1、医院XX年党建、党风廉政建立工作总结医院2022年党建、党风廉政建立工作总结2022年我院以施行“创创先争优”活动和继续深化开开展 “廉政文化进医院”活活动为主线，以开展“窗口单单位四亮四创四评”、“三好好一满意”和“抗菌药物临床床应用专项整治”等活动为载载体，以贯彻落实各项党建和和行风建立长效机制为重点，通过狠抓党风廉政和行业作作风建立，加强了队伍建立，深化了效劳内涵，强化了医医院管理。对照年初与局党组组签订的党建、党风廉政建立设工作责任书，将2022年年医院党建、党风廉政建立工工作情况一、党党支部根本情况我院是一所所由政府举办的非营利性公立立医疗机构，是全县的医疗急急救和医疗技术指导中心。

2、现现有在职职工302人，实际际开放病床302张。近年来来，随着医院的开展和规模的的扩大，党员数量不断增加，医院党支部下设5个党小组组，共有正式党员92人，预预备党员2人。正式党员中，有在职党员61人，占职工工总数的20.3，退休党党员31人。医院党政领导导非常重视党建和党风廉政建建立工作，按照“管行业必须须管行风”、“谁主管，谁负负责”的原那么，主要领导亲自自抓、负总责，党、政、工、团齐抓共管，行成合力，各各科室积极参与，形成从上到到下齐抓共管的良好场面。一是领导班子健全、分工明确确、职责清楚。党支部书记具详细分管纪检监察工作，有专专职党务工作人员，党建工作作经费能得到充分保证。二是是成立了党

3、风廉政建立责任制制工作领导小组，将反腐倡廉廉工作纳入班子议事日程，今今年以来，领导班子专题研究究党建、党风廉政和行业作风风建立工作共7次。三是结合合医院工作实际，将年初与局局党组签订的党建、党风廉政政建立工作责任书进展了认真真的分解落实，与各科室签订订了党风廉政和行风建立目目的责任书；与各位党员签签订了党员目的管理责任书书，定期催促检查，年终考考核奖惩。四是建立了支委联联络党员包括离退休党员等制三、结合实际，抓好落实实在2022年党建和党风风廉政建立工作中，主要做了了以下几方面的工作： 一是开展党性教育活动动，通过领导讲党课及邀请县县纪委领导作专场廉政形式报报告等形式，对党员普遍进展行党性教育

4、。二是通过开展“三基三严全员岗位技能大练练兵”、“远程医疗讲座”等等学习培训活动，加大党员干干部的培养力度，突出党员岗岗位业务技能学习、培训，不不断进步党员队伍履职尽责能才能，努力打造一批岗位技能能、工作业绩优秀的党员。三三是开展党员关爱和党建结对对共建活动。去年以来，组织织、建议全院职工向身患绝症症的困难党员李学顺捐款献爱爱心，共捐款31216元；向困难群众“送温暖、献爱爱心”捐款4815元；向“310”盈江地震灾区捐捐款726585562元；先后三次组织上海海东方医院对口支援我院专家家医疗队和本院局部专家到赵赵家店乡黄羊岭村进展党建结结对共建暨专家义诊活动，在在保健院门口开展志愿效劳群群众

5、专家义诊活动及到石羊镇镇开展“中医药宣传日”暨专专家义诊活动，共向赵家店乡乡黄羊岭村捐助党建资金60000元，为群众免费测血压压、测血糖及义诊约520余余人次，免费发放药品价值约约2500元。四是认真开展展了“优质护理示范病区”创创立活动；五是开展“党员亮亮身份，公开践承诺”主题实理论活动，通过宣传栏、党员员承诺卡等形式，将95以上，赢得了群众口碑。十是按照照“三好一满意”的总体要求求，通过制订抗菌药物分级级目录，严格控制抗菌药物物品种，将原有47个品种的的抗菌药物挑选删减为33个个品种，举办抗菌药物临床应应用知识培训，对抗菌药物实实行分级管理等，深化开展了了抗菌药物临床应用专项整治治活动。十

6、一是在“授旗评星星”和“示范3个，优质护理示范病区区和党员责任区1个，优质服效劳标兵19名，优秀共产党党员15名，医院工作先进个个人72名。发挥典型示范作作用，以点带面，推动创先争争优活动扎实开展。在深化开开展“创先争优”活动中，从从工作实际出发,把创先争优优活动与各项业务工作严密结结合，创新活动载体、丰富活活动内容、增强活动实效。针针对少数科室及个别职工中存存在的为民效劳意识不强，服效劳态度不能让群众满意，服效劳质量不高等突出问题，为为实在转变工作作风，进一步步强化效劳意识，改善效劳态态度，提升效劳质量，构建和和谐医患关系，更好地满足人人民群众的卫生效劳需求，在在全院深化开展了“增强效劳务意
