1、CD133、CD44和Notch1在卵巢上皮肿瘤中的表示研究 卵巢照CD 摘要 目标 探讨CD133、CD44和Notch1在卵巢癌中的表示及其临床病理学意义。 方法 采取免疫组织化学ElivisionTMplus两步法，研究46例卵巢癌、18例卵巢囊腺瘤和10例正常卵巢上皮组织中CD133、CD44和Notch1的表示情况。 结果 在正常卵巢上皮组织、卵巢囊腺瘤及卵巢癌中CD133、CD44和Notch1阳性表示率分别为%、%、%，0、%、%及%、%、%，三者在三组间表示差异都有统计学意义。卵巢癌中cd133及cd44阳性表示和卵巢癌的临床分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移相关，notch1阳性表示
