1、l.工程概况及工程量 Project profile and quantity1.1、工程概况 Project profile本工程为上海锅炉厂生产的660MW超临界变压运行直流锅炉,一次中间再热、单炉膛、平衡通风、露天布置、固态排渣、全钢结构、全悬吊型结构,蒸汽压力为27MPa,温度为570。锅炉17m层为运转层。The project is about supercritical variable pressure running a-through boiler of 660MW made in Shanghai Boiler Works, which is a reheat, sing

2、le furnace, balance ventilation, open arrangement, solid state slag-tap, whole suspension structure, steam pressure of 27MPa, temperature of 570 and operation floor located in 17m level.1.2 水压试验范围 Hydro-test range本次水压包括一次汽系统及连接管道、二次汽系统及连接管道、锅炉本体范围内一次门以内的承压管道。具体如下:Hydraulic Pressure includes first st

3、eam system and its connection pipeline, secondary steam system and its connection pipeline, and a bearing pipe inner gate 1within the limit of boiler proper. As followings:一次汽系统包括:First steam system including:省煤器(从高压给水阀经给水管道到省煤器入口联箱,省煤器、省煤器出口联箱),水冷系统(水冷壁前后左右墙下集箱、螺旋段水冷壁、水冷壁前后左右墙中间集箱、垂直段水冷壁、水冷壁前后左右墙出口

4、集箱),启动分离器、过热器系统(顶棚过热器、包墙过热器、低温过热器、屏式过热器、末级过热器),以上各系统之间联络管道、喷水减温管道及疏水、排空、取样加药、排污、热工测点,各系统水压试验截止到一次门。Economizer (from water valve with high pressure through water pipe to header at the entrance of economizer, economizer, header at the exit of economizer), water cooling system (lower header on the fron

6、ter, wrapped wall super-heater, low temperature super-heater, platen super-heater, final super-heater), connection pipeline, sprinkling and Attemperation pipeline, drainage, air extraction, adding drugs to samples, blowdown, thermodynamic measuring points of above systems, hydro-test of all systems

7、ends in gate 1.二次汽系统包括:Secondary steam system including: 低温再热器、高温再热器、部分冷段、热段及再热系统所有联络管、疏水、排空、喷水减温系统、热工测点,各部分水压试验截止到一次门。Low temperature reheater, high temperature reheater, all pipelines of cold leg, hot leg and reheated systems, drainage, air extraction, sprinkling and Attemperation system, thermody

8、namic measuring points, every hydro-test ends in gate1.,1.2.3水压试验整体方案(具体见水压系统图)Plan of hydro-test (see picture of hydraulic pressure system)水压试验的目的 Target on hydro-test在冷态下检验锅炉承压部件的严密性、有无变形、损伤情况,保证锅炉安全、稳定、可靠的运行。Check the tightness, deformation and damage of bearing components in cold state to ensure

9、 the safety, stability and reliable operation of the boiler.1.2.5 水质 Water quality水压用水为除盐水,水质应满足以下要求:氯离子含量小于0.2mg/L;联胺或丙酮含量为200-300mg/L;PH值为(通过氨水调节),水压水温要求在2170。The water used to produce pressure is water without salt, the requirements of water quality: chlorine ion content is less than 0.2mg/L: dia

10、mide or acetone content is 200-300mg/L; (adjusting with ammonia), water temperature is 21701.2.6风压 Wind pressure正式水压前对承压件进行风压试验:自施工用柴油空压机上接1(DN25)的胶皮管至临时升压管上。通过升压管进行一、二次汽系统的风压试验,风压试验压力为0.3Mpa。Wind pressure test to bearing components before formal hydro-test: Connect diesel air compressor with flexib

11、le hose (see 1 DN25) up to temporary pressor tube. Begin the wind pressure test of first or secondary steam systems through pressor tube and the wind pressure is 0.3 Mpa. 1.2.7 上水、排水 Water feeding and drainage合格的除盐水经正式管道至凝结水储水箱(除氧器),从启动锅炉的供汽母管上引一路894的管子至凝结水储水箱,给除盐水加热,然后用锅炉上水泵上水;由泵出口引1084管至2199的放水母管。

12、一次汽系统通过省煤器入口联箱疏水管上水;自2196放水母管接1084临时管至前辐射式再热器入口集箱的手孔堵的管座,分左右两路给二次汽系统上水。水压结束后,利用上水管放水。Qualified desalted water enters the tank of condensational water (deaerator) past formal pipelines, from main steam supply pipe used to start boiler up to pipe of894 and then go to the tank to heat the desalted wate

