1、Teaching plan of Unit 6 Reading Head To Head广州市第五中学 赵穗兰一、 教材分析：本单元以“宠物”为话题，以饲养宠物为主线。其中Reading板块中阅读两名少年对于饲养宠物犬这一话题阐述的不同观点，了解议论文的一般结构和写作方法，学习个人观点的表达。二、 学情分析：1. 初二（4）班是电脑派位班，学生水平参差不齐。通过以往的学习，他们已经初步掌握了阅读的技能，这节课主要是巩固阅读的微技能（略读、寻读和猜词词义）。2. 学生对“宠物”这个话题比较感兴趣，容易唤起他们求知的欲望，让学生主动地参与到课堂活动中来，大胆地表达自己的观点。三、教学目标：1. 认
2、知目标：（1） 理解目标词汇的含义： reason, cute, responsibility, feed, faithfully*, sofa, noisy, nearly, stranger, common, choice, according to, care for, whats more, have no choice but to do sth., run free（2） 理解文章的主要内容，了解文章的大致结构。2. 能力目标：（1） 在阅读过程中巩固、运用学生的阅读微技能（略读、寻读、猜测词义和分析篇章结构）。（2） 帮助学生建立初步的语篇结构意识。（3） 培养学生探究学习、合作
