1、 LDA风能母线安装手册 Installation manual for LDA wind power busbarV1.4 前言 Foreword 本手册属于西门子 LDA风能母线安装指导流程中的一部分，仅适用于西门子 LDA风能母线的安装、检查、维护等相关操作。The manual is the part of Siemens LDA wind power busbar installation processes, only for the related work about the busbar installation, inspection, maintenance, and s

8、：检查报告 Annex 2: Checklist.20 1. 运输与储存 Transportation and storage 1.1. 卸货与搬运 Unloading and handing 母线可用叉车、适当的工具、吊索进行搬运，详见图 1.1.1.3。Busbar trunk system elements can be moved using a forklift, appropriate aid or slings. See figure1.1.1-.3. 搬运过程应防止滚动、跌落，对母线造成的破坏。Ensure that the busbar elements do not bee

9、n rolling or failing, causing damage when handling them. 图 1.1.1 图 1.1.2 图 1.1.3 1.2. 货物接收 Receiving goods 检查货物外包装（如：木箱）是否有破损。Check the package of the goods (e.g. Wooden package). 根据货物清单检查货物数量是否齐全。Check the quantity of the goods received correspond to the list. 如货物的数量和质量与合同约定有重大差异，买方应在货物接收的四日内通知卖方。否

10、则，货物应被视为符合合同约定并被接受。Buyer shall notify Seller within 4 (Four) days following taking delivery of Equipment any material deviation from the quality and quantity of Equipment set forth in the Contract. If Buyer fails to notify Seller of any material deviations within said time limit, Equipment will be d

11、eemed to be in conformity with the Contract and deemed accepted. 如果交货与服务可以分别进行，则交货与服务的验收也应该分别进行。If delivery and services can be separated, inspection and acceptance towards delivery and services shall also be separated. 买方不得因细小问题而拒收设备。Buyer may not refuse to accept delivery of Equipment if there are

12、 only minor deviations. 以上内容服从双方签署的销售合同有关接收的规定。The above content should be subject to the sales contract which is signed by both sides. 1.3. 货物储存 Storage 货物的储存场所必须符合如下要求：必须是平整干燥及有固定遮护设施的场所。根据 GB7251.1第 条之规定：温度范围在-25C到+55C之间。短时间内（不超过 24h）可达到+70C。根据 GB7251.1第 条之规定：室内空气清洁，在最高温度为 +40C时，其相对湿度不得超过 50%。在较低

13、温度时，允许有较大的相对湿度。例如：+20C是相对湿度为 90%。但应考虑到由于温度的变化，有可能会偶尔产生适度的凝露。 The requirement of the storage is as following: -Do always store goods on a flat surface in a dry and weather-protected location. -The storage temperature range is between 25C and +55C, temperatures of up to +70C are admissible for short p

14、eriods not ) -The relative humidity should not exceed 50% at +40C. Higher humidity values are admissible at lower temperatures, e.g. 90% at +20C. (GB 7252.1 paragraph 6.1.2.1) Do not forget that small built-up condensation can be caused by temperature changes. 图 1.3.1 NOTICE 如果没有其他说明，在立塔之前的所有操作过程中，都

15、不应去除母线单体的外包装。If there are not other instructions, all the package of the busbar elements should not be removed before tower erection. 1.4. 运输至风场 Transport to wind farm 母线在随塔筒运输至风场之前，应在塔筒厂完成相关的安装并检查合格。 Ensure that all the installation in tower factory must be done properly, inspected and approved bef

16、ore sending to the wind farm. 塔筒两端应采取必要的封装措施，并能有效防止异物进入。The tower end should be sealed correctly to prevent the material in it. 采用适合的运输设备与运输方式，如：飞机、铁路、船舶以及带空气减震的卡车、吊车。 Use appropriate aids and methods for the transport to the wind farm, preferably plane, train, ship, forklift truck or platform truck

17、. 1.5. 母线在风场的存放 Storage in wind farm 母线单体的外包装和塔筒的封装，是保证母线在风场能安全存放的关键。 Keep the package of the busbar and tower intact during the storage in wind farm. 如存放时间过长（如超过 1个月），应定期对其进行检查，记录结果。A regular inspection is necessary if the storage time is too long (e.g. one month). 2. 安装 Installation 2.1. 概述 Genera

