1、加强师德师风建设, 提升老师素质修养 福清三山中学支部翁吓强加强师德师风建设提升老师素质修养目前,新课程改革正在主动广泛地开展之中.新课程改革的成功是否,我认为关键在于是否拥有一支高素质的老师队伍.因为高素质的老师队伍是高质量教育的一个基础条件.而老师的良好师德正是高素质的老师的主要表现.所以,我校大力开展师德师风建设活动,目标就是为了动员全体老师,深入学习教育理论,更新教育观念;就是为了深入明确师德要求,提升师德修养,树立师德形象;就是为了深入以师德师风带动学风校风,促进教育教学质量再上新台阶,推进我校教育教学工作开创新局面。一、必需充足认识加强师德师风建设的主要意义加强师德师风建设,是全方

2、面落实党的教育方针的根本确保,是落实“三个代表”主要思想、实现依法治教和以德治校相结合的主要内容。“学高为师、德高为范”,“学为师之骨、德为师之魂”。老师不但是知识的传输者、智慧的启迪者,更是精神的熏陶者、人格的影响者。老师工作的对象是学生,老师的一言一行全部会对学生的世界观、人生观、价值观产生主要而深远的影响。老师的思想政治素质和职业道德水平直接关系到学校德育工作情况和青年学生的健康成长,加强师德师风建设不但关系到老师本身的修养,而且关系到国家的前途命运和民族的未来。我们要充足认识新时期加强和改善师德师风建设的主要意义。要把师德师风建设作为加强老师队伍全方面建设的主要内容和中心步骤抓紧、抓实

3、、抓好。长久以来,我校一直很重视师德师风建设,并取得了一定的成绩。我校广大教职职员忠诚党的教育事业,爱岗敬业、无私奉献,以身作则、严于利己,为人师表、教书育人,对老师职业的荣誉感和责任感不停增强,以良好的师德师风培育了一批又一批合格的毕业生,得到了广泛的肯定,也赢得了学生的信任和社会家长的尊重。不过,我们必需清醒地看到,在市场经济条件和开放环境下,师德师风建设面临很多新情况、新问题。师德师风中仍存在着部分不容忽略的问题,关键表现在:有的教职员事业心责任心不强,对学生漠不关心;有的教职员不安心本职员作,对教学管理工作精力投入不足、轻校内课堂教学,重校外第二职业;有的教职员缺乏进取精神,不重视获取

4、新的知识,不钻研业务,不求上进,得过且过,工作敷衍;有的老师整体协作精神不强,文人相轻的现象时有发生,缺乏相互尊重、取长补短的精神风貌;有的教职员过于计较个人得失,工作讨价还价,缺乏奉献精神等等。即使这些现象只存在于少数或部分教职职员身上,但有损于人民老师的高尚形象,危害着青少年学生的健康成长,这些问题必需引发我们的高度重视。二、加强师德师风建设对老师道德修养提出的基础要求:一个老师良好的师德修养对学生的影响、发展作用极大.老师若想做到这一点,就必需讲求自己的职业道德修养,必需时刻谨记要不停提升自己的道德修养:第一,要为人师表。唐代诗人韩愈在师说中写到:“师者,因此传道、授业、解惑也。”这里是

5、说我们老师的第一要务就是“传道”,即教授做人的道理,第二才是知识技能。中国春秋时期大教育家、思想家孔子也曾说:“其身正,不令而行,其身不正,虽令不从。”也就是说,当管理者本身端正,作出表率时,不用下命令,被管理者也就会跟着行动起来;相反,假如管理者本身不端正,而要求被管理者端正,那未,纵然三令五申,被管理者也不会服从的。因此作为学校的管理者,老师的一言一行全部对学生起着潜移默化的作用。老师的素质直接影响着学生的学风和学校的校风,老师的形象直接关系着学生素质的培养。“学高为师,身正为范”,用本身的楷模作用和人格魅力去感染学生,这么合格的老师才能塑造出合格的学生。“百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,老

6、师为本;老师大计,师德为本。”作为人民老师,首先要做到为人师表,树立良好的师德形象。老师良好的思想品行将是老师最伟大人格力量的表现。古今中外无数事例证实,育人单凭热情和干劲是不够的,还需要以德立身、以身立教。其次,要规范文明行为。老师工作的“示范性”和学生所特有的“向师性”,使老师在学生心目中占有很主要的位置。学生总是把老师看作学习、模拟的对象。老师需要从小事做起,从自我做起,率先垂范,作出表率,以高尚的人格感染学生,以和蔼的态度对待学生,以丰富的学识引导学生,以博大的胸怀爱惜学生。只有这么,才能确保教书育人的实效,学生才会“亲其师,信其道”,进而“乐其道”。第二,要有敬业精神。老师要有着强烈

