9、The package produces compressed air, through DN50 pipeline, enters the GP/HE filter, high temperature compressed air is cooled in the wet air receivers , at the same time, separates the water out of the air. After that, the compressed air is wiped off some oil-water mixture, dust grain in the HE fil

10、ter. Next, the compressed air is wiped off more water in the air, makes the dew-point come to -40C in the heat regeneration dryer. Finally, in the after-filter, l um drier grains will be getting rid of the compressed air to reach the instruments air using requirement. (ISO 8573.1 1-2-1)空气压缩机机组产生的压缩空

12、0.003ppm4Water/含水量Press/压力露点-40 C4、System description系统说明4.1、System configuration系统组成The whole instrument compressor skid is made up with the following parts:Four units GP pre-filter, two unit heatless regeneration dryer(IR212D), four units DP filter.(Divided into two groups)。整个仪表用气空气压缩机橇由以下几个部分组成:4

13、套GP初级过滤器、4套HE过滤器、2台(IR212D)无热再生式干燥机、4套DP 过滤器组成(分为两组)。4.2、System description系统说明Pre-filter phase ( single group) : the two GP pre-filter are installed, each one has 19.76m3/min filtrate capability, one unit is operating; another is stand-by. Compress air will be initial filtrate and reduce mixed oil-

14、water and some grain, the oil container quantity should less 0.5mg/m321C.预过滤阶段 (一组):配置有 2 台 GP 预过滤器,每台过滤器的处理能力为: 19.76m3/min(FAD), 开一备。压缩空气进行初步过滤,去除部分油水混合物以及部分颗 粒物,使压缩空气中含油量小于 0.5mg/m321C。After-filter phas(e single group): the two HE filters are installed, each one has19.76m3/min filtrate capability

15、, one of them are backup. Compress air will be filtrate ulteriorly and get rid of 0.001 um grain, including mixed oil-water. The oil container quantity should be less 0.01mg/m321C.精密过滤阶段 (一组 ):配置有 2 台 HE 过滤器,每台过滤器的处理能力为: 19.76m3/min(FAD), 开一备。对压缩空气进行进一步处理,去除小至0.01微米的颗粒 物,包括油水混合物,使压缩空气中的含油量降至 0.01mg/

16、m321C。Air dryness phase(single group): one heatless regeneration dryer can get rid of water vapor, the air dew point is 40C after deal with.空气干燥阶段(一组):配置有1台IR212D无热再生式干燥机,其作用是去除压缩空 气中水分,经过处理后空气露点为一40C。GP/HE filter, heatless regeneration dryer and DP filter will be installed together and make up a Co

17、mpressors skid, the form dimension is 4500 X 3200 X 2460(mm).GP/HE过滤器、无热再生式干燥机、DP过滤器安装在一起,组成后空压机橇,橇的 外形尺寸为 3800X 2600X 2850(mm)。The whole system is reliable, and the equipments have backup system, which need small room and be convenient to maintain after optimization.整个系统较为可靠,相关设备均有备用系统。整个系统经过优化,占地面

19、 and control wiring.在开机之前,检查所有阀门状态,确认所有阀门状态同P&ID致。确认连接电源正 确。4.3.3、Maintaining specification of skid package空气系统后处理橇维修说明NOTE: WHEN MAKE EQUIPMENTS MAINTENANCE, PLEASE CLOSE THE ISOLATED VALVES AND OPEN THE DRAIN VALVES OF COMPRESSORS TO DISCHARGE THE REMAINED COMPRESSED AIR INTO ATMOSPHERE, THEN STAR

20、T, OR WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL SAFETY.重要说明:设备检修时请将隔离阀关闭,将泄放阀阀门打开,将设备内残余的压缩 空气泄放到大气压中,方可进行维修。否则,我们不负任何人身安全责任。Maintaining of GP、HE & DP filters:GP、HE& DP 过滤器的检修More and more impurities are gathered in the filter when time goes by, so it is necessary to maintain it. Particularly, cha

21、nge the core when its needle of pressure difference indicator point to the red area.随着时间推移,越来越多的固体颗粒聚集在过滤器中。当过滤器的压差指示器指针 偏向红色区域时,有必要对过滤器更换滤芯。There are 2 units of filters in each group one on operation and one stand-by normally. There are isolated valves before and after each filter. Core can be chan

22、ged when the valves of the standby filter are open and that of maintaining filter are closed.每组有两只过滤器,一用一备。关闭需要检修的过滤器两端的隔离阀,同时打开另 一只过滤器两端隔离阀,即可对该过滤器进行更换滤芯或检修。Maintaining of Heatless Regenerative Air Dryer:无热再生式干燥机的检修Before maintain the dryer, be sure close isolated valve before and after the dryer,

23、open the drain valves of dryer to discharge the remained compressed air into atmosphere, and open the isolated valve before and after the standby dryer.检修时,关闭干燥机两端的隔离阀,打开泄放阀,将设备内残余的压缩空气泄放到 大气压中,同时开启旁通阀。REFER TO OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANUAL FOR DETAILED. 橇主要设备的详细操作说明,见设备维修操作说明书。4.3.4、Condensate man

24、agement in skid package system橇冷凝液管理When the air is being compressed, the liquid mixture is condensate. The auto drain valve at the bottom of the filter will free the liquid automatically. Condensate draining can be observed through the funnel under the filter used to collect cooling liquids, which

25、connected with the condensate system of the skid.空气中含有大量水分,当对空气压缩时,空气中水分凝结成冷凝液析出,过滤器的作 用就是将压缩空气中冷凝液析出,过滤器底部设有用自动排水阀,自动排水阀不定时自 动将过滤器中冷凝液排除;过滤器下部设有冷凝液收集漏斗,通过漏斗可以清楚观察过 滤器冷凝液排放情况。漏斗与橇面冷凝液收集系统相联。The drain pipeline on the skid is connected with the system drain pipeline of the platform, and the condensate system of the skid is an open system.橇内设有排水管,排水管与平台总排水管相接。空气压缩机橇冷凝液系统为开式系统。