13、r, and use boiler pump to feed water; direct pipe of 1084 to main discharging pipe of 2199. A steam system get water fed by header at the entrance of economizer; the main discharging pipe of2196 links the temporary pipe of1084 to socket of hand-hole plug in header at the entrance of radial reheater

14、and feed secondary steam system water by left and right paths. After water pressure, it makes use of pipe for feeding water to discharge water.1.2.8 升压 Pressor升压用两台柱塞式升压泵(编号为A、B),泵通过高压金属软管与水压升压管连接,升压管接一块Y150 P40 1.5级压力表。一次汽系统升压管用284无缝管,接到前水冷壁下联箱定排管一、二次门之间的三通上,进行升压,三通后接两个PN40 DN20的高压门,用于泄压控制;二次汽系统升压管

15、用284无缝管,接到1084上水管上,进行升压。用一个2m3水箱为升压泵补水。水压试验分两部分进行:先进行一次汽系统水压试验,检验合格后进行二次汽系统水压试验。在一次汽系统放水同时,即开始二次汽系统水压试验。Tow plunge-type pumps are used for raising water pressure( code A.B),the pumps are connected with pipes for raising water pressure by high mental hose, one pressure gauge of Y150 P40 1.5 is attach

16、ed to the pipes for raising water pressure. Seamless pipes of284 are used as secondary steam system pressor pipe., linked to tees between gate1 and gate2 that is located in lower header of water wall to praise the pressure. Behind tees there are tow high pressure door of PN40 DN20 used to discharge

17、pressure. Seamless pipes of284 are used as secondary steam system for raising pressure, linked upper water pipe of 1084 to boost pressure. A water tank of 2m3 provides water for pressor pump. Two parts of hydro-water: after hydro-test of a steam system is qualified, hydro-test of secondary steam sys

18、tem is done. Hydro-test of secondary steam system begins while the a steam system is discharging water.1.2.9临时加热系统Temporary heating system 根据锅炉厂说明书要求“上水温度应在2170之间,且不应低于环境温度;水压过程中,金属壁温不得低于21”。所以需安装临时加热蒸汽管路。汽源从启动锅炉房供汽管道上引出,用894管接至凝结水储水箱内临时制作的孔式加热器,用于加热水压用水。The specification of Boiler Works says “the f

19、eeding water temperature is between 21 and 70, not below environment temperature; in process of water running, the temperature of mental wall is no less than 21, so the temporary heating steam pipes are needed. The steam comes from pipes of start-up boiler room and pipes of894 are joined with tempor

20、ary hole-typed heater in condensation water tank for heating the feeding water. 1.2.10试验压力 Test of pressure一次汽系统以1.25倍末级过热器出口集箱工作压力进行水压试验,试验压力为:1.25P1.2527=33.75Mpa。在高温过热器出口集箱上装一块Y250 P40 1.5级压力表;在末级过热器出口集箱连接管(左侧或右侧的一根)的压力试验接头上接163管到炉顶87米处,然后安装一块Y250 P40 1.5级压力表。Hydro-test about a steam system makes

21、 use of working pressure produced by outlet header of 1.25 times.final superheater. Test pressure: 1.25P1.2527=33.75Mpa. 34、ical blueprint and material. 3.作业前必须具备的条件和应作的准备:Necessary conditions and preparations before construction: 3.1. 施工部分:与水压有关的项目施工完毕,并验收合格。Construction: projects concerning water pressure are completed and passed the test. 锅炉平台楼梯全部完善,焊接部位符合要求。Boiler platform stairs have been improved completely and wel

35、ding parts accord with requirements.3.1.2 由锅炉上水管电动闸阀后至主蒸汽管道主汽门前的汽水系统全部贯通;由冷段水压试验阀后至末级再热器出口导管水压试验阀的汽水系统全部贯通Electric gate valve of water feeding pipe and steam-water system in front of main steam gate of main steam pipe work well; testing valve of cold segment water pressure back to steam-water system

36、 of water pressure testing valve of pipe at the exit of final reheater are workable.3.1.3 加热面设备所有承压焊口焊接、无损检验完毕,返修口已全部处理完并检验合格。Bearing weld bonds of all heating equipment are undamaged, rework bonds have been disposed and qualified. 锅炉密封装置一次密封件安装、焊接完毕(主要包括前、后顶棚内护板、折焰角内护板、炉底内护板、省煤器出口膨胀密封板、垂直顶棚包覆框架、折焰角