18、l 对于首次安装母线的安装团队，应先接受西门子提供的培训。The first installation team shall be trained by Siemens. 2.1.1. 总的安装原则 Overviews 母线采用钩圈搭接、80Nm螺栓拧紧固定的方式进行连接，如图 2.1.1.2。 The busbar trunk system can be installed by hook-bolt connection that fixed with 80Nm torque. See figure 2.1.1-.2. 每节母线的安装位置都在附件 1中已标明。Every busbar pos

19、ition number is indicated in the Annex 1. 所有涉及安装操作的螺栓，都应在拧紧力矩达标后完成标记，如图 ；必要时，可拍照存底。All of the screw should be fixed with correct torque and be marked. A record photo if necessary. See figure 2.1.3. 安装完毕后，相关的质检人员应根据本手册的具体规定，认真填写检查报告（详见附件 2）。To fill in the checklist by the quality supervisor according

20、 to the manual after the installation. See Annex 2. 2.1.2. 工具 Tools 如果没有其他规定，本手册中涉及的工具均不属于西门子的供货范围。If there are not other agreement, the following tools are not in the scope of the supply. 安装母线时，所需的专业工具如下：力矩扳手，420Nm、20100Nm；棘轮扳手；套筒，Size 10（M6）、Size 16（M12）、Size 22（M16）；普通扳手，Size 10（M6）、Size 16（M12）、

21、Size 22（M16）；电动扳手；游标卡尺或精确测量用尺；欧姆表；其它必要工具，如：攀爬绳索、安全帽、手套、记号笔，等等。 The installation tools are as following: -Torque spanner, 420Nm, 20100Nm. -Ratchet wrench. -Socket, Size 10(for M6), Size 16(for M12), Size 22(for M16). -Spanner, Size 10(for M6), Size 16(for M12), Size 22(for M16). -Cordless screwdriver

22、. -Side caliper. -Digital multimeter. -Other tools, e.g. cord, safety helmet, glove, marker, and so on. 图 2.1.1 图 2.1.2 图 2.1.3 NOTICE 母线安装人员必须具备相关资质。The installation worker shall be qualified. 高空作业中的相关规定同样适用于本安装作业。The related safety instructions of aerial working are also applicable in the installa

23、tion. 检查报告是验收母线安装合格性的重要依据。The checklist is vey important during the installation. 1 支架的安装 Installation of the bracket 2 角钢支架的安装 Installation of the angle bracket 角钢支架安装于母线的圈端，用于与弹性支架的连接。The angle bracket should be installed at the holt end of the busbar elements, connected with the damper. 去除母线端头的包装

24、及保护挡板，卸下盖板上的螺丝（M6X12），并换成更长的螺丝（M6X20，随货附送），将角钢支架与母线盖板、外壳一起固定。Remove the package and end flange of the busbar connection part, unload and change the screw(M6X12) which is on the cover plate into the longer one(M6X20), to fix the angle bracket, over plate and enclosure together. 标准拧紧力矩为 6Nm。The standa

25、rds torque is 6Nm. 图 2.2.1 图 2.2.2 . 弹性支架的安装 Installation of the rubber damper 按下图（图 、图 ）进行弹性支架的安装。Carry out the installation according to the figure 2.2.3, figure2.2.4. 保持各弹性支架之间的直线度（图 ）。Keep correct position of every bracket (Figure 2.2.5). 图 2.2.3 图 2.2.5 2.3. 塔筒内安装段 Installation of the tower seg

26、ments 从中塔筒的底部开始安装，具体的母线安装位置详见附件 1。Double-bolt segment which is at the bottom of the middle tower should be installed first, corresponds to the annex 1. 先装双圈直线段，注意安装的位置，从塔筒底部往上看时：Check the right position (look from the bottom of the tower) a. 如有 PE排，PE排在右；The right side is PE par. b. 如无 PE排，带螺帽的一侧在右（

