Course Description

2、English Writing course is designed for students in their third grade who need to further improve their abilities in English writing. Knowing how to communicate clearly and effectively, changing writing style and content for varying audiences and purposes is crucial for English major students. This c

3、ourse starts with the introduction of how to write better description in English, followed by book reports writing and discussions on how to effectively use cohesive devices to help readers follow the thoughts of the writer from one paragraph to another, and then focuses on the techniques in writing

4、 a convincing argumentation. Finally yet importantly, the courses will be ended with the introduction and exercises on the process of researching and writing a term paper. To meet that end, well-designed assignments will cover a variety of tasks produced under different segment, some done quickly du

5、ring class and some polished and perfected over time. Students completing the semesters work should see a visible improvement in your writing, especially in terms of describing and arguing.III.