37、包覆框架、炉底包覆框架、辐再入口密封板)。A seal installation of boiler seal device and welding are done mainly including inner guard-plates of front and back ceiling, furnace arch and hearth; expanded seal plate at the exit of economizer, wrapped frames of vertical ceiling, furnace arch and hearth; seal plate of spoke

38、entrance).3.1.5 锅炉附件安装完毕(主要包括吹灰孔、看火孔、检修孔、热工测点密封盒、火焰电视监视孔、绳孔装置)。Affixes of boiler are finished setting including soot-blowing hole, fire-watching hole, check hole, thermal measuring points seal box, flame television monitoring hole, rope-penetrating device)3.1.6 炉顶吊挂装置调整完毕,丝扣破坏,所有吊杆受力均匀。Suspending de

39、vice on the roof of boiler is adjusted, screw threads broken and all the suspenders are uniformly forced.3.1.7 过热器、再热器固定及防磨装置安装完。Anti-abrasion device of super-heater and reheater is installed.3.1.8 炉墙密封条加塞完、密封缝焊接完。3.1.9 加热面设备、钢结构上的临时焊件打磨、刷漆完。Weldments of heating equipment and steel structure polishi

40、ng and painting have been finished.3.1.10 参加水压试验的安全门的水压装置安装完。Water pressure device of safety door in hydro-test is installed.3.1.11 锅炉杂项管道安装(主要包括疏水、放空、排污、加药、取样管道,全安装到一次门或二次门)。Other pipes installation of boiler including drainage, blowdown, drugs addition, pipes for samples which are all installed to

41、 gate1 and gate2).3.1.12 钢架安装齐全,高强螺栓终紧完毕、齐全。Steel frame is installed, high-strength bolt is screwed and complete.3.1.13 启动分离器及水冷壁上中下联箱内部检查,人孔门封闭完。Start-up separator plus up, middle and below headers of water wall have finished inner check; the gate to hole is sealed.3.1.14 锅炉上水泵安装完,电机4小时空负荷试转完,泵分步试运

42、完。Pump of boiler for water feeding is completed, motor without load finished trying running for 4h, pumps finished running step by step.3.1.15 与加热面设备焊接的保温钩、保温骨架安装完。Insulation hook welded to heating equipment and insulation skeleton are finished.3.1.16 热工仪表管安装至一次门、表面热电偶焊接完。Thermal instrument is fixed

43、 to gate1, surface thermocouple is welded.3.1.17 锅炉合金部件光谱复查完。Alloy parts spectra of boiler is checked.3.1.18 水处理系统具备投入条件。Water disposal system is qualified for use.3.1.19 500800(m3)凝)结水储水箱安装、清理完毕,具备上水条件。Tank for condensation water of 500800m3)is clean and fixed, qualified for water feeding.3.1.20 升压

44、泵检修、安装、试转完毕;水压临时系统安装完毕。Pump for raising water pressure has been checked, installed and operated; temporary water pressure system is completed. 3.1.21 施工中发现的缺陷已处理完并经签证。The flaws found in construction has been eliminated and certified.3.1.22 施工用空压机保证正常使用。Air-compressor is ready to good work under cons

45、truction.3.1.23 强制循环泵水压临时堵板安装完。Temporary filling-up plates of compulsory cycling pump pressure are fixed.3.1.24 启动锅炉房具备投入条件。Boiler room for start is qualified.3.1.25 锅炉充氮管道安装至一次门。Boilers pipes for filling nitrogen have been installed to gate1.3.1.26 汽水分离器及联箱上所有手孔、试验接头封堵完毕。Steam-water separator and a

52、qualified.3.3.3 锅炉上彻底清理干净,无杂物;与水压无关的脚手架全部拆除;用于水压检查的脚手架搭设完毕。Boiler is clean and the scaffolds irrelevant to water pressure are torn down and the scaffolds for water pressure check are furnished.3.3.4 准备足够的对讲机。Enough interphones are well-reserved.3.4. 准备工作 Preparation3.4.1 水压试验用仪表购买、送检。Purchasing and censor of instruments for hydro-test3.4.2 水质取样及检测设备准备齐全。Samples of water quality and inspection equipment are ready.3.4.3 组织机构策划。Scheme of organizations3.4.4 水压用临时阀门检修完毕。Temporary valves for hydro-test have been already checked 3.4.5 水压用临时扳手制作完。Temporary wrenches have been finished.
