3、轮切割机切割，对下好的钢绞线编束，每隔1.5m左右绑扎一道。穿束前将钢绞线的两端头用砂轮打磨光滑，再用胶布包扎好端头后并按图纸规定编号，以便穿束时对号查找。5.穿束前采用无油污的高压风清理孔道内污物或积水，以保证孔道清洁、畅通。6.对油压表和千斤顶进行配套标定，其系数1.05，控制在1.03如下。油压表精度采用1.6级，最大读数比施工需要读数大50。千斤顶内摩阻力和锚圈口摩阻率要通过实验测定，锚具使用前对偏差进行检查，并通过探伤合格后方可使用。7.在张拉前再次对梁体进行全面检查，梁体外表无缺陷，梁体砼强度达到设计强度的90以上，且养生14天。6 预应力钢束张拉6.1 钢束伸长值计算由于孔道长度

4、不小于30m，为了克服和减少孔道摩阻力，以避免过大偏心压力导致梁体浮现较大的侧弯，因而在钢束张拉时采用双向张拉工艺，应力应变双控，其理论伸长值L按下式计算：PPL APEP=LD式中：L预应力筋的理论伸长值（mm）；L预应力筋的长度（mm）；Ap预应力筋的截面面积（mm2）；Ep预应力筋的弹性模量（N/mm2）；PP预应力筋平均张拉力（N）；张拉实际伸长值按LL1+L2计算，式中L1从初应力至最大张拉应力间的实测伸长值（mm）；L2初应力如下的推算伸长值（mm），采用相邻级的伸长值。设计张拉控制应力fpk18600.751395MPa。40m和30mT梁的单端伸长值见表1和表2，各级荷载的伸长

5、值见附表。6.2 张拉顺序40mT梁的张拉顺序为：N2N3N1N4、N5，N4、N5同步张拉；30mT梁的张拉顺序为：N2N3N1。张拉钢束的布臵如图所示。40mT梁截面图 30mT梁截面图6.3 张拉工艺6.3.1 千斤顶就位在承力架上安装手动倒链，将穿心千斤顶起吊到张拉钢束的位臵，锚环对准锚垫板，再次检查工作锚与否破裂和损伤，如有则及时更换。然后将钢束梳理，分股分别穿入工程锚和工具锚中，装好夹片。6.3.2 初张拉T梁两端同步先对千斤顶主缸充油使钢束略为拉紧，同步调节锚圈及千斤顶位臵，使孔道、锚具和千斤顶三者之轴线相吻合，注意使每股钢束受力均匀。当钢束达到初应力15（30mT梁初应力设为1

6、0）时，用石蜡画线作为伸长值初读数，并借以观测有无滑丝状况发生。6.3.2 张拉采用两端同步逐级加压的措施进行张拉。40mT梁N4、N5同步张拉。两端千斤顶的升压速度应接近相等，当两端达到最大张拉控制应力时，用对讲机联系，并继续供油维持控制应力不变，持荷2min，然后两端回油、卸荷、量取伸长值，做好张拉记录，并与计算理论伸长值进行对比。如果量得的伸长值与计算伸长值之差6时，即可进入下一道工序。如果达不到此值，需查找因素予以解决。其张拉工序为：015%（10%）K30%（20%）K50%K K锚固（持荷2min）。同步注意每一钢束的回缩量，如果两端之和不小于8mm时，及时检查锚具、夹片，每一钢束

9、min，并且检查各部无漏浆现象时再将甲端的阀门关闭。待第一次压浆后40min后再次从乙端再进行第二次压浆，反复第一次压浆环节。第二次压浆完毕40min后拆除压浆管道，对下一孔进行压浆作业。当一片梁压浆完毕40min后，拆除压浆管道，并对梁片继续进行洒水养护。压浆所用水泥每批需做6组试件，分别采用原则养护和同条件养护，测定其强度，以便作为质量评估根据和移梁、运梁、吊梁的根据。对每次孔道压浆状况及时填写预应力管道压浆登记表。6.3.5 梁端封堵当孔道压浆结束后立即将梁端的水泥浆冲洗干净，并将梁端再次凿毛后，对设计规定有封锚端的，在绑扎钢筋和安装模板时，需妥善固定，以免在浇筑混凝土时因模板走动而影响
