18、eased property to a third party.八、争议的解决:dispute resolution:凡因执行本合同所产生的或与本合同有关的一切争议, 双方应通过友好协商解决; 协商不成 , 应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会, 按其仲裁规则和中华人民共和国仲裁法进行仲裁。仲裁解决是终局的, 对双方都有约束力。in the case of disputes arising over this agreement of any matters related hereto ,theparties shall negotiate in good faith to resolve su