7、的责任感和事业心,能够为学生的成才成长呕心沥血,对工作一丝不苟,即使碰到困难和曲折也能顽强地克服。一直把“一切为了学生”作为教育教学工作的出发点和归宿点。强调无私奉献,不论何时何地何种情况,一直能以主动的心态和饱满的热情对待工作。学高为师,要培养高水平的学生,必需有高水平的老师,老师要学会学习,深入学习教育学、心理学、教育方法;深入学习和适当有效地利用当代教育技术;大胆进行课堂教学改革,创新教学模式;主动开展教育和教学研究,在教育教学实践过程中,深入提升本身的理论水平。只有含有了这种敬业精神和学习态度,才能真正地做到和时俱进,使思想和学识跟上时代的步伐。第三、建立合作意识。不是有这么一句古话吗

8、?“众人拾柴火焰高,”团结就是力量,团体合作的力量是无穷尽的,这种力量一旦被开发,将发明出不可思议的奇迹。小溪只能泛起破碎的浪花,百川纳海才能激发惊涛骇浪,个人和团体关系就如小溪和大海。每个人全部要将自已融入集体,才能充足发挥个人的作用。比如在备课中就应该资源共享,形成全力,让教案和教学生发出更大的魅力;而不应相互封锁,相互嫉妒,各自为战,以致影响效力。合作能激发潜力,集体协作干出的结果往往能超出组员个人业绩的总和。正所谓“同心山成玉,协力土变金。”一个团体,假如组织涣散,人心浮动,人人自行其是,甚至相互拆台,就会失去生机和活力,就极难干出成效。在一个缺乏凝聚力的环境里,个人再有雄心壮志,再有

9、聪慧才智,也不可能得到充足发挥,只有知道团结协作克服重重困难的人,才能干出一番事业,甚至发明奇迹。第四、良好的教学心态。老师在教学中的服务心态,不应只是少数优等生,而应该平等对待全部学生,因为全部学生全部是教育教学对象,全部是中华文化的承接者。老师要善于捕捉每一个学生身上的闪光点,把她们培养成为合格且含有特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。只有当我们具有了这种心态,才会在日益剧烈的行业竟争中立于不败之地,并使“太阳下最光辉的事业”愈加焕发光彩。三、加大工作力度,切实推进我校师德师风建设师德师风建设是一项长久的系统工程,不能一蹴而就,急于求成,需要进行大量的深入细致的工作。在以后的工作过程中,要注

10、意抓好多个主要步骤和方法。?是要抓好领导班子带动。重视党员干部、尤其是各级班子的先锋模范作用,坚持把优秀性要求和广泛性要求结合起来,大力提倡领导干部和共产党员带头实践,不停追求更高层次的道德目标。我们的党员干部,要争做师德师风建设的带头人,以自己的行动带动广大老师,以党风带教风,以党性铸师魂。在此基础上,区分层次,着眼多数,激励优秀,循序渐进,推进师德师风建设的深入开展。是要抓好经典示范。楷模的力量是巨大的。要注意归纳、挖掘、提炼师德师风建设中的真人、真事、真心、真情,大力宣传师德师风优秀经典的好思想、好作风、好经验、好方法,使她们贴近老师、感染老师、激励老师、引导老师,努力营造尊重优秀、学习

11、优秀、追赶优秀、争当优秀的校园气氛,进而带动校风学风的全方面建设。是要抓好机制建设。在师德师风建设中,思想工作当然主要,但必需和管理相结合,有一套有效的机制作确保。要建立和完善激励机制,对教书育人成绩突出者,要给予表彰和奖励,在老师职务评聘晋升等方面加以表现。要建立和完善考评机制,把师德师风建设作为教育教学工作考评的主要内容,落实到师资管理的政策导向中去。要建立和完善监控机制,制订规范的教学管理制度,对违反师德的老师要进行必须的批评和对应的处罚,对情节严重并造成恶劣影响的要果断实施“一票否决制”。是要抓好条件保障。社会存在决定社会意识,这是历史唯物主义的基础看法。在师德师风问题上,我们也要实事

12、求是地分析主观和客观、小环境和大环境等很多原因,把师德师风中的不良现象作为一个结果,更多地查找引发的客观物质原因,更多地站在老师的角度,关心老师的切身利益,努力改进学习、生活和工作条件,尽力做好培训、进修等方面的计划和安排。总而言之,要最大程度地发明条件,使我们的老师有用武之地,少后顾之忧。国运兴衰,系于教育;学校兴衰,系于老师;老师素质,重在师德。师德师风建设的最终目标,在于提升教育质量,培养优异人才;培养高素质的人才,是我们的立校之本、兴校之源。师德师风建设是学校永恒的工作,教书者必先学为人师,育人者必先行为人范,要真正使全体老师的观念得到更新,思想得到升华,面貌得到改观,明师道,铸师德,