27、如图 ）。The right is the nut, if there is not PE par. 母线两侧外壳距塔筒底法兰的间距为 6002mm（图 ），并记录。 The dimension between the busbar enclosure and tower flange is 600 2mm. Record this value of the actually measure. (Figure 2.3.2.) 图 2.3.2 按要求（图 ）拧紧自锁螺帽，并以此节母线为安装基准。Tighten the self-locking nuts(Figure 2.2.4). The do

28、uble-bolt busbar can be a standard of the following installation. 卸下钩端盖板，钩-圈搭接，确保螺栓头嵌入 U型卡槽。Remove the cover plate of the hook end, guide the hook into the bolt, check the head of the bolt must be correctly positioned in the anti-rotation feature. 母线连接处，两节母线的外壳间距为 24mm为宜。The visible air gap between

29、both ends of the enclosure must be exactly 2-4mm. 图 2.3.3 逐节安装，量取最后一节母线外壳距中塔顶法兰的间距为 6002mm。The following busbars should be Install by this way. Check and record the dimension between the busbar enclosure and tower flange is 6002mm. 若误差过大，可将塔内母线逐节调整，直至误差达标。若调整后仍存在较大误差，可先行记录，在安装对接塔筒的母线时再做调节，使 A+B=1200

30、 5mm，图 。If the dimension of the 6002mm is not meet, a alternative checking is A+B=12005mm. Figure 2.3.4. 检查各母线位置正确后，统一进行如下步骤：按要求（图 ）拧紧自锁螺帽，将角钢支架与弹性支架固定。用力矩扳手对连接螺栓进行拧紧，标准力矩为 80Nm。（图 ）安装连接盖板，拧紧螺丝（M6X12）。 Carry out the following items after check every busbar position is OK: -Tighten the self-locking n

31、uts (Figure 2.2.4) to fix the angle bracket and rubber damper. -Tighten the bolts with a torque of 80Nm. See figure 2.3.5 -Place the cover plate onto the junction, and tighten the screws (M6x12) with a torque of 8Nm. NOTICE 80Nm的力矩必须保证！The torque of 80Nm is very important! 防止螺丝等异物进入母线内部造成隐患。Dont dro

32、p the material(e.g. screw) into the inside of the busbar. 图 2.3.5 针对上、下塔，需要进行电缆进线箱的安装。The KE cable connection box should be installed in the top and bottom tower. 上下进线箱的位置编号、盖板、母排排布并不相同，注意区别。The two KE cable connection box are different in position No, cover plate and conductor configuration. 图 2.3.

33、6 检查相对地、相对 N、相对相的绝缘测试是否合格。 Carry out an insulation resistance test to make sure that there are no short circuits or earth failures in the system (phase-earth, phase-neutral and phase-phase). 记录阻值。该绝缘阻值至少为 1000/V（电压至少为 500V）。 Record the measured values in an insulation test. And the obtained readings

34、 is not lower than 100 per Voltage (Voltage of the test is minimum 500V). 针对先前设计的绝缘隔板，需进行现场加工。As for Insulation plates (old edition), the nose of the insulation should be cut. 图 2.3.7 母线安装完毕后，应对母线进行检查，然后完成包装。Check every checkpoints of the busbar after the installation, then re-pack the package with

35、waterproof material. 清理并封装塔筒。Clean the tower before sealing it. 图 2.3.8 2.4. 塔间连接段（风场）Installation of the segments connection in wind-farm 立塔前，应对母线进行如下检查：母线外包装是否完好。包括 80Nm螺栓在内的螺栓是否松动或遗失。是否有其他明显可见的不安全因素。 Double check all check points before tower erection as following: - Check the package of the busb

36、ar. - Check the bolts fixed with right torque and marketed, especially 80Nm. - Other unusual items visible. 检查合格后，统一去除全部的母线外包装。Remove the all package after the check is OK. 塔筒吊装前，应先将塔间连接段（双钩段）预先固定在相应的平台上（图 2.4.1），以便安装。The double-hook busbar unit should be fixed in advance on the platform before towe

