1、 中南大学土木工程学院土木工程专业(本科)钢结构设计原理课程设计任务书题 目:钢框架主、次梁设计姓 名:陈知淳班 级:土木1005学 号:1304090309建筑工程系一、 设计资料工程名称:某多层图书馆二楼框架书库工程资料:结构采用横向框架承重,楼面活荷载标准值,楼面板为150mm厚单向实心钢筋混凝土板,荷载传力途径为:楼面板次梁主梁柱基础。设计中仅考虑竖向恒载和活载作用。框架主梁按连续梁计算。框架平面布置图和柱截面图如图1和图2。工程要求:(1)设计次梁截面CL-1。 (2)设计框架主梁截面KL-1。 (3)设计框架主梁短梁段与框架柱连接节点,要求采用焊缝连接,短梁段长度一般为0.91.2

2、m。 (4)设计框架主梁短梁段与梁体工地拼接节点,要求采用高强螺栓连接。 (5)绘制主梁与柱连接节点详图,短梁段及梁体连接节点详图,短梁段与梁体制作详图(1#图纸一张),KL-1钢材用量表,设计说明。 (6)计算说明书,包括构件截面尺寸估算、荷载计算、内力组合、主次梁截面设计、主次梁强度、刚度、整体稳定、局部稳定验算。二、 设计参数混凝土自重: 厚度:150mm粉刷层: 厚度:15mm找平层: 厚度:20mm楼面活荷载的标准值: 水磨石楼面: 钢材(Q235)强度设计值: 钢材(Q235)抗剪强度设计值: 钢材(Q235)的弹性模量: 三、 设计次梁截面CL-11.设计荷载(1)恒载标准层楼面

9、方法为手工焊。3. 主梁验算 主梁自重标准值:(用Q235钢材) 主梁自重设计值: 主梁(包括自重)所承担的最大的弯矩与最大剪力近似按下式计算: (1) 整体稳定验算: 将次梁作为主梁的侧向支撑,则故主梁的整体稳定不必验算。(2)局部稳定性验算 故次梁不会发生局部失稳。 (3) 刚度验算 故满足刚度要求。 (4)抗弯强度验算 故抗弯强度满足要求。(5)抗剪强度验算: 故主梁的抗剪强度满足要求。(6)翼缘焊缝验算 图5-2 故翼缘焊缝折算应力符合。 综上所述:主梁为实腹式焊接工字型梁,截面 为230020+91015,如右图5-2。 翼缘与腹板采用焊缝连接,hf=10mm, 钢结构在焊接时焊条采

10、用E43列, 焊接方法为手工焊。五、 框架主梁短梁段与框架柱连接节点的设计:1. 设计资料受力类型:弯矩、剪力(轴力较小忽略不计)荷载数据:短梁和柱通过焊缝连接,短梁长1m。由以上计算知,梁端最大弯矩和最大剪力分别为:M=890.655KNm,V=400.484KN。 焊缝的强度设计值:主梁为组合工字型截面(),材料Q235钢,焊条为E43型焊条采用角焊缝焊接。截面尺寸和作用荷载如图所示。 2. 连接计算连接采用沿全周施焊的角焊缝连接,转角处连续施焊,没有起弧和落弧所引起的焊口缺陷,并假定全部剪力由腹板的连接焊缝承担,不考虑工字形翼缘端部绕转部分焊缝的作用。设沿工字形梁全周角焊缝的焊角尺寸为水

11、平焊缝绕自身轴的惯性矩很小,计算时忽略,全部焊缝对x轴的截面惯性矩近似地取: 焊缝在最外面边缘“1”点处的截面抵抗矩:焊缝在腹板顶部“2”点处的截面抵抗矩:在弯矩作用下,角焊缝在最边缘处“1”点处的最大应力为:在翼缘和腹板交接的角焊缝“2”点处的M与V的共同作用下的应力为: 满足设计要求。3. 按构造设置水平加劲肋水平加劲肋应设置于柱上相连梁的上下翼缘的位置上,且水平加劲肋的水平中心线应与梁翼缘的水平中心线相重合;此时梁翼缘的内力作为集中力作用于柱上。为了保证连接节点处不致于产生局部破环,水平加劲肋应按以下要求分别在与梁上下翼缘对应处柱腹板的两侧成对地布置。a、 按水平加劲肋的构造要求,设定其

