用水现场平面布置：本工程的施工用

55、水按施工平面图布置，敷设75塑料水管，送至各用水处。在搅拌机处设置蓄水罐，并在水罐处安装高压水泵壹台，敷设50的竖管，通过管道井向楼层供水，施工用水采用橡胶管和给水管连接供水。3、消防用水除施工用水可以利用外，另外在现场设置蓄水池，用来灭火。第四节现场主要垂直施工机械布置整个限场设四台QTZ40塔吊，详见平面布置图。塔吊在基础施工前安装。在砌筑、装修、屋面及安装工程施工期间，现场设置三台门式架。第五节现场生产、生活设施1、生活设施：按照施工计划，本工程施工高峰期职工人数在260人左右，结合工程际情况，需搭设如下设施：a、职工食堂： 100M2b、职工宿舍： 600M2c、施工及监理办公：80M

56、2d、厕所： 40M22、生产设施：a、钢筋加工棚：本工程搭设300M2，内设对焊机、切断机、弯曲机等机械。b、木工棚计300M2。第六节施工现场排水、消防通讯平面布置1、排水：a、沿建筑物周边及场内道路设300宽排水明沟，间隔25M左右设窨井，根据现场自然地势，由西向东排放，经沉淀后就近排入排水管道。b、施工大门设汽车冲洗台与沉淀池，确保运输车辆洁净出入。c、生活区地下敷设300排污管，经二级沉淀池沉淀后排入生产区南河道内。d、建现场水冲厕所一座，建临时化粪池一座。2、消防：A、现场设宽6M道路，作为消防与施工材料运输通道，施工中注意通道畅通，不得占用或堆放任何材料。B、木工房、钢筋房、脚手

57、架等按规定设置防火器材。第五章土建工程主要项目施工方案第一节工程测量方案本工程测量分平面控制测量，轴线竖向控制测量，高程控制测量和变形测量四个方面。1、平面测量在该工程平面控制测量中我们采用经纬仪和全站仪进行，根据图纸、现场情况和建设单位提供的有关数据通盘考虑，全场进行精确测量，且注意控制点的稳固性，防止交叉施工作业中破坏或位移。根据工程的特点，在每栋建筑的平面控制网中的主要轴线相互交接处布设四个控制点，并对其垂直度和对角线要严格复核，然后向外引测，形成控制网，在工程施工中把控制轴线引测到结构层上。为了防止各控制点在施工中受到破坏，将所有控制桩点，轴线桩点用混凝土加以保护，做好标志。所有控制点

60、高度要求一致。沉降观测采用闭合法按三等水准测量要求进行，测量工作定人（专业培训过的二人小组负责）、定机。观测周期如下：主体工程每完成一层观测一次，装饰阶段每月一次，竣工后每两月一次，直至工程沉降趋于稳定为止。观测资料专人保管，每季度根据观测结果绘一份沉降量与时间关系曲线图，最终纳入工程资料一并存档。第二节基础工程1、土方开挖土方开挖前，清理外运场地地表土及原设备基础混凝土等，外运土方量及设备使用情况见工程量签证单。本工程基槽开挖采用320反铲挖掘机，设计基础地面20cm以上采用挖掘机挖土，以下采用人工挖土，因现场过于狭小，开槽土方全部外运，基础施工完毕购土回填。为保证工程质量，土方工程施工应做