37、r erection. 塔筒吊装完毕后，进行塔间连接段（双钩段）的安装。Install the double-hook busbar unit after the tower erection. 卸下母线当头的盖板（图 ），安装塔筒连接段（双钩段），用力矩扳手对连接螺栓进行拧紧，标准力矩为 80Nm。Unload the cover plate of the busabr end (Figure 2.4.1). Tighten the two bolts with a torque of 80Nm after installing the double-hook unit. 注意母排的折弯方向

38、（图 ），以确保塔间连接段安装正确。Pay attention to the bending at bar ends, and make sure the double-hook busbar unit is assembled in correct direction. 安装连接盖板，拧紧螺丝（M6X12），标准力矩为 8Nm。Place the cover plate onto the junction, and tighten the screws (M6x12) with a torque of 8Nm. 图 2.4.1 图 2.4.2 图 2.4.3 NOTICE 母线在随塔筒运输的

39、过程中，某些螺栓因运输震动而产生松动，故需要在立塔之前对各检查点进行复检。Double check all the check points before tower erection, due to some screws loosen that maybe caused by tower transportation。3. 试车 Commissioning 以下操作，均由具有相关资质的技术人员完成。The following action may only be carried out by authorized electrically skilled persons. 检查母线检查报告

40、是否填写完整。Double check all the “Checklist” is completed. 确保安装过程中进行的所有连接（如：支架、母线连接处）均达到上文中相关的紧固要求。Check that all connections are fully tightened. Follow the instructions relating to tightening torques. 母线运行时，会有轻微的噪声产生。如噪声过大或异常，表明母线内组件或金属排安装不正确。In normal operation the busbar trunking system will produce

41、a slight buzzing sound. Excessive noise may indicate that components have nor been properly secured or metal parts have been incorrectly assembled. 上电运行 24小时无异常后，完成验收手续。Finish the acceptance report after a safety operation under 24 hours. 验收资料包括：检查报告、试运行记录，等。The related document for acceptance: “Che

42、cklist”, and “Commissioning record”. 4. 维护 Maintenance 母线在运行中，应注意如下事项：Pay the following attentions during operation: 安装操作是在有效的指导及监督下进行的，并严格遵守本手册的相关要求。Installation was performed in line with valid guidelines and the installation manual. 具有完整及合格的检查报告。The “Checklist” report is completed and valid. 运行期间

43、没有极端的负载或机械外力发生。There are no extreme mechanical loads due to external forces or significant impairment due to foreign bodies or dust. 没有因短路、火灾、危险气体等其他不安全因素。There are no other malfunction-based loads/stresses due to short-circuits, fire or gas. 考虑到风场环境较为恶劣，我们建议母线在安装使用 3个月后，检查连接螺栓是否松动，1年后检查一次，其余每 3年必须全

44、面检查。Carry out an inspection about connection screws with 3 mouths after installation, a thorough inspection 1 year later and every 3 years another thorough inspection, under the tough environment of wind farm. 应尽量保持塔筒内环境的清洁，并采用有效的防护措施（如：门窗处加装滤网），以防止沙尘的侵入。Keep the tower inside clean. It is necessary

45、to prevent the sand into the tower via effective measure, for example with a filter screen on the window of door. 5. 资料的建立 Documents 5.1. 编号的原则 Principles of the number 每个支架位置都应使用持久笔标记编号。 Each LDA bracket should be marked with a running number. 以 H12/14为例： H：风场名称的第一个字母，如：河口。 12：塔筒编号。 14：固定支架编号（从上开始）

46、，详见检查报告。 e.g. H12/14: -H: wind farm name, e.g. Hekou. -12: tower number. -14: fixing bracket number as in “check list”图 5.1.1 5.2. 检查报告的填写 Checklist 根据不同的检查项目，或 OK表示合格，not ok表示需要维修。 To fill in base on related item, or OK: done and good, Not OK: repair required. 相关的问题描述及维修意见可写在评论一栏。 The related description or proposal should be recorded in comments column. 每一部分检查结束后，相关质检及监督人员应签写证明。 The quality supervisor should sign after inspection.