12、厚度为b、 水平加劲肋的自由外伸宽度应满足下式要求: 得出,c、 水平加劲肋采用完全焊透的坡口对接焊接连接取 六、 设计框架主梁短梁段与梁体工地拼接节点(采用高强度螺栓)1. 计算螺栓连接处的荷载: (1)由集中荷载产生的固端弯矩: 由上述主梁内力计算表知:梁端最大弯矩 ,对应工况下支座最大剪力为取短梁长度为1.0m,则集中荷载在1.0m处产生的内力计算如下: 弯矩: 剪力:(2)由均布荷载产生的固端弯矩: 由均布荷载产生的端部剪力: 均布荷载在1.2m处产生的内力计算如下: 弯矩: 剪力:(3)由集中、均布荷载叠加所得的弯矩剪力: 弯矩: 剪力: 2. 设计螺栓连接: 采用精确设计的方法,即

13、弯矩由翼缘和腹板共同承担,剪力仅由腹板承担,翼缘承担的弯矩和腹板承担的弯矩,二者按刚度成比例分配: 则: (1)翼缘拼接设计 梁单侧翼缘连接所需的高强度螺栓数目 采用10.9级的M22螺栓: 螺栓孔径取25.5mm,翼缘板的净截面面积为:翼缘板所能承受的轴向力设计值为: 采用8个。 翼缘外侧拼接连接板的厚度: 取 翼缘外侧板的尺寸为: 翼缘内侧拼接连接板的厚度: 如果考虑内外侧拼接板截面面积相等,则有: 取,内拼接板的尺寸为: 螺栓强度验算 上述计算表明螺栓强度满足,可不必进行验算。 故,翼缘拼接采用八个M22螺栓,拼接板尺寸为:外拼接板: 内拼接板: (2)腹板拼接设计 梁腹板连接所需的高强

15、为: 满足要求。 七、设计体会 通过此次课程设计,我更加扎实地掌握了有关钢结构设计方面的知识。在设计过程中虽然遇到了一些问题,但经过一遍遍的思考和审视终于发现了问题的关键所在,同时也暴露出了前期我在这方面的知识欠缺和经验不足。纸上得来终觉浅,绝知此事要躬行,只有自己真正动手去做,才能明白这其中的奥妙。 过而能改,善莫大焉。在课程设计过程中,我们不断发现错误,不断改正,不断领悟不断获取。最终的验算环节,本身就是在践行“过而能改善莫大焉”的知行观。这次课程设计终于顺利完成了。在设计中遇到了很多问题,最后在同学们的共同努力下,也都终于游逆而解。在今后社会的发展和学习时间过程中,我们一定要不懈努力,不

16、能遇到问题就想到要退缩,而应积极主动地去面对问题,并发现症结,然后一一进行解决。只有这样,才能有所收获,才能从这精心安排的课程设计中学到一些知识。 课程设计虽说是一门专业性很强的课程,给我很多专业知识以及专业技能上的提升,但其同时又是一门哲学课,让我明白了许多道理。通过此次课程设计,我掌握了钢结构的几种受力类型及相应的破坏形式,了解了验算每种破坏形式的原理及步骤,同时对钢结构的螺栓和焊缝连接也有了更深一步的认识。 回顾此次课程设计,至今让感慨颇多。从理论到时间,在这短短几天的日子里,可以说是苦多于甜。但是我们也真的学到了很多东西,不仅巩固了之前的知识,还获得了许多书本之外的宝贵财富。这次课程设
